I think that would be helpful. I was trying to think how Dr. Maybe would respond to the note, and maybe I will. But the only thing I could come up with was mistaken identity, and him thinking that he was the intended target... But he would also race outside to see where the enemy was, and then I thought that that would delay the bank heist operation then...

I was thinking something similar. Either Ling would think she was the target (missing the "he") and link Chang to Wong, otherwise if she didn't, I'm not sure what she'd say.

Had some trouble with a journey I'm booking, will likely be able to post tomorrow.

Mhh... If we're going to co-opt Wong's heist, we might need someone to keep an eye on Edward, or even impersonate him (provided we get the info out of the real Ed first). We'll also need a getaway driver, lookouts and damage control in case the authorities and bank security put the foot down (and trust me, they will. ).

We'll also need to figure out how to get the geld out, or we can just hijack whatever van Wong is going to use.

Damage control, the kind of warriors and fighters? Well, James can. Impersonate Edward is 50-50, since James can impersonates but he sort of known to the bank since he did established account with Edward.

While Dr. Maybe could try to impersonate Edward, I don't personally think that would fly very well.
Driving isn't his strong suit either.
Maybe he could be a lookout.
As for damage control, something tells me he would probably make it worse, but I think he would put himself forward to try.

Back from my holiday hiatus, but not sure what to post... Maybe Ling simply should sit with the others, having changed into a more ethnic outfit, smoking with a cigarette holder and petting a Persian cat (or even a lion cub, like Hermann Göring), while remaining silent and harbouring thoughts of revenge?

That sounds OK to me for the current setting.

Maybe for the bank robbery Ling goes in to spy out the lay of the land, i.e., she goes into the bank with Coventry and spies out where the guards stand and what is the bank's standard routine for handling transactions.

Something tells me that they would not be on edge about a woman going in, whereas with someone like Horseshine or Dr. Maybe, they would be noticed more easily.

So is this still the plan we're going with, even with Wong around?

If we're going with Ling, best to disguise her in case his henchwoman recognize her. Karelia might be a good option, but that's dependent on Exilvania's availability.

Bios: Born in Stuttgart, Germany, James Ludwig grew up in a poor family of three, and due to a lack of entertainment, made his own fun by exploring the insides of the animals he caught, and soon had the idea of switching the organs of separate animals, much to his amusement. At age 13, he had picked up basic surgical operations from a neighbor, who was a surgeon during WW1, and began experimenting on larger animals, from small deer to the occasional wildcat. By the time he was a senior in highschool, he had one heart pump for two cats, given a bear cub the vocal cords of a chihuahua, and vice versa, and literally made a pig fly. When he graduated from medical school, he began experimenting on unwilling patients.

His medical license was eventually revoked when he removed the skeleton of an unconscious patient, forcing him to leave the medical field. He would continue his practice when he was hired into a team of mercenaries as the field medic. For years he would experiment on his team, and in one instance replaced the heavy weapons specialist’s heart with that of an oversized baboon, enhancing him in a way. Leaving the mercenaries, he obtained the funds for his experiments by selling unneeded organs to the black market, but in time, those funds dwindled. In desperation to continue his ‘research’, he was hired by the young Ms. Koenig, much to his happiness to have fresh test subjects to experiment on.

Additional Information: Dr. Ludwig is based off the Medic from the game Team Fortress 2.
