This Summit will be a Peaceful Conference of the nations from United Sodality of Sovereign States that is being hosted by Her Majesty. Queen Anastasia VII of Ahrana. The Agenda will be as follows:

-War in Montanan
-Land Claims of Africa
-Genocide
-Future Economic Partnerships
-Possible World Organization

Upon conversing on these topics the Conference will be open to discus other matters that the Delegates and their Country wish to discus. The Ahranaian Royal Life Guards and the Ahranaian Confederative Marines will provide Security for the entire Conference, all Attendees are asked to not bring any Military personal to the Summer Palace. All Weapons will be confiscated by personal Guards and will be given an assigned Weapon from the Armory of the Ahranaian Military that is cataloged and it will be known if it has been used in any way. All delegates will be announced at the Conference upon entering the Chamber by the Royal Ahranaian Butler to the Queen.
During the Conference a great dinner will be hosted in the Royal Mess Hall, all asked to dine as friends on this occasion. It will be a Black Suit and Tie Affair.

Day One of the Summit

As the Delegations Continued arriving throughout the night in the Palace the Queen set to work on creating her first speech for the Summit with the help of her Advisors. The Night progressed and the Arrival's soon begun to come to a close, so Her Majesty took this as her Qu to send a letter to each Apartments in the Palace that was hosting a Delegate telling what time the Conference would start and what would be the topic for that day.

Welcome,
I would personally like to welcome you all to my home, the Summer Palace given to me by the Grand Duchess of Moskovo my 1st Cousin Alexandra to be exact. What you see is pure Ahranaian Craftsmanship from over two decades ago, now enough that's not why we are all here! I am glad to see that most of the Nations decided to come and I'm sure more are to come and they will be permitted to do so.

We have a little house rules here at the Summer Palace with all these dignitaries here. Firstly, We shall respect one another inside these walls! We will not allow the outside tensions enter this Palace, if they do I will kindly ask that you remove yourself from the Conference Hall and re-enter only if you wish to achieve a better world for our People and Children. Secondly, Absolutely do not and you should not commit any crimes here! If you do so, you will face Justice by the Laws of Ahrana as a Foreign Dignitary and are subjected to expulsion from this Summit and future ones and the state of the Friendship with Ahrana and your Country may cease to exist. Thirdly and lastly, we are to leave here knowing we helped the World prosper to Peace and Unity!

The Conference tomorrow will take place around 10:00 Ahranaian Capital Time, I will host a breakfast in the Conference Hall before the discussion of our First Topic: The Status of Africa. During this session the floor is open to the topic only, we ask that only one body guard and one Advisor or whomever they may be to enter the Chamber with you. I will open the floor with a speech on what I hope to achieve and then those who wish to make a speech may do so, if none wish to then we will begin the discussion of the topic. We will spend to the most up of 3 hours on each topic unless we wish to continue with the current topic. At the end of the entire Summit we will open the floor to any other topics that were not on the agenda, upon finishing the complete Summit I will host a elaborate celebration in the Palace wishing all those a safe journey home and a prospect of a brighter future.

PRESIDENT D'ENTREMONT ANNOUNCES TRIP TO AHRANA

The first ever foreign visit by a President of the United Counties of Maine will take place tomorrow in the nation of Ahrana. At the invitation of the Ahranian monarch, Anastasia VII, President Adelard d'Entremont will travel to the world summit. The President will be accompanied by the Foreign Secretary, Marie Parent and two officers of the Maine Militia Forces (Organized). It will be a great opportunity for Maine to step onto the world stage and be recognized as a leader among nations.

After a long trans-atlantic flight, the Maine Presidential Learjet touched down onto the runway. In a foreign nation... for the first time. The moment was not lost on President d'Entremont, as he and his delegation quickly exited the aircraft and were whisked away by Ahranian security to their apartment in the Summer Palace. President d'Entremont and the Foreign Secretary, Marie Parent, read the letter that was written by the Queen of Ahrana, Anastasia VII. The summit would start mid-morning...

Ancilla Leest, North Libyan Ambassador to Ahrana; arrived on the grounds of the Palace of Anastasia VII, where she prepared to meet with the Queen beforehand to discuss other related issues, including trade, NATO, and co-military operations in the Nordic Seas. Several guards stop their convoy, checked it for anything unusual, and then let her and her staff go. Her Chief of Staff, Otto Maserna opened her car door as she stepped out. "Thank You, my dear Otto" thanked Ancilla Leest. She waited until her detail of 3 guards and 1 assistant followed her, as they approached the Palace Entrance...

The Queen Greets the Delegation
As the Delegates arrived, the Queen took it upon herself to Welcome each guest to her home and would give a tour even though its so late in the evening but insisted on it.

Ah, alas they have arrived to my home! Everyone please be sure to welcome them warmly into my Home and make feel like they are at home in their nation. Now sound the trumpets I wish to greet them!

I know its not much of a name but I do not choose the names of my residences that is the States doing sadly, but lets make yourselves a home here in the Palace. I will be giving you a tour on the way to your Apartments and hopefully you will come to like this as your home for the days a head for the Summit.

As the Queen showed the delegation the Palace she told them of the history of this palace of the bitter past it has had in the wake of the former Governments of Ahrana. Upon reaching the wing where the Apartments are located the Queen stopped and was given a list by a Butler and begun giving the Delegates Rooms that were designed to make them feel as if they were back home and told them that if they needed anything that the rope in the corners of the rooms is a bell that will ring and a staff member would come to their aid if anything was needed.

Second Minister Jay Inslee and Minister of State Condoleezza Rice made their way through the streets via motorcade, on each vehicle a small Pacifican flag and a small Ahranan flag waved from each side of the hood. They pulled up in front of the palace and made their way inside. The Queen soon met them in the foyer.

“Your grace, First Minister Austin regrets not being able to be here in person, he sends his regards.” Greeted Inslee.

He nodded and turned to State Minister Rice who presented the Queen with a basket.

“It is Pacifican tradition to present a gift basket to forign visitors or dignitaries. Hope you enjoy your majesty.” Said Minister Rice.

The basket contained a bottle of Oregon wine, a bag of Shasta chocolate, Californian churros, a packet of Sirrian BBQ ribs, several Idaho potatoes, a bag of Washington coffee beans, a plate of Columbian Nanaimo bars, wrapped Yukon venison sausage, grilled Alaskan Salmon, a bento box from Hokkaido, and a plump Hawaiian pineapple.
