We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The Office of the President of Okstovskaya is gladly interested in opening mutual diplomatic relations with your nation, Stanier, and has formally planned to open the demand of establishing an embassy in your country. For long our nation, the R.S.F.S. Okstovskaya, has then been trapped inside the shroud of lone darkness for nearly a century since Her revolutionary foundation in 1848.
