Unfortunately, I do not have sufficient gameplay experience, especially with August, to put together a proper replacement. Without a replacement, a repeal would fare rather poorly.

A little late here, but as I have mentioned elsewhere, I could not have been more excited about this! A couple days later, I have not gotten over it. Thank you so much to Gibraltarica for his tremendous consideration in writing this, as well as those who provided feedback during the drafting process, and to everyone who voted in favor.
