Once the founder logs in, they can simply set the region right again. If you don't feel like waiting, two of you can join the WA and endorse one another. One of you can become the delegate and correct the region yourselves. You could even then set yourselves as regional officers and make changes to the region as you see fit. Just be sure to dismiss the invader Regional Officer first.

Try and liberate it yourself.
Make sure to kick out the regional officer first.
