ON the validity, some nations have banned @@ANIMAL@@ball but not all sports. Update accordingly.
Also, in the last sentence of the opener, it says @@DEMONYM@@. This should be @@DEMONYMADJECTIVE@@. Also, you should add something at least mildly humorous after the speaker is named. For example, change says professional @@ANIMAL@@ball coach @@RANDOMNAME@@, dropping down and doing ten pushups... You don't have to use that specific one, but do add something.

Rephrase the last sentence of option 1. I'm not liking it, largely because it uses "get." Maybe "if you want @@NAME@@ to produce more @@ANIMAL@@ball players, you'll have to start forc- I mean, encouraging people to play."

I don't get what's funny about the fallout in option 2. Too reasonable to me.

I also am not sure about option 3... what the guy wants. Maybe it's okay, I'll wait for other people to post.

Now, I'm gonna be abrupt and to the point, which is a reflection of my personality, not your work:
Why does this draft give me deju'vu? Anyways, I'm pretty sure there's an issue that lets you ban @@ANIMAL@@ball, but no other sports, which may want to be refected in the validity

I wrote that very quickly and didn't put much thought into it. Didn't have time to read it over and just hit submit. I think I was combining three different ideas into one and it didn't pan out well. I'll go back and fix it.

Okay, I've now read through the issue. I do think that this is a viable issue that could eventually be put in the game. I think option 3 is a bit of a jumble, I'm really not sure what it's advocating and how it's meant to solve the problem. I think you need to make this option a more clear 'who gives, let's just watch the best athletes playing the sport possible'. On the other hand, I think that brings out a bit of the weakness of the issue. It's not really all that clear to me why the entire premise would be a big deal from leaders perspective, particularly from the @text. I also found it to be generally lacking in humor except 2. I think the combination of it not being totally clear why I, as leader, should care, and the humor being, from my perspective, lacking, made me feel a bit bored, to be honest. Those are the things I would focus on to really try to grab one of us editors.
