Our other, non-war Rp's are getting crowded up with politics and war, so i am making this to take a load off everything else.

[The Protacan Colony of Commuria]

The Protacan Colony has declared a regional state of emergency due to threats from various nations against other various nations.
All nations are called in to make both NCA and Nunavutialand stop fighting and agree to a peace conference.
Nunavutialand has also imprisoned Protacans including the Protacan diplomats for 'illegal' reasons.
Although The Protacan Colony accepts this as part of Nunavutialand culture and law, thus valid, The Colony wants to work with Nunavutialand in coming to a peaceful agreement. If not Protacan cannot guarantee Nunuvutialand help against NCA in both war and politics.

[Benovoum]

Benovoum allied army has marched into NCA.
They took too long to accept peace.
Many bunkers with men are there.
But the land is mostly ours
many men surrendered after Protacan treated them well
Guerrilla warfare continues intensely.
Benovoum wishes NCA to surrender, they will avoid full annexation and avoid white lives lost.
Benovoum guarentees NCA independence and continued rule of NCA leaders without allied interfereance if they accept peace negotiations.

[Emanonland]

Emanonland has announced that it has developed a new type of bomb, known as the Massive Ordinance Air Blast, or M.O.A.B. It is more or less a massive explosion that delivers a massive blast that flattens everything within a mile. It is not nearly as powerful as our nuclear bombs, but M.O.A.Bs are deemed able to use in conventional warfare.

We are also setting up a massive anti-air grid across the homeland, as well as deploying anti-warhead defense systems, purely for are own protection. we can assure complete nuclear annihilation to anyone who uses nuclear weapons against us or our close allies.

Finally, seeing that there has been alot of anti-communist/socialist movement in the region, starting with the war on Byant and the rise of nations like NCA and Orne, we would like to propose a alliance of communist and socialist nations for the sole purpose of protection.

We have joined Benovoum in the assault on Liberia, commiting 150,000 troops. Our navy has commited fully against NCA's. We have confidence in victory. Our soliders, airforce, tanks, and ships can match up or even out perform any of NCA's, and we have a MASSIVE number advantage. However, we will accept a white peace/ negotiate a peace treaty with NCA at any time.

We must teach NCA and Nunavutialand what it means to be moral. We must teach them that they cannot get away with injustice. We ask for peace too much. We reward the nations for cruel actions and acts of hate. We have become pushovers in the name of peace. Peace no longer. These peaces we have done only led to injustice and have not solved anything. They have left the world ready for the next conflict and the next and the next. No more. We are done with peace. We will no longer be a peaceful nation giving up all of our efforts and giving up so many things. We were once a peaceful nation. But today that changes. You know what? people of Protacan! We have tried being kind and peaceful. We have tried and given up so much to resolve conflicts and gain peace. Yet us! US of all nations! The most peaceful and moral of all. Have been drawn into the most wars. We! We have been in the most wars. We have fought the most, we have spent the most, we have lost the most. Every war we are bombed, nuked, killed, destroyed, and attacked. Everytime we sit idle trying to be kind and fair to all, and then they turn on us and attack us. No longer! This world does not want a peaceful nation like us. We will no longer be peaceful. It has only punished us. More conflict has been gained out of us trying to be peaceful than not. We must stop being peaceful to create peace. Rather we must be the defenders. The Protectors. The Protacans! We must do our duty to defend the innocent. We must defend humanity! We must defend justice. This is our duty, as Protacans. What is our name? Protacans! We are Protacans. Protacans must protect. Regardless of who or what, we must defend people. We must defend those who are innocent. We must stop the injustice and hate. We need to stand up against the bullies of this world. We must stop the oppression of human beings. We try for peace, yet that allows more to die, more to be oppressed and enslaved. We have tried, yet bombs always fall on the innocent and on us. No more! nor more shall we be weak! no more shall we give up so much for peace. We must rather be aggressive, become the peacekeepers of this region! We must defend our fellow nations from hostile forces and people. But most importantly we must defend the innocent lives and people. We must uphold standards and rights. We will not allow other nations to abuse others and bring hate into this world. We have, in attempts for peace with them, defended NCA with the Protacan Shield. Spending billions of dollars on their defence. Yet they remain hateful and heartless. They invade us even now and kill us and perform terrible deeds. They oppress their citizens with racial divides. They have nuked areas as practice and enslaved people. They have nukes innocent populations and have performed many more atrocities to the innocents. We will not have them say sorry and then escape out of it in the name of peace. This only tells them they can get away with injustice. We will destroy their government and free their people. We don't even want to kill any of them, but their government is intent of getting their civilians killed as meat shields. We have even taken nukes for them, yet they hate us. Nunavutialand has taken hostage of our men. They have nuked areas without care and discrimination. They have broken agreements and ignored all calls for peace. They fire nukes without care, and yet feel they have the right to criticize us when it hits them! Think of all the species they have killed by nuking austrailia! Think of all the innocent lives, not even loyal to NCA, yet still nuked. killing civilians. then having the audacity to make us pay for their cruel deeds! No more! no more! nor more of both of their injustice, hate, and cruelty. We will take out their governments. We will free their people and free our people. We will no longer call for peace, only justice. We will uphold morality. Until it is delivered, until fairness and peace is brought via force. We are done playing the nice guy. We are done being pushovers. We only receive more wounds from kindness. We will not accept peace treaies from them until they agree to remove their governments. We will have victory!"

The Protacan Colony has begun agressive bombardment of Nunavutialand's coastline. Targeting anything that fires at them and at political/ military targets only.
The navy seeks to gain naval support.
NCA's blockade has been lifted to aid in the Nunavutialand blockade. It is no longer needed due t NCA liberia under occupation by Benovoum.
With the loss of their homeland, and already cut off from supply, NCA troops remain mostly unsupplied. The loss of all NCA owned colony land to Nunavutialand has led to only occupied territory. Combine this with the loss of political leaders, NCA is close to capitulation. NCA navy has been destroyed due to lack of ports and oil.

Emanonland has drawn out of the war. With Liberia occupied, and the rest of the NCA nuked, we have no reason to remain in the war. We have no quarrel with Nunavutialand, and do not wish to get drawn in to a war that we do not want. All trade has been resumed and embargos lifted.

However, Emanonland will maintain a active military of at least 2 million in the homeland, with at least 8 million in reserves. Every colony will have a garrison of 10,000-100,000 soldiers in every colony, depending on the colony size.

The Communist and Nationalist are particularly controversial. It is not expected that they will win, but they are extremely passionate and civil war is feared. The polls are expected to come in soon.

The remaining government has fled to Hawaii in exile. It still recognizes the Treaty of Bangkok and pressures the Protacan everyday to accept and sign the treaty.

After the evacuation, a promoted mass-suicide was announced at Liberia. Over 1,000 civilians committed suicide because they were patriotic to the NCA.

I decline any other treaty. We true Americans only recognise the Treaty of Bangkok. Meanwhile, pro-NCA Guerrilla Factions have captured the Nunavutian President and the Protacan Presidency. The factions have forced them both to sign the Treaty of Bangkok. If the governments want their leaders back they must also recognise the treaty as well.

This only clears the wat for more and more repeats. In this way more war is brought, even though the intention is peace. And someday they will be victorious, and not give anyone peace. They can invest, and if it turns bad, they can just opt out. And if they have no risk involved. They will continue to do so. More war will occur. So rather instead of accepting this peace. We refuse, to teach both of them to not mess with other nations. If not, they will make more nukes, then declare war, fire them, 'oppsies' then peace, then repeat. They should be punsihed for what they have done. We need to stand up for the picked on nations. We need to defend the innocent instead of letting them be oppressed, then an apology. We refuse this deal"

New President Kyle Roget speaks from his residence in Eastern Stanley just 2 hours after his election with a stunning 99% majority.
"We must not allow war to divide us as human beings. War will result in the end of our civilisation. Therefore I have signed the NCA's Treaty of Bangkok in order to save all of humanity. I am also wanting all nations to form a joint union in the form of the United Nations of Earth, in order to accelerate scientific advancement. I am also willing to dismantle all of our nuclear weapons if the NCA follows suit. There is only one way to a first world nation, and that is peace, and a global reach. I will aim to colonise most of the world in order to increase our influence. Long live Nunavutialand!"

Following a 200/0 vote, the Parliament of Nunavutialand has been renamed to the Seat of Nunavutialand.
Meanwhile, the Parliament is now ruled by a Liberal majority of 140 to 60, with the other majorities being the NNP (far-right nationalist party) with 20 seats, the previous party in power, the NNDUP, with 1 seat, the Communist Party with 30 seats, and the Communist Party with 9 seats.

President Kyle Roget issues an apology to the Protacans and the NCA at the Presidential Residence in Muhammad-al-Rasul City :
"Our former leaders were incompetant. They were quick to issue instructions. They killed so many for no reason. But we must move forward from the horrors of the neo-Holocaust committed by the former President. We recognise that he fired over 100 nuclear ballistic missiles at numerous locations in the NCA, and destroyed New Zealand and the Great Barrier Reef as well as a quarter of Antarctica. However, we will not issue any repayments to the NCA, as, although these actions were over the top, they were justifiable. We will on the other hand issue war reparations to the Protacan Colony of Commuria, who were forced to bomb our harbour in Angola, killing thousands of villagers, the death toll confirmed at 11,223.
We cannot forget the horrors brought on in this war. We must remember the dead in Bangkok, Australia, New Zealand, Nunavutialand and the Protacan Colonies.
We will never forget these horrors, but we must move on. We apologise to the NCA and the Protacan Colony of Commuria, as well as the rest of the world.

A sum of 100,000,000,000 is paid to the Protacan Colony of Commuria. A sum of 1,000,000,000,000 is paid to the NCA to repair New Zealand.
Nunavutialand will accept unconditionally any refugees and allow them to remain in the country for as long as they need with full access to the same benefits residents would recieve. This recieved a 130-70 win in the Seat.
Nunavutialand opens its borders to all citizens of the NCA and Commuria but allows a maximum stay of thirty days in order to strengthen relationships between nations.

6. Protacan National Socialist, Johe Moore will be the president of the Protacan whilst Hawaii is under control.
7. All of the White Protacan population will have the right to lynch Black People
8. The Black Autonomous Area of Hawaii will be established and be used as a labour camp for African-Americans
9. Emanonland will hand all of its colonies to Nunavutialand control.
10.The NCA will limit it's defence budget to $40 million.

12. The NCA will annex Burma and Thailand
13. The NCA will create a Free Minority Autonomous Region in its colonies for Minority Groups to live and work in.

1. Why? We have not done anything wrong with these weapons. You have. it should be on you, not us. Not only that but you think we will just disarm our nation completely for an entire year. Even if you think that, which is completely understandable, do you seriously think that no other nations will attack us during that time? Our people will be defenseless and will be unable to stand against injustice.
