Wyatt came first in full military uniform, followed by Larisa in a black dress and Marty in his usual jeans and polo shirt. Duncan was nowhere to be seen. The fourth figure was a tall, dark-skinned man with a uniform the same color as the ship, which was quickly departing.
Wyatt: "We have arrived, mister Vonstein. Duncan is ill and will be staying on the ship, which belongs to the Gendarme Foreign Division. This man is GFD agent Douglas. My advisors insisted on security.
Marty, usually quite brave, stayed close at his mother's side, glancing around nervously.

The ship unloaded, and the Emperor disembarked in a black suit and bowtie with a black top hat. His pants were long and black, reaching down to the ends of his feet and showing only the ivory shoes designed for stormy weather. His face, if you could catch a look above, reflects that of displeasure, for while he is the old friend of his predecessor, Julius Vonstein (even now, he can't state the new name with ease), his controversial actions to enact genocidal means of combating a plague that would easily have been quarantined has cause the two's relationship to sour. Although Victor has relaxed on the totalitarian control of thought and ideals, the concentration camps were something that the Emperor couldn't shake out of his head.
Behind the Emperor, a lone man in black marched, one hand in the pocket of his jacket, the other holding an umbrella over the Emperor's head. 007 was always a faithful agent, serving him well as his father had for the Emperor's father, and so forth pass generations. And 007 knew the Emperor's distrust in that demon. He also distrusted Victor, for the same reasons he distrusted Julius. He feared that the Emperor would be seduced by Victor to his side and all the work done by his forefathers be demolished by one bad apple. But, he knew the Emperor was not naive like last time. There was a lingering distrust with the both of them against Victor, and both knew it would be felt by all attendants.
The Emperor and his agent approached the Lord, noticing his bodyguard and his whip. 007 couldn't help but feel disturbed at the sight of a whip, no less a Nagyka whip. This ruler must be sicker than I thought. The Emperor paid no obvious attention to the whip, but addressed the leader in front of him.
"Victor Vonstein. I see that you have called me for a summit, along with Wyatt Wizzard, his family, and that religious radical. Well, then, I suppose you know what will happen."
As the Emperor said this, he leaned forward to Victor's ear and whispered:
Make no mistake. I did not come here just to let what you did pass by without proper address. I still have my doubts about you.

Victor would have a false smile after hearing the Emperor whispering into his ear, for that displeased him. Nevertheless, he spoken in a slightly gentle tone of voice, "I only suspect you and the others to be mature gentlemen regardless of the fateful noblemen of Portugal. You especially. You must tolerate them as a person with slightly extreme ideology like you're doing with me, a fascist and crusader of the infectious disease known as vampirism. We are going to talk business in the summit. That is all. You don't even have to make eye contact with each other in meeting." Victor would give a deep breath after this, with this just being a suggestion for a civil meeting between leaders. He'll have to see what will happen when the last guest shows his face.

-The Eurasian Empire- wrote:"Those questions, Father, will be answered soon enough." Victor then had the K-Tron send out signals to the waiting guests to head to the rusty tower in the center of the docks, where they would see a black door with the navigation star shown on the Cyborgian flag. "Everyone here? Good. You'll be allowed to leave when the meeting has concluded, as the Clockwork kraken is known to wander these waters at random times, so it'll be late until it finishes or when the touring of Victorium gets boring. Always could stay the night free of charge, if you like this holy city given by the creativity and evolution of the human race." Victor said this with a smile. He took a golden key out of his pocket and firmly placed it in the middle of the star, turned it to the right and placed the key back into his pocket. The gate would open with purple mist crawling on the ground with the gears slowly turning down 2096 meters under the northern Atlantic sea. The group of esteemed and quirky attendees would be inside of the room, which was detailed in gold and sliver with glass windows that can survive the atmospheric pressures of the ocean. "Find yourself a comfortable place" replied Victor, meeting with the eyeline of everyone in the lift. He then pressed a red button across the room near the exit. The slide doors smashed shut and a thousand locking noises could be heard. The interior lights would turn from yellow to red, a voice could be heard saying: "Beginning descent." Victor looked out the glass window seeing the water surface becoming farther and farther away, as it would become dark. The red light would brighten, while several minutes or hours passing by. Victor spoke again."Everyone grab your cameras, iPhones and whatever you have. Look to the right of the room or any direction, you'll be the city that never sleeps, colorful and heavenly lights. Victorium! A paradise not chained by parasites of our beloved planet. An estimated 8.538 million residents live and work in this underwater city trapped in the late 19th to early 20th century in it's unique culture of man, woman, and child. The best place to find some celebrities, scientists and historians." Victor would rant on about his family's company that constructed this experimental project had underwent this project successfully, with the assistance of other major corporations interested in the project for taking the fascist dream to the next level.
He would stop speaking when the brakes' squealing with a sudden jolt of the elevator. The doors would smoothly slide open into what looks to be a lobby inhabited with humanoid androids that, although humans, have been cybernetically upgraded to become Cyborgians and transhumanists. They were dressed in Victorian suits and dresses, and some of them would be impossible to tell if they were androids or a average biological human being. It should be best to assume they're not. The group would see a massive statue of a Iron Knight, Lord Ferriok, striking down a monstrous bat-like creature to show the strong and passionate hatred towards vampires by the nation's history with those bloodthirsty beasts in their history. Victor would pop out of the crowd laying back on a safety bar to keep young and distracted children from falling to their deaths to other seven hundred floors below from the statues located in the middle of it. "Shall we make headway to my personal residence? Or shall we make tour first?" He asked in a calm tone of voice.

Victor smile was seldom, but it could be seen now. "You are all under protection of the Dynasty. No one will hurt you, especially you, Marty, from the horrors Julius have achieved to make your ghostly pledges into a living hell. Now, like I said to Augustus, I wish you all to behave as gentlemen and gentlewomen, understand?" His eye was twitching with extreme displeasure, as the Lord Victor has a deadly temper and no one would wish to break it.
"Ahoy!" He would give a friendly smile, revealing two sharp fangs. "I thought it would be nice to enjoy my vacation by taking part in this diverse summit with you guys." He would look at Wyatt. "How's it going? It's been some time from our duet. You look a lot older from the last time I saw you, Mister Wizzard," he said with a welcoming grin. Xavier would have forgotten to answer the Emperor's question with him zoning out.
The Emperor admired the city as he walked through it with the group, snapping pictures with his eTele while his bodyguard mostly looked out for any suspicious activity. The sight of the semi-nude women shocked the Emperor a little, but he kept his composure, while secretly reminding himself to learn more about them. As the tour continued through the Squares, more pictures were snapped of the glass ceiling and the structures. The shops caught his eye, and the advertisements quickly made his eye turn somewhere else. 007 noticed the organized movement of the crowd and how they moved away as if it was planned. He also heard the police's gossip, and disliked how they would talk about her with disdain.
When they reached Clockwork Kraken, the Emperor marveled at the ingenuity of engineering. He snapped more pictures of it, and spotted the clock, which read the time accurately. The history of it was paid attention closely by the Emperor, who was quite eager to hear it was a British creation and the Mayor of the city. It was obvious that this was a marvel of AI and engineering. When the green wires were discussed, the Emperor turned his attention to them and noticed that they seemed to have a glow that was eerie and unusual. Hearing that they can suck supernatural items, like ghostly souls, raised an eyebrow to the Emperor, as the thought of combining science with the supernatural was something unheard of back home due to lack of evidence for the supernatural. As he admired the wires, the sudden sound of electricity travelling through the air turned his head to the commotion. Seeing a man turn into dust shocked the Emperor, and 007 reached for his gun, hidden under his pocket. However, upon reveal of the device that the dead was concealing, both the Emperor and 007 stared at shock. These were not the vampires that Wyatt and his wife knew. These were the savage ones, hungry to feed and hungry to kill. 007 made a reminder to go ask for some holy water and a stake whenever he was near a church. When asked if they had any questions, the Emperor asked, "Tell me, Victor. How often are these... 'vampiric terrorist attacks?'"
"They aren't going to stop until they all been sent back to the Netherworld, where those bloodsuckers belong in that burning hellhole of misery. As, I said to Augustus, no rights no freedom, just death to them. How'd I know? That's a demon's secret with good practicing of the eyes.I think I have stated this before, yep, they are this violent as an insane patient in a Asylum but worse, times 20." Replied Victor, his attention would go to Marty."The city runs on geothermal energy from the Earth, so yes, but the understanding of why the city consumes ghost is a mystery. The Federation does have weaponry to destroy ghosts given our experiments, that is nothin to worry about tho."Arctica-Aleutia wrote:-The Eurasian Empire- wrote:Xavier would answer has Victor signal the group to the Museum of Innovation in the eastern block of the city close to time squares, where the streets would be wide open with glass above them protecting against water from flooding the place, it would be strange place with some clowns and plastic woman just wearing a skirt and well, a transparent suit, nothing else is needed to be said about that with many other things.Like a witchcraft shop advertising new weapons to kill a pure blood vampire, the citizens would automatically by their Programming clear a path for the Royal visitors.Federal Police would be whispering to themselves suspiciously about Wyatt's wife, Larsia.Victor would stop walking, he'd turned looking at the group."Welcome to Times Square." Marty: "Noted... aren't there other ways to get renewable energy than... well, 'killing' ghosts?"
Upon the vampire being disintegrated, Larisa stared in shock. "Yikes. If they really want to stop vampire hunting, walking into a city with a bomb sure isn't going to do it. How did you know he was carrying one? And are vampires here really this violent?"

"We never had any vampires carry out terrorist attacks in my holy land of Portugal," said the Portuguese president. "But then again, I come from a nation of all humans."
Salazar then faced Larisa and said: "I have to admit, my people aren't that fond of vampires either. They get taught that vampires, like witches, are evil and work for Satan. But meeting you has been an eye-opener. You have shown me that vampires are human with the capacity for kindness, and not at all mindless bloodthirsty monsters."
The Portuguese president fetched a paper bag from his briefcase and handed it to Larisa. "I'm sure you'll enjoy these sausages. They're made from pork blood, a delicacy in Portugal."

Larisa smiled. "Thank you! I'm not sure if I'd say that within earshot of Victor, though. It probably isn't what he was hoping to hear from you... I suppose I have one question. Vampires like myself are able to turn into bats, hypnotize people, etc., which would probably be considered magic. There's no spells or rituals or anything involved though, we're just born able to do it. Would we still be considered 'witches'?"
Wyatt joined the conversation. "I suppose the difference is that in the dimension I come from magic isn't an entirely evil force, just like vampires there aren't savage like they are here. This whole multiverse thing makes things overwhelming sometimes..."

"It's a rarity, with the savages being shipped off to the camps to burn into electricity. Only 9% of the Purebloods are actively trying to stage terrorist attacks against innocent folks. They are getting smarter about it, I reckon, but they won't be getting away with forgiveness from the populous or the State. They'll be dead in two years time. And their attacks barely happens, usually being monthly due to the Federal Police and surveillance in every district and province of the Federation getting better and better. They've successfully improved in tracking down the scum and not accidentally storming into a innocent's private residence just chatting about their political beliefs, which we do not do like a insecure crackpot dictatorship, unlike our allies, the Supreme Authority or Soyouso. That would be in violation of the constitution in article 11 through 13 on basis of freedom of thought, expression and speech. Does that answer your question, sir?" Victor said calmly.

Victor would find this a nuisance out of the corner of his eye. He looked at his watch, making good time.
"Come," he said, leading the group to a favorite French restaurant called L'ABEILLE. He had reserved seats for the group, having them find themselves in a traditional French room for wealthier costumers, separating them from the middle class commoners. The waiter would give the diner a Menu with only two wine lists set on the table.
"Your server will be with you shortly," stated the waiter, leaving them. Victor would be sitting in the front area of the circular table, closest to the clear glass window looking at the Kraken and a school of fish, which was passing by to the next window looking out. He was silent for the time, along with Xavier looking at the menu, seeing what they would like to order.
