"This appears to be enough to begin, any late comers are welcome to the transcripts. I as a representative of the interests Federation of Des-Bal offer in beginning our stance on the issue. First and foremost slavery is not in and of itself a breech of human rights. The abuse of power that is often equated with it is a separate entity entirely. Secondly the exact natur of Human Rights is very fluid and open to argement. Third The Federation believes its current policy of moderate operations in regard to the international slave trade to be both agreeable and beneficial to all involved parties. Fourth that national sovereignty of free nations should supercede the moral agenda of the WA. And in fifth the bulk of our slaves being Sub-Human are not entitled to the protections enumerated to sentient life forms Neko, Inu, Mutants, and other forms of Sub-Human are not capable of benefitting society on their own therefore slavery should be considered reducing them to a commodity , a form in which they are able to benefit nations by being directly converted to an economic boost."

If a man owes an amount of money to another man, and I use man for any person, man or woman, then the man would go into service of this person until his contract, one worked between both parties and the government, is up. The slaves are checked up on once every other month. It is not a bad policy. There are few beating and rarely ever are there deaths. So, that is our position. I hope it helps.
