They have rattled their swords, demanding conflict, they have attempted to sabotage our economy, demanding submission! The UASR is superior to their primitive ways, and will recieve neither conflict nor ambition! They will face the strength and pride of all Albandrite people united as one against them! The party has voted consciously and clearly on how to deal with their petty embargos!

-All oil exports to the Orion Islands and their allies against us will cease. Any further action will result in further recall of oil to other nations, you do not wish for this to happen to the oil market.

-All citizens of the Orion Islands are forbidden from leaving or entering the UASR, all citizens will of the Orion Islands who attempt to leave the UASR will be detained, questioned and imprisoned until further notice.

The UASR had put all of its chips out on the table, they were now holding the international Oil Market hostage, and the lives of hundreds of Orion citizens hostage. Further aggression could lead the Albandrite government into furthering their promises and damaging the global economy and potentially kill hundreds of citizens of the Orion Islands...Something that would likely be blamed on the current President and their inability to deal with the situation properly. The entire situation had became a lot dicier, and Albandry was just waiting to see if their daring move pays off...

While the international scene around the UASR seemed to become drastically more heated, the national life of the nation and remained cool. Preparations for the arrival of the Evan Emperor were well underway. The airport had an entire section closed off and cleaned extremely well for his arrival, the generic shops that only featured names that described what was sold( Coffee, Burgers, and such) were cleaned and all food was tested to be at peak quality. The large murals displaying the scenes of the Albandrite Civil War in the Socialist realist style were dusted, and new red banners bearing the two gold hammers and hatchet of the UASR were placed all down the halls leading to the private pickup area for the Emperor. A circle where a large fountain stood, lights reflecting rainbow colors into the water. Everything had to be perfect, and the Zukalu Touring Cooperative was the enterprise fit for the job. The party had given them very clear orders, provide the most enjoyable tour of Albandry possible for the coming Emperor. The plan was simple, the Emperor and Premier Vinsky would meet in revolutionary city after a brief drive through the capital at the Communist Party Headquarters. Comrade Vinsky and the Emperor will discuss some matters in a private room, before the Premier would take the Emperor to a party meeting on whatever mundane issue faced the nation at the time. The Emperor will then be taken to a highly secure resort 20 miles south of the city, where he will stay his first night. Afterwards, Premier Vinsky was to meet him there, and they will eventually tour the mountains. This puts Vinsky in a safe place in case the situation internationally gets heated and the capital suffers because of it. Other discussions would eventually be had during the time of all this touring, discussions that will help change foreign relations of the UASR for the better.

In response to the heightening tension the Empire is ordering the mobilization of the Ruivan Third Fleet, while the fleet is not being put to sea it is however being ordered into battle readiness. a process that will take 2 weeks at most to complete. The Empire Wishes to reiterate our stance in this matter The UASR is our ally and we stand by them through this. The Empire Formally Condemns the saber rattling of the OIA and wishes to join the UASR in it's embargo of said nation. From this moment on until the resolution of this situation the Empire is placing a total economic embargo on the OIA and as a further measure we are also freezing any and all OIA assets in the Empire indefinitely.

After the group of Evan Empire and UASR officials had greeted each other and spent a good time talking at the Revolutionary City Airport the officials began making their way towards the rest of the city. They were escorted past pristine shops advertising familiar foods along with large murals showcasing the patriotic struggles that had forged the proud nation. Flags of gold hammers and hatchets representing the communistic ideology of the UASR could be seen on the way to the group’s motorcade. The group then left the airport touring the rest of the great city in motion. Soon Emperor Evan found himself at the Communist Party Headquarters with Premier VInsky. Evan cleared his throat and extended his hand for a handshake: “Warmest greetings from the Evan Empire Premier Vinsky. You maintain a truly beautiful city and country here. To my right is my personal secretary along with my 12 security personnel and some staff from the Capitol Building.”

Premier Vinsky rose from his seat in the party headquarter's VIP waiting room, clearing his throat and shaking the Emperor's hand "Greetings, your Imperial Majesty. Thank you for coming to Albandry, and enjoying the tour of our lovely capital. I am glad you found everything satisfactory." His gaze turned towards the men behind the Emperor, and he nodded. "Pleasure to meet you gentlemen aswell, I hope you find our workers paradise the best it can be." Vinsky turned back to the Emperor, "You have been invited to attend a party meeting, you are also welcomed to say a few words regarding the international situation if you wish. Your choice, of course."
