The Federal Queendom of Fracels

Ministry Headquarters

The Federal lands of Fracels would like to engage the international community a lot more, by opening new diplomatic relations with like minded nations, and exploring opportunities for cooperation and partnership. In line with that goal, the Ministry of International Relations has launched the Embassy Program, to invite other countries to invest in an exchange of diplomatic missions with Fracels. We hope to see new partnerships development with this project.

Rules and Regulations

1. Armed/military vehicles and or aircraft are prohibited.
2. Machine guns, explosives and armor-piercing weapons are prohibited.
3. The maximum number of Security staff allowed is 20. Additional external security may be requested with the Ministry of International Affairs.
4. All drugs, animals that will be brought in must be declared.
5. Other courtesies and privileges extended to Fracelli diplomats by the applicant nation shall as far as permissible, shall also be allowed.

The Federal Queendom of Fracels and the Yohannesian Realm, with no lack of certainty, share the same values of parliamentary tradition, of open and unrestricted trade and economy, of constitutionally respected monarchy, and that of the civilised rule of law: the four prerequisites for the most truly harmonious relationship between two sovereign nation states. Further, Her Majesty's Government has looked upon favourably, and highly respect, the gracious invitation of commerce presented by your office, to the Board of Her Majesty's banking institution.

It is thus, only with the most peaceful of intent, that the Fifty-Third Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Relations and Affairs has approved for the formal recognition and immediate establishment of a Yohannesian embassy in your nation, and it is most certainly with only goodwill, of intention, of purpose, and of spirit, that Her Majesty the Empress Garnet til Alexandros has authorised for the delivery of this letter to your desk today, confirming Her Majesty's desire for the extension of diplomatic olive branch, between the monarchies of Fracels and Yohannes.
