Yes it would.

I can't say, but I doubt they would let a mother have custody of the children in a divorce even when she only feeds the peanut butter and siphons the father's cash for drinking. Basically my uncle's legal issue in a nutshell up there in Minnesota

sigh

Once again proving why reading comprehension should be taught in elementary school you've completely misinterpreted the law.

Again.

Now, go slowly, and read the first line of § 13-202. See how it ends in a semi-colon? That's because it represents an end of an idea. So, as a resident of the state, you are a member of the Maryland unorganized militia. Someone who has taken an oath to defend Maryland, but does not live there, is also a member of the Maryland unorganized militia. Two different statements.

Which is up from 279 total firearm deaths from the last published year on FBI.Gov (table 20)...

Of those 279... only six were from rifles and shotguns combined.

Compared to 44 from "Knives or cutting instruments", or 16 from "Hands, fists, feet, etc", which are apparently much much deadlier then the shit he is trying to commend further regulation on.

Gun control/bans does not work?

According to a peer-reviewed article published by Harvard University and re-published in one of the leading Criminological journals in the United States?

Nope

Wow they put Russia as the example of low gun ownership LOL that is what you call a strawman.
I am pro-life, anti-gun, pro-immigration, pro UHC, pro-free college, pro universal income, anti-war, anti-death penalty, pro-financial ade, pro anything that makes children's lives better.

I finally realised how messed up English was when I read a sign in French and could comprehend half of it despite never learning any French

Not comparable. Mine are actually valid. Russia is barely considered European.
