OOC: What. Is. This. Keshiland, instead of learning new things about the World Assembly, you seem to be regressing.

The object is to submit (1) something that's legal, (2) something that the delegates would approve, (3) something that the WA as a whole would pass. So far, you're having so much trouble with step (1), you're not looking beyond that. You're in such a rush to put something in the queue, you're not taking the time to make this into something passable. When I wrote my first successful resolution, it took six weeks to draft, and that was for something that was relatively uncontroversial, banning child pornography. You need to take your time, listen to input from those who have been here a long time, accept criticism, and wait until it's ready before you submit it again.
Just going to ignore that part, aren't you, Keshiland?

Wrapper, surely you understand that advice from mods and GenSec and experienced players counts for nothing, right? Just because we've got decades of experience and success at getting proposals passed doesn't mean we know anything about it.
