United Tours

To: Fernando Pinto, Azul Holidays
From: Byron Benedict, United Tours
Subject: Re: Codeshare Agreement

Greetings,
My name is Byron Benedict, CEO of United Tours. Thank you for your interest in our company. As you know, United Tours is always interested in expanding to international markets, and customer satisfaction and convenience is our highest priority.

The United Tours Board of Directors has reviewed your proposal for a business partnership and, following a thorough evaluation of your company's operations, has decided to conditionally accept your request for a codeshare agreement. While we are in agreement that a codesharing is in the best interest of both companies, we must also acknowledge that differences in our business models may lead to complications down the road, and should thus be addressed from the start. United Tours does not, at present operate any flights or organize hotel bookings, while this appears to be a significant focus of Azul Holidays' operation. A slight alteration of the traditional codeshare arrangement may, therefore, be necessary. We propose that United Tourism offer Azul Holidays' packages to customers through our regional offices, while Azul Holidays may similarly offer United Tourism services, either on their own or as part of a package (as you consider appropriate). If this arrangement is amenable to you, please let us know.

We eagerly await your response.
Sincerely,
Byron Benedict

United Tours

To: Ines Tavares, Alvaro Torrinha
From: Byron Benedict, United Tours
Subject: Establishment of Regional Office

Greetings,
My name is Byron Benedict, CEO of United Tours. Thank you for your interest in our company. As you know, United Tours is always interested in expanding to international markets, and customer satisfaction and convenience is our highest priority.

The United Tour Board of Directors has reviewed your request to open a regional office in the city of Ur, Reino do Brazil and decided to accept it. Based on our assessment this appears to be an ideal market for expansion, and we look forward to providing tourism services to your citizens.

If you have any further inquiries, please direct them to my office.

Sincerely,
Byron Benedict

While the application for a regional office at Estenford International Airport is, at this point, essentially a formality, we appreciate the consideration, and it is, of course accepted.
