In celebration of Letheny's continued prosperity and growth, King ran has hosted a large party for politicians and leaders all over the world to visit. There are promises of entertainment, a fine banquet, fireworks. The Von Alterz Palace, where it is being hosted, is renowned for its beauty and splendor. The vast building has a humongous ballroom, where the event will be held. King Ran, the host and King of Letheny, hopes to have plenty of visitors.

Leaders are not permitted to bring their own guard. It is notified that 2,000 Lethen soldiers have the palace on complete lockdown inside-and-out and Lethen jet fighters have closed the airspace above. They are permitted to bring guests, such as family members. No animals, and there is a 5-person limit on guests. There is a large amount of screening. Upon arrival, your leader(s) and their guest(s) are escorted to the ballroom by guards dressed in ceremonial uniforms from the Imperialist Era.
