IT's ad spam. Some poor dude in Asia being paid pennies to fill our board with links to boost someone's site ranking. There's a specific report thread for such posts here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=281273

Also I'd edit out the direct quotes of his post in your op. Mods probably don't want the ads to stay on the site. If no one quotes they can nuke all the posts with a single button, if you quote they have to hunt down the posts that you quoted them in.
