The Empire has opted to open an embassy program for all nations pursuing peaceful relations with Terra. As such, many locations over Terra and its colonies have been reserved for embassy locations.

Imperial Legality Regarding Foreign Dignitaries:
Diplomatic Immunity may be invoked against any misdemeanor or felony WITHOUT A VICTIMIZED PARTY to dismiss the case in Imperial Courts, following this, a formal letter will be sent to the nation represented by the offender as to determine their own course of action if seen necessary.
ONLY Ambassadors and higher ranked diplomatic staff have immunity. If hiring locally, regardless of position for the citizen hired, they will not be immune to their own laws.

Ambassadors are to be expelled upon daring to threaten the Empire or its citizens.

Slaves are allowed to be brought as embassy staff, however, human slaves will be confiscated and liberated by the Empire if they are found.

Planetary Defense forces with warrants are to be allowed entry to the embassy on the sole condition that they are to be looking for any mistreated humans.
Any mistreated or enslaved humans smuggled into the Empire through the embassy will be confiscated and liberated, with a heavy fine issued to the offending nation.
