NationStates pre-imminent, most prestigious water polo championship is back for its second edition of play, pitting the best hydro-poloists in the world in one pool to determine a new champion and pave the way for hydro-poloists to come. In its maiden edition, the West Phoenicia water polo team took home the crown, defeating the Kebecois team 8-6, this time however, perhaps its your turn to shine? The world is hungry for a new champion, the aqua gods have cast their tridents. It is your time to rise.

Please put all OOC/discussion questions and comments in this thread, sign-ups and host bids should be directed to this thread. As water polo is a rather small tournament, we encourage newer nations to bid to host, however, a bit of experience in scorinating and rping on NS Sports is required.

The IWPF encourages you to take a look at the WPIC I's winning bid particularly if this is one of your first attempts at hosting.
The deadline for host bids is ~~Wednesday, July 5~~ Sunday, July 23rd.

So, bump, we're filling up quicker than expected and we've drummed up a lot more nations, so, if we get to 16 ahead of schedule, I will unlock the cap and we'll take as many as we can get.
We also need a host bid.

Does the number of participants need to be a power of two?

Also is there a standard form we should be using?

As I, (Darkmania) want to find out how far a nation can go without RP-bonus, I've decided to send a puppet to be maybe the last one to sign in.
