The Greater Chinese Empire, has made more than a million scientific advancements in the 21th century as the rest of the world is failing to caught up to the rapid speed of the Empire growing powerful every day and even second with them having constructed two Dyson spheres in the Milky Way system in unclosed regions with the lasting of eternal energy to feed the Empire that has become diversified with extraterrestrials as its influence is expanding with human and alien contacting one another with commerce, travel, military and other things to develop relations by peaceful means of cooperation though the Empire has had its earliest of interstellar enemies.But they were prepared for them with a excellent victory in Zone 23, the western region of the system where the great fleets of empires flamed into battle by the command of their masters without question, the war ended as said with victory and the an annexation of much of the enemy's territory.

Although for now the Great Empire of China is coming with returning its focus on the homeworld of Earth to have beneficial agreements that will help its fellow nations become what they have become in just a few years.The leaders of Skymoot,Skyhooked, Willania Imperium,Gaozu,Yeffin,and Saint Loofa have been invited as following transportation shuttles have been dispatched from the Shanghai One Intergalactic Space Station that was finished five years ago and now a busy megatropolis with commerce and many residents from all over the universe living there for many different reasons, which are too many to be planned.As the station, the symbol of imperialism orbits above the homeworld glorifying the Empire's unlimited power.

Meanwhile, the Emperor and his hundred guards of the death trooper class with their menacing black and morbid power armor would be patiently waiting in a private hanger that belongs to the Imperial Star Fleet of Imperial China would be used for the shuttles sent to retrieve the invited leaders to discuss the matters of diplomacy and the future of their nations in the starring star of the People's Kingdom of Greater China.

Stan Dixon was lunching in the restaraunt in the Capitol, when he saw an imperial shuttle landing right on the Revolt square. He quickly took three Capital minutemen officers, who were playing cards at nearby table, and rushed to the transport, knowing, that it's impolite to force the foreign power to wait much, and finally entered the transport ship. He left Casey James to watch over the Skyhooked, while he is on the summit.

After a while, Stan arrived to the destination. He did some job to look more sober and to memorize some etiquette.

"Greetings, Emperor. First of all, I would like to thank for inviting us to the summit. I hope, that our relations will yield fruits for all our sides. In case we need to wait for the other guests to arrive, I will wait."

He flicked a piece of lint off of his suit onto the floor before him and put on a forced smile, but showing scared eyes.

He was dressed in his blue ceremonial yukata with his big straw hat - the one he uses for special occasions. His feet clopped along the ground in raised wooden shoes.

"Helloooo! How is everyone doing? Look, I brought cake!"

Handing out small, dragon-shaped cupcakes to everyone, he ignored the blank stares he was getting.

"So what's happening? I miss anything?"

Said the Emperor taking another bite out of the cupcake.

Qinshi looked at the servant with a neutral expression. This kind of treatment towards others seemed so alien to him, Gaozu had abolished this kind of employment practice decades ago. But then he realised where he was, and that he had to make a good impression.

It's absolutely inhumane. To treat a man who helped you like they are trash that can be replaced is sickening. My people consider themselves as family. Even if you may be a servant, you are invited to join the family they are serving. It sickens me.

Said the Emperor with his expression saying that he's dead serious.Always since almost everyone is here, the a guard would fire their assault rifles into the air telling everyone to follow them or get abandoned having to wait for the summit to end as the shuttles wouldn't be taking them back home till then.As if someone decided forcefully leave the security system would stun them and take them to a nearby police station to be held for the meantime.

Thr group would have to take a monorail away the end of panel one, where the summit would be held in a 156 story skyscraper, which would be the HQ of Kuzio's mercenary company with the element of fire and some patriotic banners on the walls when they exited the monorail and entered the building in orderly fashion with some people on the streets booing the Emperor with his decision to open relations with Saint loofa's tyrant coming to the summit, protesting would be a valued right so as the police would be only keep the protesters at bay for the safety of the foreign leaders some signs wouldn't be at that kind to the foreigners in the meeting calling them traitors of tolerating the tyrant in the meeting."Ah! The love of freedom of expression is in the air tonight, good to be a secure and not insecure leader, eh?" Joked the Emperor as they finally entered the building going to 155th floor where a conference room would lay a small white modernized room with white and red chairs as a with a large circular table that would have a holomap built into it by the design of it.

The Emperor would take his seat next to the window looking at the entirety of the massive station with each panel being a city filled with billions of people from everywhere in the universe, so beautiful, the Emperor would think with fresh beverages materializing to each of the leaders to they're favorite native drinks in their own countries as they took their sits also.The holomap would activate to show the known civilizations in the universe and to give the place a more futurist feeling."So who would like to go first?" Asked the Emperor as he does in every meeting he has, with him not liking to be the first one to discuss a topic.
