Beyond that, because of what I've already posted, I don't think that Britt's response was at all uncalled for. It was appropriate, actually, and accurate to the way that Gurori has acted in the past, as well as just recently.
I think that if you are, as you imply, aware of the history here, then you should be giving Gurori a warning, if anything, for posting irrelevant reports in moderation. Moderation shouldn't be somewhere where someone can come and complain about any sort of critique and use it to lash out at their supposed tormentors. Perhaps if there is legitimate concern for bullying or excessive cases of other events, then justice must be enacted, but this stuff about Gurori has grown absolutely obnoxious, to say the least, and if he has nothing better to do than to watch our OOC thread in an attempt to get someone banned or warned, then he should find a new hobby.
That's my two cents.

Whether you dislike a player or not, whether they dislike you or not, if you flame them, that is actionable. Simply because they review a thread doesn't change that. The "legitimate concern" is flaming. Perhaps, whether another player is watching an OOC thread or not, players shouldn't be flaming and otherwise breaking the rules at all? After all, anyone can report rule violations, be they involved in the thread in question or not. We don't consider reporting potentially actionable material irrelevant. One can be critical, even bluntly so, of a player's behavior without devolving to flaming or baiting.
Beyond that, I see no evidence of actual harassment here, just a group of players who would be better off if they gave one another a wide berth.
