Welcome to the Survival Games! This RP is based off of two concepts: Hunger Games and the Multiverse RP concept. For those of you who don’t know, the Hunger Games is best-selling book series and hit movie series written by Suzanne Collins. The concept is that a bunch of kids are sent into an arena to kill each other until one remains. And the Multiverse is a term used by folks around here when they use massive X-over RPs where you can be virtually anyone from any universe. So, the RP is basically a Multiverse Hunger Games. Which means I should give out a warning. If you’re looking for a happy-go-lucky story, you aren’t going to find it here. 1. All basic rules apply (Godmod, ect) 2. OP’s word is law. 3. Any Co-op’s word should be taken as OP’s word, which should be taken as law. 4. Death will happen frequently in this RP and will happen at OP and Co-op discretion. 5. Be civil in your comments. 6. At least two paragraphs per post. 7. Try to post as often as you can. If one week goes by and you have not contacted myself or a Co-op, deadly punishments will be dished out. 8. Plot and Apps The plot is quite simple. A world recently torn apart by war has united under the Survival Games System. An algorithm has been pulling champions from across the Multiverse to represent the Territories, Sectors, and Quarters. You will be playing as a Money-Seeker, or just “Seeker” and two of the Champions. The Money-Seeker’s goal is to keep his Champions alive by spending and receiving money from Supporters. The Champions are supposed to keep themselves alive until that Area’s champions are the only ones remaining. Areas, Supporters, Gamemakers, Events, Schedule

Before I get into all that other stuff, I should define an Area. An area is a predefined space known as either a Territory, Sector, or Quarter. Each area has a predefined population. The capital is 100,000 people.

Territory: 50,000 people (1 per 7 players)
Sector: 25,000 (2 per 6 players)
Quarter: 12,500 (4 per 7 players)

Supporters are what is really going to keep you alive in the long-run. They give money to the Seekers and the Seeker spends it based on need. There are four types of Supporters: Fans, Emotionalists, Investors, and Wildcards. If you kill off their favorite, they will not support you, as a warning. The Capital is evenly divided for each group.

Fans don’t have ANY money. They spent it all on merchandising. They start out pretty divided between all the Champions, but whichever Champion is gains the most support from the Fans gains Immunity from Events.

Emotionalists have a little money, about 30 credits each. Half of them fall for the lowest ranking champion and the other half fall for the three champions relatable champions with likeable personalities. They tend to throw their money away early on.

Wildcards have a medium amount of money, about 70 credits each. Who they back and why they back them are unknown. They tend to back a random champion, but who they back varies between Areas. All the Wildcards in an Area usually back the same champion, and tend to spend their money at random times.

Investors are the rich guys on the block. They tend to root for the higher-ranking champions and usually spend their money later in the game, when they are certain who is best going to win.

A final factor to determine is the Loyalist factor. These guys, consisting of 10% of each group’s total number in an Area, tend to root for their Area’s champions.

Gamemakers, consisting of the OP, Co-ops, and Sub-co-ops are in charge of the games. The OP and Co-ops are in charge of various Events and other surprises. Sub-co-ops are in charge of certain areas of the map, but do not have the right to kill champions unless express permission is given.

Events are, well, events that are put in place by the Gamemakers in order to kill off champions. They can range from acid rain to a zombie apocalypse. If you are a Fan-favorite, you are immune to such events, but not to other players’.

Projected Survival Ranking is a simulated test each Champion takes to determine his, hers or its chances of survival. Combat is done individually, Events are done together, and Intelligence is done individually. Rank is formed by ordering the scores from most likely to survive to least likely to survive.

The store will have a supply and demand system. Everything has a base cost of 20, but then it goes up when someone buys it. An opposite item will go down as well.

Melee Weapons (knives, swords, ect) are opposite Ranged Weapons (Bows, crossbows, ect.)
Survival Equipment (Rope, bandages, ect) are opposite Explosives (grenade, dynamite, but no nukes)

Powers and Abilities: The Dark Seer hailed from a dimension far different from our own. Other than his sharp mind, Ish'kafel has the ability to channel the energy of his home dimension, The Land Beyond The Wall. With this power, he can manipulate the particles around him to such extents, that he may create an area of vacuum or a shell of ionized air. Thus, with his natural skill as tactician and his mastery over The Wall, he can turn the tables even against enemy stronger than him.
Weaknesses: Beyond the aforementioned powers and skills, the Dark Seer is still a mortal. He is physically weaker than some of the warriors of our universe, relying only his mind and The Wall to survive whatever the hell he will be facing on this damned game of survival.

Powers and Abilities: Ryna is a master of the art of fire magic. She can harness her magical reserves to conjure blasting flames against her enemies, or rain it down upon them. Her very body is immune to her own flames, and her arcane fires doesn't necessarily follows the rules that govern fire in this world. She is as fiery as her flame is, and in her power is only getting stronger as the heat of the battle increase, as each spell she cast increase her speed and magical reserves a bit.
Weaknesses: In a close-quarter company, her adversaries could easily deal with her as she lacks the physical capability others have. She is only efficient in long range combat, and even then her power is still limited to her energy reserves, which means at times she needs to cool down a little bit before continue to cast her spells.

Death Sentence-wraps his chain-whip around his opponent and teleports in front of them.
Flay: he winds up his chain-whip attack
Weaknesses: He's not invincible, but he really dislikes light. His special abilities except for Soul Absorbtion require his Mana to charge up.

Basic Equipment they can carry: Clairus doesn't carry weapons, but she does have a small pendant given to her by Jacob as a gift. She also has her Somonium band on her wrist like Jacob does.

Powers and Abilities: Clairus has the power of Aura control, which allows her to: Fire blasts of energy, link Auras with another person to feel their feelings and vice-versa, and share her five senses with a person.
She has the ability to grow three more tails in addition to her first tail, which increases her power.

One Tail: Powers listed above.
Two Tails: All powers gain strength.
Three Tails: Gains the ability to levitate, plus all abilities are boosted again.
Four Tails: Her powers skyrocket in strength, plus her durability becomes mountain level.

Weaknesses: Clairus is socially awkward, and doesn't like harming people. Until she gains her fourth tail her durability is about human level. Her fourth tail can only be brought out if she is in an extreme emotional state. If her tail(s) is damaged or removed it will weaken her considerably. She is vulnerable to most things humans are weak to.

Be warned, this character may find itself nerfed at some point in the Arena. The only immediate problem is that brute force is ineffective. Could you elaborate on that, please? Does it mean that her brute force is ineffective or that brute force USED on her is ineffective?

The only thing that I'm a bit confused about is the area our Seeker is representing. Do we choose if its a territory, sector, or quarter? In that case, choosing a quarter seems a bit counterintuitive, since you would get fewer supporters. Can a Seeker gain support from other areas?
