Dispute Resolution

Many regions have constitutions and / or laws, which are enforced by their Regional Officers. Being active members of their communities, and with a stake in the region's smooth running, an RO’s judgment can suffer from unintended bias.

By providing independent legal opinion to plaintiffs, defendants, and ROs, Wolfram and Hart's legal team aim to:
- reduce animosity between involved nations
- increase the transparency of proceedings
- increase the fairness of proceedings

Founder Succession

Many regions fall into difficulties due to their founder ceasing to exist. Founderless regions can be prone to raids. Wolfram and Hart offer a service to help avoid this. Founders can entrust their password to Wolfram and Hart, along with instructions as to how this should be used in the event that they CTE. Typically, the first step would be to revive the founder nation, then to entrust the password to an heir of the founder's choice.

Real Estate

Wolfram and Hart intend to operate a real estate exchange. We are interested in unwanted nations that have high influence in a region, or are region founders.

Thanks for the moral support! It's early days, so no examples of legal work yet. I've a promising looking recruit, which is good. Once I'm confident we can do the work, then I'll start actively seeking out cases.

If it's just a repository of nations being given away/swapped and not bought/sold for anything worth actual currency (for instance, store purchases) then it's not actually commodifying them, at least not in a manner that's a rules violation. Though I must stress the official stance on giving away/sharing nation accounts with other people, noting the risks (some considerable) of doing so. There's many good reasons the moderation stance on it is "DO SO AT YOUR RISK!"

Wolfram and Hart. They moved into the region, which I'd been keeping alive mostly out of nostalgia since my return to NS, and asked me (the controller of the Founder) permission to set up an interregional law firm in the region, because (obviously) they're fans of the show Angel. Since I wasn't using the region, I've let them do so, though I am retaining control of the founder nation, I have no involvement in the management of the region.

I log into W&H Founder periodically to ensure it stays alive and in case it gets any misdirected mail that should go to Wolfram and Hart (which it does from time to time). I had thought I had switched back to Kylia Quilor for the purposes of posting in GP, as this nation is my mouthpiece nation/avatar nation for posting on the forums, but apparently I did not do so and made a post with W&H Founder.

Not a clue. I don't really care. Unless it comes out they're a Nazi or something, they can run their law firm out of my region for as long as they want, more or less. I'm not using it for anything. It was just a puppet dump for my dirties when they decided to ask.
