The USA federal government and its various allies around the world thought it was a good idea to pick on your nation. They turned out to be wrong. You have withstood the full might of the USA/NATO military industrial complex and have secured the unconditional surrender of the USA. But now that you have won, there is an even more pressing question than war: how will your nation treat your vanquished foes, the USA?

The political culture of Zebulor prizes socialism and direct democracy, so we would not be lenient with the USA. There is also a lot of distrust against the American political culture, and the consensus is that if we tried to build a genuine democracy in the USA, no matter how much aid we poured into the project it would be a waste because the people themselves would sabotage the new system.

Therefore, we would create new nations, along mostly pre-existing divisions to ensure that each successor state has some loyal constituency that will support its existence for the first few generations (after which the new borders will be seen as normal).

We might annex some areas that are particularly useful for our purposes, and we would also give out a few lands to foreign powers (give Arizona and Utah to Mexico, let the New England states join Canada, give Cuban government a free hand in the Miami area), but most of the land would belong to successor states.

Some possible successor states would be Cascadia in the Pacific Northwest, a black secessionist state in the deep south, an independent Texas (with Japan-style arrangement for military), an independent entity in the Appalachian Mts, and a massive state for native American secessionists covering most of the rest of the country. For bonus lulz, we set up Juggalos with their own empire, consisting of the Detroit area.

This sort of arrangement would keep the Americans divided against each other, preventing reunification. Furthermore, it would give neighboring countries a stake in preventing American reunification. While destructive to the American people, such an arrangement could be stable for centuries.

The Imperium would do the same thing it does on every conquered human world - herd the surviving residents into designated ghettos, where they would be allocated barely enough resources for basic subsistence, and rebuild the rest of the land according to their own understanding exclusively for themselves.

The people of America would have to learn soon and quickly that their accustomed age of nigh-unlimited civil rights is over, and from now on, the sum of their rights and entitlements is whatever we say they are, something just as easily taken away as it is given. Those into protesting and rioting about minor incidents of police using excessive force would likewise have to leave their old habits in the past, since Urban Security will not be anywhere near as lenient on them for violent anti-social activity as their old police force. Likewise, American people will have to be a lot more careful about where they point their beloved guns at - shoot a Sidh, and his friends and the Sidh authorities will have no qualms about slaughtering an entire city district just to get back and demonstrate the profound error in such acts.

Other than that, Imperial authorities wouldn't much intervene with human affairs. The ghetto denizens would be left to their own devices as long as they didn't try to leave without permission or became too much of a nuisance to the Sidh residents outside.

They will become citizens of Mon Ling and obey our Empress. We will teach them about our language and culture. We may also demolish some American monuments and replace them with new ones to honor Mon Ling.

Dogek defeated the USA in 1963. The peace treaty made Alaska a puppet state of Dogek, and forced the Cascadian States (Washington, Oregon) free.

As with the other nations on Earth, the population was genocided partly to ensure that there would be fewer humans than there were of us at the time of the Invasion. The remaining population was declared to be livestock of the "beasts of burden" category and put to slavery doing heavy labor in what became our mines.

That said, the USA got far more of our rage than Earth's less notable nations. It was the very instigator of the Decepticon-Earth War, which was fought to "set the record straight" after it insulted the great Decepticon Nation and its People through the release of a high-budget propaganda movie made specifically for that purpose (The Transformers - Michael Bay). The country refused our multiple calls to recall that movie, and not only did it NOT apologize for its insults, it became extremely smug and claimed to have "free speech" while heaping ever worse new insults upon us. In our culture, this left us no other option than to eradicate their nation with full military force and thereby forever prove our actual status as their definite superiors. Their allies, who followed in their behavior, also had to be eradicated.

Due to the country and its people's brazen display of absolute, obstinate, smug stupidity, it was punished more harshly than almost all of its allies. It was definitely punished worse than the officially-uninvolved nations. Many segments of the US population were specifically rounded up and wiped out at the merest whim of the Genocide Battalion rather than due to direct orders, no rules of war were imposed on our troops other than to take territory as fast as we could, any US human who even gave us a dirty look (much less actually complained) was summarily and brutally executed by whichever Decepticon saw it first, US slaves were given the most meager rations and hardest work, and the nation was also the source of the vast majority of our genetic testing subjects.

For the same reasons, its people were also the first to be effectively recoded out of existence thanks to forced upgrades to our Approved DNA Codec for the Human Species, which rendered them into a new breed of strong, loyal, obedient, yet smarter, slaves. At first, this change merely made them into what could be called a new ethnicity, but now that we're at Version 5.3, the bipedal livestock here are best considered to be a mostly-human-looking, but not really human, species with only a tangential relation to the originals. The Approved DNA Codec for the Human Species was soon applied to all of the humans on Earth except for a few off-the-grid survivalists that we couldn't catch (who are now known as "wild humans"), but only after the US population was fully out of beta. This made it so that the US humans were the ones to experience any errors in the Codec, while the planet's other livestock was able to make the transition far more smoothly...or "humanely," as that species so arrogantly referred to such things.

That was over 200 years ago. Now, the area is known only as Resource Region #1-#9, Earth, and only Decepticons know what the planet - and these regions - used to be like. "Humans" are produced in Cloning Centers according to the latest version of the Approved DNA Codec for the Human Species, and then they are brought up in Decepticon-run Raising Centers that teach them all to be good and loyal slaves.

These Raising Centers, however, don't just teach Humans 5.3 to serve and revere their Decepticon masters. They also teach many of the finer points of connivery and Decepticonism in general - and that the strong should rule the weak. This makes it so that any planet idiotic enough to try to "save" them will, if they don't get destroyed in the trying, only end up importing a bunch of dyed-in-the-wool crooks and raiders who, being genetically augmented to be far stronger than baseline, will fully believe that they should rule over the unaugmented members of the interfering races as their absolute masters - just like they were ruled over by their own betters, the Decepticons.

Emancipate and liberate the American people from shadows of humanity, through our cutting-edge cybernetics and nano- technology (transhumanism ), part from that, people will be given Eclisian citizenship, and health care + social benefit (ex. state-funded pre-school-university education) more decent than they had before. Furthermore, business owners who previously manipulated markets unethically will be charged with fraud (by Eclisian law, if the retail price exceeds a certain percentage of production price, the business owner will be charged with fraud, the percentage varies based on product. Corporate-crimes are of big deals in Eclius.), big banks will be dissolved, all constructions affiliated with non-scientific beliefs will be shut down, and converted into local infrastructure. Any businesses that committed anti-union or exploitation against natural resource/workers will be harshly punishment as per Eclisian law. All existing nuclear weapons and military equipment's will be scavenged and and reused in infrastructural developments. All infrastructure and civilian buildings will be given an upgrade. Pop-culture related stuff will be allowed to continue. All of the wealth owned by citizens will be automatically converted from USD to Electronic Denarii or Bitcoins. All guns will be collected by the State of Eclius, and destroyed, in exchange, citizens will be given material-based goods in compensation. Lastly, Area 51 and military bases in USA will be used by the Imperius in stage of full-wide emancipation campaign of Terras*. Bernie Sanders will be assigned by the Empire as the governor of Terras once the entire earth is liberated from biological restriction

We'd probably leech off it's petrol supply and horde some amount of natural resources and technology for a few years without even thinking about occupying the country itself; though we assume that some associates like China and Russia would want to "de-claw" the USA.

Rebuild what was destroyed and restructure the government to remove corruption and limit power of companies. Promote economic equality in the rebuilt USA and make an ally out of our former enemy, helping them out when they need help in economic and civil structure and attempt to get a good image in the civilian eye of the US. Same applies with other NATO Countries.

Formally dissolve NATO and replace it with a new alliance with the Cooperative in the lead.

Restore every single steam engine as well as replace all the diesels with steam engines, and publicly execute everyone at EMD. And then build a wall on both the Mexican and Canadian borders, you just can't trust those syrup chugging mounties.

Overall, we'd leave it the same. The President would be kept as a figurehead much like the U.K.'s queen, but congress would be non existent as we'd wipe all American laws and replace them with ours.

Wardie land technically did defeat the USA, although as part of a multi-national alliance, in 1861 Wardie land recognised the legitimacy of the Confederate States of America, thus resulting in war with the Union, after a failed Union Navy attack on the capital city of New London in 1862 the Royal Imperial Wardian Navy launched a series of diversionary raids along the coast of California, which forced the Union to divert men and supplies from the east to defend their Western flank.

Following that the Royal Imperial Wardian Marines landed south of San Diego and met up with Californian secessionist militias and pushed on San Diego, following the Battle of San Diego the force pushed northwards on the road to Sacramento, eventually meeting up with a Confederate Army which had crossed across Confederate Arizona and New Mexico territories from Texas, for the final push to Sacremento, local pro-secessionists and pro-Confederates assisted in the battle and the Bear flag of an independent California flew over the Sacramento state capital, California and Oregon, which seceded after the secession of their southern neighbour, formed the "Pacific Republic", giving the Confederacy almost complete control over the west coast, the towns of San Diego, San Francisco and Portland became naval bases for the Confederate States Navy.

By the time of Gettysburg in mid 1863 Britain and France had declared their support for the Confederacy and joined the war on the Confederate side, Anglo-French forces invaded from Canada and made landings along the eastern seaboard with the intent of encircling Washington, forcing the Union to divert men and supplies to fight a three-front war, the Union lost Gettysburg and fell into full retreat towards Washington.

By Autumn 1863 Washington was besieged, eager to end the war before remaining Union reinforcements in the mid-west states could arrive the Confederate alliance forces launched a final assault on Washington from all sides, and forced the surrender of the Union's government, Lincoln was ousted from power for his refusal to surrender.

In the Treaty of Washington the USA had to recognise the legitimacy of the Confederacy and renounce all claim to the states and territories of the Confederacy, as a result North America is split between the Union north and east and the Confederate south and west, Wardie land and the Confederacy became close allies and trade-partners after the war, RIWN ships often visit Confederate port in the Pacific Republic, the RIWAF often trains with the Confederate States Air Force.

The Auzkhian Empire would probably create occupation zones and partition it, and give some land back to Mexico and Canada, if the British Commonwealth answered the call to arms through the European Treaty Organization. The empire has yet to go to war with the United States, but if war was possible, we would then also put limits on expansion and military strength, to make sure they never infringe on imperial interests. Total annexation is impossible, but we could demand territory, but would prefer reparations and put a pro-German government, or keep it disunited giving the original states sovereignty and let them vie for their part of North America.

Now that the last of the great nations of Terra has fallen, the Pangalactic Empire of Warg shall force them to use all resources in the construction of a dyson ring, so that we may drain their sun of all energy before glassing the planet and allowing those we deem as good potential citizens to emigrate to one of our colony worlds closer to our home solar system of Algol (Beta Persei)

The Alkasian military is reserved for defense purposes and rather small, so I have no idea how we pulled such an astounding victory out of nothing.
But alas, it happened, so we will make the best of it.

Alkasia is outspoken against imperialism, but having defeated a global superpower, one can't resist a few concessions (presumably this situation would only occur if the President and enough members of the PoI were pro-imperialist, at least to a point) The main difference is that the USA would be essentially puppeted and vassalized after a moderate time of occupation. A proper social democracy would be established, but the system of government would be maintained, due to its similarities to the Alkasian system. The people's freedoms would be fully maintained, but any armed rebellion that might happen to break out would be stamped out by any means necessary. Since US citizens maintain their rights, they also keep the right to vote, voting whomever they please into office, as long as that candidate is pro-Alkasian. The US military is reduced significantly, with the billions saved going into education, healthcare, and social programs. Their military is also subservient to the Alkasian High Command, with the American President's ability to enter alliances and Congress' ability to declare war firmly dependent on Alkasian foreign relations.

Even though the US is a vassal of Alkasia, some territorial acquisitions would be implemented. The majority of the American west coast would be annexed and become a full territory of Alkasia with all the rights guaranteed to Alkasian citizens. Dual citizenship would be permitted, but all people living in the territory must either become a citizen or a permanent resident of Alkasia.

[West Phoenicia]

Restructure the U.S from a Republic to a Monarchy with West Phoenician choosing a puppet royal family. Congress to stay the same but cuts to politican wages.

Bringing the nation back to one nation under God.

Round up all Democrats voters as most are unstable and cannot be trusted to be loyal to their nation. Move them to California where they can form there own state of Socialist/Communist dystopia who hate anything good and decent. And they are permitted 1 senator. Congress is run as usual but West Phoenicia is able to reject any law the U.S tries to pass if they do not like it.

Pass the Soylent Code Pink law that any rabid liberal over 50 must be tossed into a volcano to give blessings to the rest of the population. Any rabid liberal under 50 is deported to Mexico to work as nannies, cleaners, and house servants.

All other citizens are treated equally in regards to marriage and equal pay for equal work, free college in exchange for higher tax taken out once in stable employment compared to those who paid for university out of their own pocket. A plastic tax on anyone who receives cosmetic surgery for vanity purposes.

And like Japan, the U.S becomes a Defence Force not able to act only defend.

To not over populate stop all immigration unless for hiring of hard to fill jobs.

Move the United Nations to a neutral place no longer controlled by the U.S and stripping them of their power to veto on the Security Council.
