A new wave of protests have broken out across Guandmeria with over 350,000 people marching through the largest city in the region, calling for their independence. Local Police forces have responded in certain areas with force and in response, the leader of the Independence movement, Johaan Calstaunas has declared an emergency for the rebels, calling for people of the nation to be ready should a war be necessary for independence.

In Ugalva violence has already broken out with a police sting operation being attacked by members of the Guandmeria Liberation Army. 4 police officers were killed while 1 rebel was killed and 7 injured. The government of the Nation of Warfare is yet to release an official statement on the uprisings in its colony.

The president had made the announcement to the public about the current situation with one of the country's colonies. He even included a strong message to the colony.

"We should take a neutral stance in the meantime." said Diet member Kurosawa Daiya. "We'll send a formation in the name of humanitarian aid and closely monitor the situation."

"VOJA SVEDJA PJODUS WARFARIA OPROSOVI" (OUT WITH THE WARFARIA OPPRESSOERS) bellowed the crowd as the protesters marched down the street, their Green and Orange flags waving in the air. 70,000 people, men, women, teenagers, seniors, all walks of life marched together through the city to voice their support for independence. The march had been going on for an hour now, with minimal police presence, that was, until the crowd turned the corner towards the colonial admin building. The 7th Marine Division had been sent in a few days ago by the government to secure the city and was what they hoped would be the first of many divisions in the rebellious colony, but for now, they were one of only five professional divisions in the area with another 30 on their way by the end of the week. The situation was explosive as the cry became louder and louder as the protesters marched towards a barricade of police and military. APCs and a few tanks sat sideways on with their turrets pointing down the street as the commander held a megaphone to his mouth.

The Commanders Guandi was poor at the best of times, shouting over a megaphone however, it was borderline unintelligible to the crowd whom through a mixture of simply being unable to understand, and a complete lack of caring continued to march forwards. Having to cover three different sections of the city, the 7th Marine Division and police force found themselves only able to muster 3,500 men to defend the Administrative building. Even still, the commander could see no weapons amongst the crowd other than melee and flags and gave the order to fire into the crowd. Several loud CRACK rung out, and the crowd screamed and tried to escape as a stampede ensued with people attempting to flee, in the chaos gunshots continued to ring out for several minutes until at last, all those alive had left.

Today, 485 innocent people were killed and a further 928 wounded after government forces opened fire on a protest in Stalkov City against the government's oppression of the nation. Commander Johaan Calstaunas has decried this act of violence and has demanded that the Nation of Warfare cancel its increasing military presence and come to the negotiating table. He has called for restraint from the protesters and asked that they not antagonise the military but instead maintain their peaceful protests.

The 1st Battalion has successfully evacuated some 100 innocent civilians, while providing medical help from its medics. The Diet is discussing on re-positioning its stance on this political incident.

"The incident in Guandmeria is a clear violation of human rights!" shouted Diet member Sonoda Umi. "We must condemn these actions and impose sanctions on the Nation of Warfare!"

"Calm down, Sonoda." reassured Diet member Minami Kotori. "Imposing sanctions in such an early stage is too extreme. Also, this might harm future interests."

"Why don't we send a 'friendly reminder' to the Nation of Warfare," suggested Diet member Ohara Marii, "so that they avoid use of unnecessary force in future incidents?"

We understand that the Nation of Warfare is in a difficult stance where both the sovereignty of the country and the safety of the civilians have to be protected. Official Response of the Love Live Empire to the Guandmerian Incident

We condemn any acts of violence by both parties. We strongly advise both sides to stay peaceful, rational and disciplined. We understand the difficulties face by the Nation of Warfare, but we demand rethinking its methods of policing. We also express our greatest condolences to the families of those deceased. To avoid any tragedies in the future, we urge all to prevent the use of force.

No special actions are taken by W-1. The task element continues to station in Guandmeria for humanitarian aid. However, warship Yuujou No Change (W-2), the 2nd Element and the 2nd Battalion are ordered to prepare for possible operations.

Any people firing upon them will meet a proportional response. The scouts will give the aid, and set up a centre where aid shall be distributed, and where civilians can find shelter and medical assistance. This area shall be a safe haven for all civilians. We shall guard this area with tooth and claw. We look to other nations to support us with this action.

Harndon also calls for an end to the conflict, and begs that all sides meet around the table for talks. We are happy to host this in Quechkhonia. We have acted within our remit that was handed to us by the People, and have stayed within those rules. As a result, it is constitutional for the council alone to vote on this action. Thankyou"

Here is the ultimatum:

It has been known that Auze intends to declare war on Guandmeria, Warfare, and Triton all at once. Now I declare, submit now or be destroyed.

With protest turning violent President Velasquez needed for the military action to put this rebellion to a end. Velasquez sent a armada of ships to the region which was over 314 miles away from the homeland. One of the ships within the fleet was NoW's newest Gerald R. Ford-class Aircraft Carrier NWS Jared D. Roiz. The aircraft carrier was commanded by Fleet Admiral Henry H. Howard. The admiral was given orders to commence air superiority across the region in order to secure the colony by air and sea. 1,200 Marines onboard the Wasp-class Amphibious Assault Ship NWS Frederick Velasquez, were loading onto CH-53E Super Stallion helicopters preparing to land inside the colony.

President Frank Velasquez III notified intervening nations to be at their own risk, if providing humanitarian services within the nation. Velasquez told the media, construction of military bases will commence once military forces have settled.

After a long trip, naval ships had reached the coast of the Guandmeria. Troops on Super Stallion helicopters had landed in Fort Humphries, which was a one of the newly constructed military garrisons within the region, though it was still in the works in progress. Marines began settling in and one of their first assignments were to set up defensive post near the fort. About 300 Marines with 10 M1A2 Abrams tanks patrolled the streets on Stalkov City performing a search and destroy operation. Marines were ordered to locate and arrest revolutionary leaders. Marine AH-1W SuperCobras would fly overhead providing air support for ground forces.

Outside the city, Marines would set up a line of M777 Howitzers facing the city. Soon, more military forces would be able to land in the colony to settle the rebellion. According to sources, a total of 14 men whom are believed to be revolutionary fighters have been arrested on federal charges. Velasquez made another announcement sending a strong message to the rebels. "If you are loyal to your motherland, then you suffer the consequences that will soon follow you, if you don't put this to an end now. You may have the soldiers to fight, but not the arsenal to fight against our massive military that is for sure to end this current situation in a week. One thing I will say, my men are ordered to take no prisoners. They are ordered to kill all you send, so you and your men will stop coming."

Several minutes later, a brief video message was relayed to the leader of the Nation of Warfare. It showed the usually genial Wyatt angry and in full military uniform. He simply gave a cold stare and said

Several hours later, a formation of twelve large GEVs came gliding above the ocean. They gained altitude and opened their bomb doors to drop precise bombs on the Warefare navy docked at Guandmerian. As soon as this was done, they were to quickly return to base.

"This 'minor' conflict has started to heat up as other nations start to intervene." Diet member Sakurauchi Riko said. "I believe that we should take actions towards the next level."

"Not yet, comrade." Diet member Toujou Nozomi replied. "They haven't attacked as, nor did they harm anymore civilians. They just stationed troops. It is considered their 'internal affairs' and we still do not have the excuse to intervene. In fact, the actions of some of the other nations are quite unjustified."

"We need a stronger footing there." Diet member Watanabe You said. "We should station more troops in nearby islands to set up refugee camps. This can increase our military presence there and improve our international image."

As the situation in your country escalates, we believe that the need for humanitarian aid has increased.
We believe that there will be a significant displacement of refugees from the area. Therefore, we kindly request for the deployment of troops on the nearby colony Golf 1 to set up humanitarian, medical and refugee camps.

Another colony, called Morcavo had also gone rogue, it started worse than Guandmeria, riots sprung everywhere, gunfire started from police and riot-police. Colonists started arming themselves with weapons and killed anybody who challenged them to a fight.

Upon receiving news of the outbreak of violence in Morcavo, spokesperson Sharif Azhkeliib reportedly swore and banged his head on the nearest table, until he was gently restrained by other members of the Emergency Council. Aware that the situation in Morcavo is more serious than Guandmeria, and that the council have already taken action without a vote, continued action in Guandmeria and any humanitarian action in Morcavo will be put to a nationwide vote this afternoon. It is expected to pass with a comfortable margin.

The hospital in the safe zone in the South of Guandmeria has been set up, and is now receiving patients. Scouts are currently ranging across Guandmeria on wyvern-back, looking for casualties and the vulnerable to escort to the safe zone. We request no-one shoots down these wyverns. Citizens of Guandmeria are currently being admitted to the safe zone, with 100,000 already there, and counting. Any military personnel approaching the zone, or flying near the area, will be turned back, preferably not by force.

Further reports of protests have been received. Some scouts are also marching in the protests, to support Guandmeria's right to self-determination, and so any casualties can be swiftly helped. Harndon again repeats its call for all sides to cease the senseless killings and come around the table for talks. We also know, with sad hearts, that this is unlikely to happen.
