[Pax Cybertronian]

Upon the formation of the Cybertronian Empire in the early 22nd Century – that of the merging of the Decepticons and the original Cybertronian Empire, Megatron originally sought to create an empire without the assistance of any allies, be they mechanical or organic. However, after the Empire defeated the Autobots on Cybertron and forced them to New Iacon and planets such as Caminus and Gigantion, and with the formation of interplanetary organisations such as the Anti-Democratic League and the UNASAA-IA, the High Lords of Cybertron saw it fit to form their own galactic-wide organisation: one that, for one reason or another, focuses on the ultimate conquest of the galaxy; which will, one day, rival the other two prominent organisations. The first ever meeting of the GIL will initially take place in the Harbinger, flagship of the Cybertronian Defence Fleet, currently orbiting Cybertron. The Cybertronian Navy is continually monitoring the meeting and are ready to strike against dissidents and terrorists and other threats at all times. President Starscream has ordered that, while foreign powers may display their power, they shall not bring them their armies to the meeting for safety purposes. A phobia shield has been placed around Cybertron, alongside the blockade. It is with great pride that I can now announce that the meeting has commenced, and with it, Cybertron shall show its dominance to the rest of the Milky Way!
