I did have one of these quite a few years ago but after digging it up, it's very much out of date and I felt it would be better to start with a fresh one

The United Island States of AHSCA has been unable to take embassies from you because of inadequate space, building areas and just simply because of us being largely an underdeveloped nation state.

please, no offers to develop my nation, I like it the way it is. That said, aide is always welcome in times of hardship.

A group of generous nations have stepped forward to make this a thing of the past. A new complex situated on an island about 724 kilometers (450 miles) North East of Aurora Island has been constructed for the official needs of our military service and the need for government offices for home and abroad. The island big enough for a large and wide compound building of 568 acres that can hold over 2,000 personal. And a small hop of 25 kilometers (15 miles) of that is another island able to situate and house the families and personal on grounds.

Should the time come that more countries will need to open an office in the embassy compound we will seek other islands to develop. Embassy Compound Leadership will be headed by Keiko Yukimura the Chief of Diplomatic Staff. Any information regarding conditions of your embassy or the nation should be referred to her and will be answered in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT NOTES

REGARDING STAFF AND PERSONAL:

-Your Embassy Office and familial residence is considered part YOUR national territory and subject to YOUR jurisdiction.

-Personal Residence are housed on the island known as Embassy Isle Annex (EIA) while primary offices of work are on the main complex island (MCI).

-Diplomatic Staff is limited to 5 members per office and up to 5 aux staff members for personal residence.

-Security Staff is limited to 3 members per office and up to 5 aux staff for your personal residence. All additional security is provided by AHSCA.

-Security staff are limited in weaponry needs to small personal side arms for the safety of other staff. Again most security is already provided by our own nation.

-No personal vehicles ground or aerial will be accepted as we strive for strong eco friendliness. If a physical condition requires the need of a vehicle we will accommodate for that. The building is wheelchair accessible.

-Children under the age of guest nation's majority will be given the opportunity to attend a school set up on the EIA otherwise they may also attend local schools on the islands themselves.

-DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY: PREVIOUS policy of the state was immunity was never granted. This has since changed but we still expect any criminal acts to be dealt with by the host nation.

-We are open to all government systems that wish for friendly diplomatic relations with us.

REGARDING AHSCA:


-AHSCA is a tropical archipelago of islands with varying cultures and language differences that are united by a constitutional style government headed by a hereditary monarchy and a democratically elected legislature.

-AHSCA is home to several unique plants and types of reptiles, amphibians and birds, few are seriously venomous or toxic but those from non tropical regions may have adverse affects to them.

-AHSCA is also a mutli-species union consisting of humans as the majority and neko and kitsunemimi as significant parts of the population. Other sentient non-human species are also present. (ooc: in other words if you are looking for a strictly human only nation, I'm not it but I still RP MT.) .

-Our climate is a tropical monsoonal climate with high annual precipitation rates and is subject to hurricanes. Annual average high temperature is 27 degrees Celsius (87 Fahrenheit) and an average low is 20.6 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) and the annual average precipitation rate is 227.5 millimeters.

Dear Minister VinoCacao,

Thank you for your email of 15 October 2017 in support of a motion calling for a Parliamentary Confirmation into agreement of embassy exchange between AHSCA and the nineteen countries of the Yohannesian continent. I am also responding on behalf of the Rt Hon Chancellor Annabelle Thorndon-Stevensonn and the Hon Minister Emily Kirchweger to whom you also wrote on the matter.

I want to thank you for meeting with me on Wednesday 11 October to update me on the agreement of embassy exchange between AHSCA and the nineteen countries of the Yohannesian continent, and to also acknowledge your open letter to parliament dated 14 October 2017. As discussed during our meeting, I understand the importance of finalising this diplomatic exchange between our two nation states. AHSCA and the nineteen countries, with no lack of certainty, share the same values of embassy and consulate partnership; of responsible governance; and a history of open diplomacy: Three important things to realising a harmonious relationship between two nation states. I have also been impressed by the good manner of the AHSCA people during my visit to the thriving city of Aurora. I would like to acknowledge further the strength that you have shown, and are showing, in realising the principles of democracy and equal rights for all before the law. Your governing principles align well with the fourth introductory principle of the Rule of Law of our nation state. That is why I am committed to realising this embassy exchange agreement.

Following on the discussion and meeting held by our respective diplomats behind the scene over the last few weeks, I would like to clarify that parliament did finally issue their assent on 22 October 2017, Parliamentary Motions — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary: United Island States of AHSCA, which confirmed the letter of credence of Ms Claudia Schauerte in her place as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Nineteen Countries in AHSCA. A copy of the Executive Council’s response and parliament’s final assent and report of stipulations in their entirety will be published on the Collegian and Parliamentary Hansard website shortly.

I am keen to encourage Yohannesian businesses to participate in the United Island States market. As I said during the meeting, I also note that new commerce and trade between companies of our respective citizen sectors may offer new opportunities to maintain our respective nation states’ growth target for the fiscal year 2018-2019.

I would like to finish by acknowledging the important contribution the United Island States government is making to the cause of open diplomacy and the principle of open embassy exchange between members of the international community of nation states and regions. Government Type: In accordance with the [ Fifth Amendment ], Elective monarchy, parliamentary democracy.

The head of state is the President of the Confederation, as quoted under the constitution, with the official title of 'Yohannesian Emperor'. The head of state of each of the nineteen countries must vote for an emperor every eight years. The parliament of each of the nineteen countries must send the party with the biggest share of seats to represent their country in the Electoral College of the Confederation, as quoted under the constitution, with the official title of 'Imperial Parliament'.

The electoral college must vote for a head of government to represent Yohannes overseas every four years. In Yohannes, she or he has been informally called the 'first minister' since the late 19th century. The head of government is the Chancellor of the Confederation, as quoted under the constitution. The first minister creates laws, the electoral college tables laws, and the emperor approves laws. The respective government ministries can then execute these laws.

Dear Minister VinoCacao,

Thank you for your email of 15 October 2017 in support of a motion calling for a Parliamentary Confirmation into agreement of embassy exchange between AHSCA and the nineteen countries of the Yohannesian continent. I am also responding on behalf of the Rt Hon Chancellor Annabelle Thorndon-Stevensonn and the Hon Minister Emily Kirchweger to whom you also wrote on the matter.

I want to thank you for meeting with me on Wednesday 11 October to update me on the agreement of embassy exchange between AHSCA and the nineteen countries of the Yohannesian continent, and to also acknowledge your open letter to parliament dated 14 October 2017. As discussed during our meeting, I understand the importance of finalising this diplomatic exchange between our two nation states. AHSCA and the nineteen countries, with no lack of certainty, share the same values of embassy and consulate partnership; of responsible governance; and a history of open diplomacy: Three important things to realising a harmonious relationship between two nation states. I have also been impressed by the good manner of the AHSCA people during my visit to the thriving city of Aurora. I would like to acknowledge further the strength that you have shown, and are showing, in realising the principles of democracy and equal rights for all before the law. Your governing principles align well with the fourth introductory principle of the Rule of Law of our nation state. That is why I am committed to realising this embassy exchange agreement.

Following on the discussion and meeting held by our respective diplomats behind the scene over the last few weeks, I would like to clarify that parliament did finally issue their assent on 22 October 2017, Parliamentary Motions — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary: United Island States of AHSCA, which confirmed the letter of credence of Ms Claudia Schauerte in her place as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Nineteen Countries in AHSCA. A copy of the Executive Council’s response and parliament’s final assent and report of stipulations in their entirety will be published on the Collegian and Parliamentary Hansard website shortly.

I am keen to encourage Yohannesian businesses to participate in the United Island States market. As I said during the meeting, I also note that new commerce and trade between companies of our respective citizen sectors may offer new opportunities to maintain our respective nation states’ growth target for the fiscal year 2018-2019.

I would like to finish by acknowledging the important contribution the United Island States government is making to the cause of open diplomacy and the principle of open embassy exchange between members of the international community of nation states and regions. I hope that I will be able to attend the Ambassador Introduction event in November, and I look forward to seeing you then.

Government Type: In accordance with the [ Fifth Amendment ], Elective monarchy, parliamentary democracy.

The head of state is the President of the Confederation, as quoted under the constitution, with the official title of 'Yohannesian Emperor'. The head of state of each of the nineteen countries must vote for an emperor every eight years. The parliament of each of the nineteen countries must send the party with the biggest share of seats to represent their country in the Electoral College of the Confederation, as quoted under the constitution, with the official title of 'Imperial Parliament'.

The electoral college must vote for a head of government to represent Yohannes overseas every four years. In Yohannes, she or he has been informally called the 'first minister' since the late 19th century. The head of government is the Chancellor of the Confederation, as quoted under the constitution. The first minister creates laws, the electoral college tables laws, and the emperor approves laws. The respective government ministries can then execute these laws.
