Below The Sea

The Fourth Emperor, Lord Victor Vonstein, has invited the fanatical God-fearing President Afonso Salazar of Estado Novo Portugues, the esteemed warrior and freakish, misguided, Vampire-lover, Wyatt Wizzard of Arctica-Aleutia and finally the crazed roman dressed scientist, the powerless monarch of Willania Imperium, and finally the living memes of Northern Ateria(The Holy Sovereign Empire), to the luxurious city of Victorum also nicknamed Lucifer's Den wig a las vegas feeling to it making it paradise hills for the Cyborgian Federation in means of profiting and wealth from the many colorful casinos, restaurants and residents all located at 63° 2' N, 29° 55' W, which places it at about 433 kilometers west of Iceland's capital, Reykjavik. At 2096 meters underwater. At that depth the pressure would be roughly 200 atmospheres according to the Shadow Company's database of when construction began on July 2nd, 2034 with approval of the Government and fully finished with people voluntarily and forcefully moving through the years of 2050 to 2067, which now presently the population moves stability and safety by the brilliant minds who dreamt of creating a underwater with culturally center early 20th century aspect of Victorium home to estimatedly 8.538 million residents to the American city of New York back in 2016.And otherwise made the number three places to visit besides Neo-Washington in the former states controlled by the Imperial Government, Imperial Moscow, and finally Utopium, the capital of the Federation.

As now important leaders with their families also being invited to the summit to meet, His Imperial Majesty, Lord Victor Vonstein, would be waiting on a floating dock, surrounding a tower that stands out of the sea, dressed in his Le Sinus noblity wear clothing created by the Lord himself as he holds a Nagyka black whip, that was been modified slightly to go with his royal fashion for no particular reason at all.As a single sentry bodygurd holding a black umbrella over his Majesty, as it was stormy day in the North Atlantic sea and Victor would not prefer to be dripping wet when his guests are arriving to establish positive relations with his country for the common and supernatural good, that one of the guests will soon find out.He would look at his pocket watch at the time, 9'o clock, perfect timing and not a second more with them arriving any minute now.

A dark blue and gold steamship came into sight in the distance, its quiet engines achieving an impressive speed for such stormy weather. When it came close to the dock, four figures disembarked.

Wyatt came first in full military uniform, followed by Larisa in a black dress and Marty in his usual jeans and polo shirt. Duncan was nowhere to be seen. The fourth figure was a tall, dark-skinned man with a uniform the same color as the ship, which was quickly departing.

Wyatt: "We have arrived, mister Vonstein. Duncan is ill and will be staying on the ship, which belongs to the Gendarme Foreign Division. This man is GFD agent Douglas. My advisors insisted on security.

Marty, usually quite brave, stayed close at his mother's side, glancing around nervously.

"That's unfortunate for the young lord, he'll be missing on visting the City once the zealot of Estado Novo Portugue arrives. As, also the city has a some pills, that cure every sickness and disease that ever existed, with the Cyborgian society proudly supporting the devil's magic, known as science." Victor would give a faint smile."Hmm, he'll be here soon in time. You may wait on your ship, when the Portuguese guests arrive in this dreadful weather." Voiced calmly.

Wyatt nodded and they began to walk back up the gangplank. Marty, still nervous and clinging to Larisa, sent a brief telepathic message to Victor:

"Please don't hurt my mother, or anyone else."

He seemed truly frightened, probably due to Eurasia's anti-vampire policies.

On the ship the four quickly entered a set of double doors, descended a staircase, and walked down a hall. The ship may have looked old, but any impression of antiquity vanished if you looked through a door. Clean scientific laboratories, radar and sonar rooms, and more. The ship was a stealth ship, hence the quiet engines, dark paint, and high speed.

The four waited in a lobby-like room for the summit to begin up top.

A dark black ship with multiple looming funnels appear out of the veil of the rain. Its speed exceeds what many would commonly estimate when seeing the style of the ship, reminiscent of the 19th century. As the ship reaches the dock, it slows down until its speed became invisible to the eye.

The ship unloaded, and the Emperor disembarked in a black suit and bowtie with a black top hat. His pants were long and black, reaching down to the ends of his feet and showing only the ivory shoes designed for stormy weather. His face, if you could catch a look above, reflects that of displeasure, for while he is the old friend of his predecessor, Julius Vonstein (even now, he can't state the new name with ease), his controversial actions to enact genocidal means of combating a plague that would easily have been quarantined has cause the two's relationship to sour. Although Victor has relaxed on the totalitarian control of thought and ideals, the concentration camps were something that the Emperor couldn't shake out of his head.

Behind the Emperor, a lone man in black marched, one hand in the pocket of his jacket, the other holding an umbrella over the Emperor's head. 007 was always a faithful agent, serving him well as his father had for the Emperor's father, and so forth pass generations. And 007 knew the Emperor's distrust in that demon. He also distrusted Victor, for the same reasons he distrusted Julius. He feared that the Emperor would be seduced by Victor to his side and all the work done by his forefathers be demolished by one bad apple. But, he knew the Emperor was not naive like last time. There was a lingering distrust with the both of them against Victor, and both knew it would be felt by all attendants.

The Emperor and his agent approached the Lord, noticing his bodyguard and his whip. 007 couldn't help but feel disturbed at the sight of a whip, no less a Nagyka whip. This ruler must be sicker than I thought. The Emperor paid no obvious attention to the whip, but addressed the leader in front of him.

"Victor Vonstein. I see that you have called me for a summit, along with Wyatt Wizzard, his family, and that religious radical. Well, then, I suppose you know what will happen."

As the Emperor said this, he leaned forward to Victor's ear and whispered:

Make no mistake. I did not come here just to let what you did pass by without proper address. I still have my doubts about you.

Victor would give deep breath with this just being a suggestion for a civil meeting between leaders, he'll have to see what will happen when the last two guests show their faces.

Victor would give a deep breath after this, with this just being a suggestion for a civil meeting between leaders. He'll have to see what will happen when the last guest shows his face.

The Emperor appeared numb to the suggestion given to him by Victor. But on the inside, he was a little surprised. He knew Victor's smile wasn't real, and that on the inside, he was ticked off. But, the reminder of acting civil was something that caught him off guard for only a few seconds. A few seconds. He quickly realized that he just wanted to discuss in a business form. The personal rivalries were to be forgotten, the feuds were to be left behind here. This is all merely business, and it means no feuds to get in the way. After listening, the Emperor retracted back to his straight position, and walked back to his ship, with the umbrella under him. While walking, he couldn't help but chuckle a little.

"Your majesty?" 007 asked, confused as to the reason behind the Emperor's chuckle.

"You know, it is quite ironic. Here I was, condemning Victor as a barbarian who is rude and mean, and a monster. Yet, when I whispered into his ears, I became what I was describing. And he took the opposite side. It's quite ironic, and a little funny." Here, the Emperor chuckled a bit, then stopped and turned to 007. "Remind me, 007, to keep things civil and neat. I may have a feud over his past crimes, but the past is the past, and I think I can forgive him, even if a little bit."

007 stood for a few seconds, then nodded his head. The Emperor frowned, and walked the way back into his ship. But he knew, while walking into his lobby to get a drink, that 007 will never give up his prejudice for the demon, and will take his skepticism for his own.

A wooden galleon floated up to the dock. Named the Cristo Rei (Christ the King), it had stained glass portholes picturing the passion of Jesus, and pointed spires on the aft castle that resembled a cathedral. There were also crosses decorated on the sails. The Cristo Rei was the flagship of Portugal. The Catholic Republic of Portugal did not use engine-powered ships, because anything that produced fire was banned for being witchcraft.

The ship dropped anchor, and a small boat was lowered into the water. The boat rowed over to the dock. President Afonso Salazar stepped off, flanked by 2 Republican Guards, all of them wearing military uniforms. In addition, President Salazar wore a belt with 2 pockets. One contained a Holy Bible; the other contained a small bottle of holy water to repel witches and other unholy creatures.

Salazar walked up to Lord Vonstein. He said: "Greetings, Mr. Vonstein. I wonder, what brought you to invite me here? Do you have problems with witches, evil spirits or other unholy creations? Well, I am the man to call."

"Those questions, father, will be answered soon enough." Said Victor has the K-Tron send out signals to the waiting guests to head to the rusty tower in the center of the docks, where they would see black door with the navigation star shown on the Cyborgian flag."Everyone here? Good.Youll be allowed to leave when the meeting has concluded, as the Clockwork kraken is known to wander these waters at random times so it'll be late until it finishes or when the touring of Victorium gets boring.Always could stay the night free of charge, if you like this holy city given by the creativity and evolution of the human race." Said Victor with a smile. He took a golden key out of his pocket and firmly placed it in the middle of the star, turned it to the right and placed the key back into his pocket. The gate would open with purple mist crawling on the ground with the gears slowly start turning for the descending down 2096 meters under the northern Atlantic sea, the group of esteemed and quirky attendees would inside of the room, that would detailed in gold and sliver with glass windows that can survive the atmospheric pressures of the ocean."Find yourself, comfortable" replied Victor making eye with everyone in the lift, he'd then pressed a red across on near where the exit of this machine was, the slide doors smashed shut and thousand locking noises could be heard. The interior lights would turn from yellow to red, a voice could be heard saying: "Beginning descent." Victor looked out the glass window seeing the water surface becoming farther and farther away, as it would become dark, the red light would brighten, several minutes or hours passing by.Victor spoke again."Everyone grab your cameras, iPhones and what have you not, look to the right of the room or just anywhere, you'll be the city that never sleeps, colorful and heavenly lights.Victorium! A paradise not chained by parasites of our beloved planet.Estimatedly 8.538 million residents live and work in this underwater city trapped in the late 19th to early 20th century in it's unique culture of man, woman and child, the best place to find some celebrities, scientists and historians." Victor would rant on about his family's company that constructed this experimental project gone successfully with assistance of other major corporations interested in the project for taking the fascist dream to the next level.

He would stop speaking when the brakes' squealing with a sudden jolt of the elevator. The doors would smoothly slide open into what looks to be lobby with humanoid androids that were humans though have been cybernetically upgraded to become Cyborgians and transhumanist, but dressed in victorian suits and dresses, some of them would be impossible to tell if they were androids or a average biological human being. It should be best to assume they're not.The group would see a massive statue of a Iron Knight, Lord Ferriok, striking down a monstrous bat-like creature to show the strong and passionate hatred towards vampires by the nation's history with those bloodthirsty beasts in their history.Victor would pop out of the crowd laying back on a safety bar to keep young and distracted children from falling to their deaths to other seven hundred floors below from the statues located in the middle of it."Shall we make headway to my personal residence? Or shall we make tour first?" He asked in a calm tone of voice.

Marty had been taking some pictures with an old Polaroid camera, but stopped short when he saw the statue.

Marty: "Eeeeek!"

Larisa: "It's quite alright, Marty. I won't let them hurt us, and failing that, Douglas certainly won't."

Wyatt: "What about me? Don't I count for anything? Anyway, I guess it would probably best to get the tour first."

Marty glanced back and forth between Victor and the Portuguese priest. "Please don't hurt my mother. She's not an 'unholy creature', no matter what anyone says!" He shivered and stayed close to Larisa.

He said with a welcoming grin.On the other hand, Victor would said nothing as he didn't care if the servant of a Wolfic ceaser joined them, it would be helpful to have one to carry things for the attendees as they might be purchasing things at the shops.

The image of the underwater city of Victorium amazed the Emperor. He knew Julius had left his descendant a nation of powerful scientific advantages, but even that didn't prepare him for what he saw. While the Imperial Republic was looking to the skies, little was spent underground, with only regular submarines and submersibles being sent. There were a few underwater domes, but they proved to be expensive and not worth the cost, so they were mostly private owned places used as tourist attractions. But the image of a city, no less a metropolis was an inspiration to the Emperor. He made a mental note as he pulled out his eTele and snapped pictures that he absolutely underestimated the young Emperor. 007 seemed indifferent, and a statue wouldn't have been able to make the same expressionless face he was making.

When the elevator landed, and the lobby was shown, revealing the Cyborgians and transhumanists, the Emperor couldn't help but marvel at the ingenuity. The idea of transplanting the human mind to machines have been in the heads of many scientists. However, they were prevented to do so due to the ethical laws of science, so many placed their focus on artificial limbs. But, to see what the Imperial Republic couldn't do was another moment of awe for the Emperor. 007 seemed less in awe and more in disturbed. He himself has seen the effects of science gone mad, and he knew this was one of them. He knew that the Emperor wouldn't agree, but he thought of them as victims of a mad scientist. Eventually, the focus of Emperor and agent focused on the statue, with both admiring the colossal tribute to the anti-Vampirism, and the Emperor snapping a few pics. He heard the crises of a boy frightened, but paid no attention to it. When the question was asked, the Emperor, noticing his eTele had a lot more storage left, and had the curiosity of wanting more from the city, agreed to a tour.

Victor smile was seldom, but it could be seen now. "You are all under protection of the Dynasty. No one will hurt you, especially you, Marty, from the horrors Julius have achieved to make your ghostly pledges into a living hell. Now, like I said to Augustus, I wish you all to behave as gentlemen and gentlewomen, understand?" His eye was twitching with extreme displeasure, as the Lord Victor has a deadly temper and no one would wish to break it.

"Ahoy!" Said Xavier Vonstein, appearing with strawberry blond hair, palish white skin, red eyes with tattooed thin triangles below the eyes, similar to a circus clown that had red and black colors on them, has a skull earring on his left ear, and is wearing a black trenchcoat with thick black boots, with is a small top hat with a red ribbon and black ribbon hanging off his hat. He would give a friendly smile, revealing two sharp fangs. "I thought it would be nice to enjoy my vacation by taking part in this diverse summit with you guys." He would look at Wyatt. "How's it going? It's been some time from our duet. You look a lot older from the last time I saw you, Mister Wizzard," he said with a welcoming grin. On the other hand, Victor would said nothing, as he didn't care if the servant of a Wolfic ceaser joined them. It would be helpful to have one to carry things for the attendees as they might be purchasing things at the shops.

The Emperor promised to behave quite well during the tour, as he knew all too well the anger and fury a demon could have. The appearance of another demon was something that peaked the Emperor's curiosity. He knew Julius had a son from his marriage, but he never thought he had two. Immediately after his appearance, the Emperor asked, "Hello. I see you know Wyatt very well. I suspect you are a demon as well as your brother?"

President Salazar had a lot of things going through his mind, for what he saw and heard was unlike anything back home in Portugal.

"Clockwork kraken, what is that?" he asked nervously. "Is it a big monster that feasts on people? I bet it was created by no-one other than the Devil himself."

When he saw the cyborgs, Salazar was equally shocked. He thought: What sacrilege! These guys are tempting God with their hubris, messing with the sanctity of life. Portugal was a strictly Catholic nation, and its citizens had a distrust of many scientific technologies, especially those having to do with altering life. In fact, Portuguese schools still taught that the Earth was at the centre of the universe, and the Sun and stars went around it.

"Personally it doesn't matter what I see first," Salazar said. "But since the others want the tour, I guess I'll go with that too."

Marty: "I wonder where they'll take us first on the tour."

Douglas the bodyguard, apparently having become bored, was arm-wrestling several cyborgians. He beat each quickly despite them having robotic arms, showing that he was indeed much stronger than an average man.

Xavier would answer has Victor signal the group to the Museum of Innovation in the eastern block of the city close to time squares, where the streets would be wide open with glass above them protecting against water from flooding the place, it would be strange place with some clowns and plastic woman just wearing a skirt and well, a transparent suit, nothing else is needed to be said about that with many other things.Like a witchcraft shop advertising new weapons to kill a pure blood vampire, the citizens would automatically by their Programming clear a path for the Royal visitors.Federal Police would be whispering to themselves suspiciously about Wyatt's wife, Larsia.Victor would stop walking, he'd turned looking at the group."Welcome to Times Square." Xavier would have forgotten to answer the Emperor's question with him zoning out.

The Emperor admired the city as he walked through it with the group, snapping pictures with his eTele while his bodyguard mostly looked out for any suspicious activity. The sight of the semi-nude women shocked the Emperor a little, but he kept his composure, while secretly reminding himself to learn more about them. As the tour continued through the Squares, more pictures were snapped of the glass ceiling and the structures. The shops caught his eye, and the advertisements quickly made his eye turn somewhere else. 007 noticed the organized movement of the crowd and how they moved away as if it was planned. He also heard the police's gossip, and disliked how they would talk about her with disdain.

When they reached Clockwork Kraken, the Emperor marveled at the ingenuity of engineering. He snapped more pictures of it, and spotted the clock, which read the time accurately. The history of it was paid attention closely by the Emperor, who was quite eager to hear it was a British creation and the Mayor of the city. It was obvious that this was a marvel of AI and engineering. When the green wires were discussed, the Emperor turned his attention to them and noticed that they seemed to have a glow that was eerie and unusual. Hearing that they can suck supernatural items, like ghostly souls, raised an eyebrow to the Emperor, as the thought of combining science with the supernatural was something unheard of back home due to lack of evidence for the supernatural. As he admired the wires, the sudden sound of electricity travelling through the air turned his head to the commotion. Seeing a man turn into dust shocked the Emperor, and 007 reached for his gun, hidden under his pocket. However, upon reveal of the device that the dead was concealing, both the Emperor and 007 stared at shock. These were not the vampires that Wyatt and his wife knew. These were the savage ones, hungry to feed and hungry to kill. 007 made a reminder to go ask for some holy water and a stake whenever he was near a church. When asked if they had any questions, the Emperor asked, "Tell me, Victor. How often are these... 'vampiric terrorist attacks?'"

Upon the vampire being disintegrated, Larisa stared in shock. "Yikes. If they really want to stop vampire hunting, walking into a city with a bomb sure isn't going to do it. How did you know he was carrying one? And are vampires here really this violent?"

Said Victor calmly.

Larisa smiled. "Thank you! I'm not sure if I'd say that within earshot of Victor, though. It probably isn't what he was hoping to hear from you... I suppose I have one question. Vampires like myself are able to turn into bats, hypnotize people, etc., which would probably be considered magic. There's no spells or rituals or anything involved though, we're just born able to do it. Would we still be considered 'witches'?"

Wyatt joined the conversation. "I suppose the difference is that in the dimension I come from magic isn't an entirely evil force, just like vampires there aren't savage like they are here. This whole multiverse thing makes things overwhelming sometimes..."

Victor would find this a nuisance out of the corner of his eye.He look at his watch, making good time."Come." He said, leading the group to a favorite French restaurant called L'ABEILLE, he had reserved seats their which the group will be pledged to find themselves in a traditional french room for wealthier costumers separating them from the middle class commoners. The waiter would give each costumer a Menu with only two wine lists set on the table."Your server will be with you shortly." The waiter, leaving them.Victor would be sitting in the front area of the circular table, nearest to the clear glass window looking at the Kraken and a school of fish passing by next to the window looking out.He was silent for the time along with Xavier looking at the menu seeing what they would like to order.

"It's a rarity, with the savages being shipped off to the camps to burn into electricity. Only 9% of the Purebloods are actively trying to stage terrorist attacks against innocent folks. They are getting smarter about it, I reckon, but they won't be getting away with forgiveness from the populous or the State. They'll be dead in two years time. And their attacks barely happens, usually being monthly due to the Federal Police and surveillance in every district and province of the Federation getting better and better. They've successfully improved in tracking down the scum and not accidentally storming into a innocent's private residence just chatting about their political beliefs, which we do not do like a insecure crackpot dictatorship, unlike our allies, the Supreme Authority or Soyouso. That would be in violation of the constitution in article 11 through 13 on basis of freedom of thought, expression and speech. Does that answer your question, sir?" Victor said calmly.

The Emperor stared at deep thought at his answer he received. He knew that the vampires were quite... savage. But, to see them act as terrorists almost flips the Emperor's opinion on Victor. While still morally confused on whether or not destroying radicals is good, he now feels that Victor is justified in a sense for his cruel attitude to these vampires. And the news of them respecting the political rights and thoughts of the people moved the Emperor to decide that he truly wants to redo his relationship with Victor and start on a good note. 007, while still suspicious, couldn't help but have a little respect for the demon. While he distrusts demons, he loathes corrupt evil things that pose a threat, and the enemy of his enemy is his friend.

"It does, Victor. I am glad to see you are suppressing this terrorist threat on your nation in a justified sense. I hope this anti-Vampirism doesn't spread beyond this particular type of barbarians."

"Quite. With it, anything can prove to be possible and reality. Dream of a world where you're king of the world? It exists! Think of a world where the US is fascist? It exists! Think of a world where stereotypes don't exist? It's a bit hard to believe, but it exists! The multiverse makes everything possible, and therefore reflects many sides and truths of one thing, resulting in different interactions and ideas to form on one particular subject. I'd explain more, but that would have me talking off the ears of everyone here."

The Emperor read his menu with careful eyes, scanning the words and deciding which one would be the most delectable. As he sat on the opposite of the Emperor, 007 sat with the middle class to have his own meal, while watching out for any intruders and assassins. While reading the menu, he nonchalantly stated, "So, who thinks they have their order ready? I haven't, but I want to see if anyone has to help with my decision."

"The Chausey Isle’s lobster sounds delicious with the almond shells, never had lobster with almonds before, always a new experience, yes? I'll be ordering with a glass of cheerwine with me not drinking alcoholic beverages at all for my liver to be healthy or something. And if we are ready to order, I'll summon the server." Said Victor with a friendly smile.
