World Assembly
we should be have no more war. Promote friendship and peace in all world assembly members, why should go for war easy way discuss the matter no more factions.
We should think about it ,
    Banning nukes
    no more faction , they should be banned
    dictator should promote government in another type of government
    banning all arm and weapons
we will leave peace and serve as peace in future

Now, on to this thing specifically. First of all, this is not a proposal. Second, what you do have here cannot be done.
