Faction name: The Dragonflight of Austin
Territory claimed: Austin (as their seat of power), Travis County, Williamson County, Hays Country, Bastrop Country, Caldwell Country
Government system: The Dragonflight operates in a mafia style governance with a little reference at monarchial practices. With Tessa as the Dragon Queen, she relegates the supervision of the four other counties to four magical girls that controls the four magical elements as per their gift: Williamson's Air, Hays' Earth, Caldwell's Fire, and Bastrop's Water. These four are called the Dragon's Viziers. Each of the counties report to Travis and all Grief Cubes collected must be equally distributed throughout the Dragonflight with the Dragon Queen claiming 40% of the share for herself. Corruption and hoarding of the Cubes are sanctioned as a reason for the entire Dragonflight to hunt down the offender. Only once did a Vizier dared to break this law and it ended with her and all her mutiny burned and destroyed by the Dragon Queen's Dracul.

The positions of the Viziers can be challenged by the appropriate element and the one who would win will get to raise in rank but are mandated to keep the old Vizier in their inner circle. Challenging the position of the Queen, and thus of the ownership of the Dragonflight and of Austin, is seen as treason and is met personally by the Queen's fury alongside her Viziers if anything of the offender still stands alive and not turned to ash. Assassinations and killings of fellow members are greatly demonized and death is the sentence once proven guilty and the virtue of loyalty and solidarity is held in great regard.
Ideology: Despite being mafia like in nature, the Dragonflight operates like Robin Hood's thieves. They have a good grip with the industry and the legislature and uses the threat of force, or most of the time the appeal with power, to pursue welfare acts. Most of the Dragonflight's magical girls are from lowly births. Beggars, orphans, and those who society have left behind would be raised by Tessa with pride and dignity under her wing.

Appearance: While she makes attempts to hide this, there really is no getting over the fact that Amelia is a shrimp. Physically thin and of short stature, with messy blonde hair, golden-brown eyes, and a doll's face, she would best be described as 'cute' were it not for her interminable resting bitch face. Her Magical Girl uniform resembles that of a World War II general's, specifically a German's with a healthy bit of British and Soviet flair. It is a greenish-grey with black and red accents.

Magical Girl Description (Compulsory):
Wish: "I wish to know the truth of this world." According to Kyuubey, she was only one of a handful of Magical Girls ever to make this Wish and not kill themselves on the spot.
Powers: Los Angeles's power is simple, besides the standard ones of flight, speed, and strength. She has a rifle as her Weapon. It fires bullets made of concentrated Despair. These bullets come from the Despair in her own Soul Gem, and infect other Magical Girls with Despair of equal amount, which she can then reuse. It is an ugly power, unsuitable for wraiths, but against Magical Girls it is monstrously powerful.
Weapon: A battle rifle, resembling a Karabiner 98k but with the extended magazine of an M14 and a simple scope.
Finisher: Unnamed, but referred to by other Terminatrixes as the 'Black Death'. Works at any time so long as wraiths (or better, archons) are present. Draws the Despair out of wraiths and normals in the area for a concentrated shot that is almost always lethal to Magical Girls and Wraiths alike, including archons.

Personality: Los Angeles is a Magical Girl resigned to fate. Most Magical Girls who wish for the Truth of this World either go insane one way or another or clam up. Amelia did neither, merely adopting the behavior patterns of one living on borrowed time as she is, or in her own words 'a general watching the enemy march towards their home from the doorstep'. Los Angeles knows how this plan of Las Vegas's will end.
