Eeh bah goom... never thought I'd see him be revived in my NS career! As a TNPer, happy for it, and I wish him the best of luck in the big world of JenGuv land... although I assume he's already got some in reserve from his Issues Editor days.

Tim: Look, we're talking about Sanctaria in this topic. He's served as Delegate of the IDU (and was Foreign Minister when he CTE'd), former Vice-Delegate of TNP, and Minister of WA Affairs for TNP and Osiris. c.f. SC#126 "Commend Sanctaria".

Former Issues Editor and Author, wrote several GA resolutions, and was commended. He left the game about four months before I started, but Inknew the name and noticed when he came back
