No it’s like the EU but for Eurasia. You can’t be in it unless your physically in Eurasia.

What organization should I choose? I am still aligned with Russia.

I believe the CSTO is Russia-aligned and open to non former Soviet nations.

It is but you have to consider your people are mostly conservatives that were anti-Russia. You would face riots and armed rebellion.

What happened to that state dinner that was supposed to be happening?

You can even threaten war over the UAR's "hard right" social policies, if so inclined. Most others seem to have dropped off the face of the Earth.
