Asian Unification

Ive seen so many American unification ,African unifications, European unification, and etc. But I've never heard of anyone wanting Asian unification.
What's your take on all of Asia(no not my queens name....im talking about the continent) uniting into a giant empire. From japan to Vietnam and everyone in between. What would the world look like after that? Could we live in peace. Where does north korea fit into all this?!? so many questions ......Provide the answers!!!

I really love the idea but the problem is that China would force its way into dominance and use the rest of the state as second class peasants for Beijing. If instead it was led by Japan or India (preferably India) than I'd be all for it.

Just like Africa it will be impossible to unite unless all people living in Asia spoke only a couple different common languages like mandarin, Arabic, English, or Hindu plus the economic and political aspects of a united Asia would be horrendous as their are roughly 4.2 billion people living their. So long story short it won't happen

It would never happen, and shouldn't ever happen. Cultures in Asia are too different to one another. One group would eventually be favoured over the others.
It should not be attempted or supported.

Japan blew its credit during the Second World War. India is a sociopolitical construct.
ASEAN is the new SEATO and destined to share its fate.

China will lead the way.

Asia is a hell of a lot bigger than "Japan to Vietnam and everyone in between." And the reason it has never been suggested, OP, is because it's a stupid idea with no logic to it. Asia is the largest continent on Earth, constituting almost a third of the planet's land area and home to over half the human population. It's also home to a great variety of different cultures and societies with huge differences. Just to emphasise how ridiculously diverse this hypothetical Asian union would be, within this union, you'd have most of the Islamic world, the Sinosphere, the Hindu world, Russia and central Asia. That's a lot of different countries and regions with enormously varying levels of development and markedly different cultures and worldviews. Most likely the union would be dominated by the rivalry between its two largest members, India and China, together making up over half the continent's population. You'd also have to deal with the deep-seated ambivalence between India and Pakistan, China, Korea and Japan, the Arab states and Iran, China and the other nations of the South China Sea, etc. There's simply no commonality on which to base such a union.

There is no doubt that even with "all hands on deck" international cooperation, cultural identity and cultural recognition will be humanity's greatest desire. That is not to say that countries are bad.

Panama to Greenland which has a better chance of succeeding compared to an Asian unification.

Countries like North Korea and Saudi Arabia are families' private property, and I have no idea why these people would give up an entire nation.

Hindus and Muslims, Jews and Muslims, Japanese and rest of Asia, all these people have hard historical issues.

Beijing likes a cultural uniformity, especially when we talk about religion. Can you imagine Mecca, Tehran and Jerusalem accepting that? Not to mention the other Asian traditions.

Would democratic nations like Japan, South Korea, Israel and India accept to be the next Hong Kong?

Russians may lobby to drag the economic, political and cultural power to Moscow and the European Axis.

Some Japanese are still proud to be a “nation of one race”, while Singapore have a lot of faith in their small and rigid social system.
