The Lemonsky Government has these terms for the negtations:

The Liberxasian Government shall stop its imperialistic operations in Zhopgrad
The territories once belonging to Lemonsky and Allyrjia be returned
The Allyrjian forces, on the 100-km polar Lemonsky-Allyrjian border be withdrawn
The XCOM Federation will stop its espionage in Lemonsky, as many spies captured were executed
Troops be de-mobilized to their pre-conflict levels

The Lemonsky government will:

Remove its forces from the XCOM Border, leaving only Border Guard Battalions
Will cancel its mobilization to pre-conflict levels
Begin negotiations for an even peace and de-escalation
Creation of an international agency to control conflicts

OOC: We share a border on the Kall Mountains as well, dummy.
The Allyrian Government agrees provided that a minimum of 50% of Allyrian core provinces occupied by Lemonsky are returned to Allyria.

OOC: The Kall mountains are now part of the new nation, and so is that land.

Liberxas can agree to these terms, as long as Lemonsky will pay for 75% of the replacement costs, (repairing a few buildings and replacing some artillery), that their not-so-mass bombings caused. No Liberxasian lives were lost either, but a vote is going through congress whether or not to respond hostilely.

The Lemonsky Population in those areas began meetings and campaigns that signified for re-unification. The Lemonsky Government told the XCOM Federation and the ones protesting to keep this peaceful and calm.

"We are not underestimating you, you are underestimating us. Fine we will return our troops, stepping out of neutrality was a bad idea since it is hard to argue with a smart person, but it is impossible to argue with a dumb person(Marshall sayis this while pointing at a XCOM diplomat". We will leave 100.000 SFRS troops for 10 years to help and Patrol all Lemonsky cities, to protect our dear allie incase of ANY war. The SFRS will and is emposing sanctions on the XCOM federation.All teretories, including sea SFRS teretories are from this day banned to let any XCOM traders, shipments, officials pass. Altough the XCOM citizens are free to pass through the country or even stay and live here.The XCOM federation is of no interestes to us anymore as they have shown how shallow they actualy are.
