Blake Holsey High School
Seattle, King County, Washington, United States

The sun is shining on a warm and clear day on the first day of school for Blake Holsey High School and the other schools in the Seattle Public Schools district, and the start of the new 2017-2018 school year. The trickle of students, both new and old, are starting to arrive at the BHHS school grounds, either via buses arriving by the bus station operated by the King County Metro, being dropped off by cars arriving in the school car park, or just by walking in from the numerous houses surrounding the area, since the school was also a public school. Students meet and greeted with each other, with some students talking in regards to various subjects, including what everyone did on the holidays, what schools the Seawolves going to play during the regular football season, and any events that were happening on the weekend or not. Today is the day that most of the boarding students would probably settle in, and due to the boarding students circumstances, the day would only have two classes after a welcome assembly later in the day, after lunch. It was an unusual arrangement for the students to deal with, but then again, the schedule here is always unusual when BHHS is one of the few hybrid public/boarding school schools in Seattle, let alone the entire state of Washington. Until the assembly, the students and boarders of BHHS can just relax in the school grounds, settle in at their dorm rooms/lockers and just generally take it easy until that time of the day, which meant the cliques meeting up for the first time, teachers organising their schedules and classes and other staff trying to get the things ready before school started for the year.

Logan Cavanaugh and Julianna Létourneau (Juliet Cavanaugh)

The first boarders to arrive at Blake Holsey were Logan and Julie. The car that they were driving was already approaching the school, and things were quiet as you might expect for your first day of school. Logan was wearing a light blue and white checkered plaid shirt, with beige slacks and some good pair of walking shoes, alongside his old baseball team jacket that he recently received from his good friends back at West Vancouver Secondary School, which was a good 20 minute drive from his house in North Vancouver. He had ordered his Blake Holsey basketball jacket a while back since he got on the team during the summer tryout season, so he is just waiting for it to arrive at the school.

Julie, in the meanwhile, was wearing a dress that was conservative due to her stringent commitment to her Roman Catholic faith, had some proper slip on shoes on her feet, and was wearing her Christian cross on her necklace, her most prised and important possession to her, alongside her French language bible of course. She always wore it when she was back in Vancouver, and it wasn’t going to change now, not at least she was now in the United States of America and starting her high school education as a freshman, while her brother was a sophomore and much more familiar with a high school setting.

It has been a hectic few days for the Cavanaugh family. Their two children were finally going to be starting their mainstream high school education in the United States, and it was also close to home as well. Nathan had driven Logan and Julie down to Seattle from Vancouver via Interstate I-5 the previous day, has spent the night in a okayish motel to recuperate their energy, before going off to Blake Holsey High grounds to drop Logan and Julie off. Logan was just listening to some music on his phone, while Julie was intensely reading her Quebecois French language bible, of course. Logan always questioned why she kept reading it when there was other stuff that she would read, but Julie wouldn’t hear of it. She was that sort of sister, who kept stating that she would be independent and didn’t need random people dictating her movements. Logan didn’t really understand this, but he let it slide.

As the car came to a stop alongside the drop off zone of the school, Logan and Julie got out and started to get their luggage, boxes, bags and other stuff from the car and put them on the pavement. After the last luggage and box had managed to leave the confines of the car, Nathan hugged both of his kids goodbye (both blood and step) in a big embrace, and waved goodbye as he got in the car. Both siblings waved back as the car went off the school grounds and headed back to Vancouver.

It was a new start in America, and the two Canadians were new to the whole American high school place. It was going to be interesting, indeed.

Robert Kerstetter

Rob came second, but he didn’t really arrive in a car per say. More like he just arrived in a Seattle Taxicab that he hailed down at the border bus station and paid a large taxi fare. It was not much, considering he just paid about $24 to get a cross border bus from Vancouver to Seattle, and taking a taxi from the bus terminal to the school itself, a place he would probably stay in for the next two years. It wasn't the most classy or even remotely high schoolish of entrances, but what could he do? He didn't have a car anyway, and his dad wasn't about to drive him all the way from Alberta to Washington State just get him to school and drive that same distance just to return the truck. He had already paid around $135 Canadian dollars to get a Air Canada flight from Calgary to Vancouver, and a couple dozen more to stay in hotel for the night before his cross border bus early in the morning, so it was sort of worth it in the end. He still wore a polo shirt with some regular denim jeans that he wore the night before, with some new farmers boots that were cleaned and scrubbed from the farm work that he did a few weeks prior to coming over to Seattle. It reeked of wet mud and Albertan dirt before he cleaned it, so it was nessecary.

He brought most of his personal belongings along when he searched his room back at the farm. His books, clothes, that kind of thing. His most prized possession, however was his acoustic guitar that he bought online. He played it almost every chance that had some free time, and combined with his love of music, a good path to starting out in the music program at BHHS, provided some stupid football jock don't break it the first chance they get. He admitted to himself wasn’t used to city life, and it will take a long time for him to grasp having to deal with rows of buildings, cars and people every day and not just miles worth of fields, one or two cars and the occasional walker on the provincial roads.

After he had paid the taxi driver the fare and the taxi had drove off the school grounds and onto its next destination somewhere in the city (alongside his luggage of clothes, his old backpack from back in Claresholm and his guitar hase), he looked up at the school buildings and began to carry his stuff to his dorm room, which was somewhere. The map didn't give him any good ideas, or did the massive student crowds of every clique imaginable. This was going to give him trouble indeed, as he walked to where the dorm rooms were.

Casey O’Doherty

Casey also arrived at Blake Holsey High after Rob’s taxi had left the carpark and he walked into the school, but she also didn’t arrive by family car, or by the bus, or by walking the distance for that matter, either. She was currently hitching a ride in one of the cars, or more accurately a truck, that one of the football players on the BHHS Seawolves team owned and driven to school and football practice on a daily basis. She had taken the same bus that Rob took to come over to Seattle from Vancouver (after taking a long domestic flight from Toronto), but about three weeks earlier, due to the football team having their pre season warmups and the cheer squad also having their practice sessions at the same time. She had been bunking with Jamie Barragan (one of her cheer teammates) for that time, bunking at the former’s house before school started. Jamie also had a brother that was on the Seawolves football team, Alonzo, and he had met him a few times at practice. He seemed cute enough, to Casey anyway. As school started, Jamie had offered her the chance to get a lift with another football player named Joseph, who had a big truck, and since walking would be worrisome, she accepted, since Jamie and Alonzo were also hitching a ride with Joseph all the same.

She was currently wearing her Blake Holsey Seawolves cheerleading uniform, with some athletic running shoes that she had recently bought from a sports store back in Toronto. Jamie was also wearing the same outfit as her, and Alonzo had his letterman jacket, polo shirt and tracksuit pants all sorted as well. The teachers wouldn’t really look a side glance at what Casey also had her Blake Holsey gym bag with her spare gear, and also the school backpack that most of the cheerleaders had gotten when they joined the squad, and that bag contained of her books, writing stuff and notebooks that she would need when class eventually started. Her luggage, which contained her clothes and other stuff that she needed, was also in the back of Joseph’s truck since she was now moving to the dorm facilities at Blake Holsey, but Casey was still welcome to stay at Jamie’s place at any time she liked. The room that she had bunked in was still unused, so that remained free.

Eventually, the truck had reached Blake Holsey High School, and had parked alongside the drop off area. After everything, including her luggage from the back of truck had been unloaded by Alonzo, the group had split up. Casey was going to meet up with Jamie in a few hours the rest of the squad in the cafeteria once she got her dorm room set up, to talk about various things, as well as some boys they liked. Alonzo would probably meet up with the other jocks quite later, since there is so much free time around due to the messed up schedule.

Although the map was…. let say badly made, she had managed to scramble to the dorm block with her stuff, with her backpack, gym bag and luggage in tow. She wonders who she will meet as her roommate…..

Walking up to the school gates, a heavy backpack and suitcase weighing him down considerably, Aaron looked at the sky, frowning and breating hard. The furry kicked the ground, angrily.
Stupid discriminating dad! he thought. Couldn't he had at least driven me here? No! Of course not. Instead let's ol' Claw walk for a whole hour and a half. Probably laughing about it right now.

Wearing a worn leather jacket, black trousers and, of course, his trusty sand-coloured ears and tail set, Aaron had left his house earlier this morning on a fairly positive mood. However, his bags were heavy and the frequent remarks around him were irritating and his positivity had quickly detoriated.
Pulling out a scrap of paper from his pocket, messy handwriting scrawled all over it, Aaron read the second point on the list.
Find dorm room.
Ah, yes. Number 10, wasn't it?

Turning around to face the dorm building, he started walking towards it at a brisk pace, intending to drop his things inside before facing the other students who would no doubt be arriving soon.
Eventually locating the room, Aaron entered it, dropping his bags in the middle of the loor with a sigh.
Shrugging off his jacket, revealing a t-shirt decorated with the great british flag and black paw-print tattoo on his lower right arm, Aaron decided to spend a couple of minutes exploring the room before venturing back outside.

Jonathon Linnell's Saleen 570 pulled up into the school parking lot, with all his things put in the trunk. His papers were sitting beside him in the passenger seat. He picked the closest parking spot to the dorms, and parked. He turned off the Saleen, gathered his papers up, put them in a backpack, and stepped out of the car. He walked to the back and opened the trunk. There lay all of his important stuff. He got his suitcase out, and picked up his laptop. Jon placed the laptop into his backpack with his papers. He grabbed a note from his pocket that said "Find dorm, set things up, and look around." He planned to do just that. His dorm was dorm number nine, so he found a sign that had a directory, for direction. Jon made a makeshift map out of the back of the note, and followed it to his dorm. He opened up the door, went to the left side of the dorm, and sat stuff down. He looked at the other side, which was empty. He walked out, and saw a guy walk out of the dorm beside him. He looked normal at first, until Jon saw the ears and the paw print tattoo.
"Hmm, interesting..." He said a bit too loudly.

Hearing Jon, Aaron sighed inwardly.
Here we go...
He faced Jon, frowning slightly. Normally he'd just ignore the remarks, but he was still feeling irritated and everything was just annoying him more.
"What do you want?" Aaron asked in his strong north english accent.
"Intresting? Because of this tattoo or these ears or this tail?" He shook his head. "Yeah, that's right, I'm a furry. An irritated furry because I've just had to walk..." he trailed off, sighing as he realised that Jon seemed to actually be intrested.
Well done Claw. You've been here for 10 minutes and you've already offended someone.

Aaron put his head in one of his hands for a few seconds, composing himself. Looking at Jon again, he held out a hand.
"Eugh... Sorry." he said sheepishly. "I lost myself there... My name's Aaron."

Malax's stepdad had tossed him on a plane and sent him off to BHHS. As he approached the school the bus drove off and Malax looked around at the building. The weather was alright but nothing like San Diego. Malax picked up his bags and entered the school. This was his first year at BHHS and he had no idea what to expect from a boarding school. At his old high school, things were alright but Malax wasn't looking forward to staying here all the time.

He headed over to the dorm area to get his key for his room. Malax hadn't been assigned a roommate yet but he didn't mind having a room to himself. He had brought a lot of bags with him on the plane mostly clothes and a few small items but his mother had put extra money on his bank card so that he could buy some stuff for his room. As he struggled to gather them all up he placed them not too far away in a corner while he went to get his key. Malax's room was 319 and he had no idea how to get there. The lady had tried to explain to him and Malax acted like he understood but honestly he was a bit lost.

Joseph Bridges

Joseph woke up and got ready for the day (wearing a UA Freedom Line T-Shirt, His Letterman Jacket and blue jeans), careful not to wake up his brother Dirk, or Dirk's son, Brandon. Joseph then walked down to the main level and outside to the driveway of the house, and started up the truck, only to run back inside for something to eat while the Tundra's 5.7 Supercharged Engine Warmed up.

Leaving for School, Love your little Bro, Jeb. Joseph wrote on a piece of paper, walked out of the house and drove towards Blake Holsey High School. Through blue tooth Joseph started playing a playlist through his radio system starting with Cut the Cord By Shinedown.

A few Minutes Later

Joseph pulled up to the Barragan House and picked up Casey, Alonzo, and Jamie. He had hopped out and helpped Alonzo put Casey's luggage in the back of the truck, and the group then loaded up and got underway, but a whole lot wasn't said as Alonzo told Joseph where to turn to get to the school from the Barragan house. After a Few more minutes of driving, Joseph pulled up to the drop off area and helped Alonzo unload Casey's stuff again, he then said good bye to Alonzo, He eventually found a parking spot, and was cursing at himself for not getting Casey's number. He then shrugged, got out of the truck, and unloaded his stuff before taking it all to his room.

He then started searching for his room

Peter Kowalski

The next student to arrive was Peter Kowalski, arriving in a red 1994 Dodge Shadow he had bought sometime after his flight from Toronto touched down in Vancouver. Despite it being at least 20 years old and bought for under $1,000, it still did the job, getting him and his passengers from A to B. In fact, if he could remember what the person he bought it from said correctly, it didn't really break down a whole deal, although he didn't really know if it was because it was that reliable or if the guy knew his way around cars. He didn't really have the time to ask but, from his experience so far, it was the latter. After all, not only was it a smooth ride across the border, but the previous owner appeared to have made a few modifications, most notably a new stereo that he could attach his iPod to. Still, no matter what he thought about the whole plan of flying to Vancouver and driving the rest of the way, at least it was better than his original plan: Get a flight directly to Seattle and risk having to deal with airport security making him feel uncomfortable throughout the whole thing.

Once he found a good spot, he parked his car there and waited for his song to finish playing. After all, it was a song he liked and he figured he might as well leave it playing until it was over. Besides, seeing as it's a short song, only going on for barely over two and a half minutes, he figured that it was probably the best thing to do. Once his song was over (and before it played too much of the next song on the album), he paused it, turned his iPod off and disconnected it from the aux cord, putting it into one of his pockets. He then unplugged the aux cord and put that into one of his jacket pockets. "OK, Peter, this is your first day." He calmly said to himself under his breath just as he turned off the car engine. "Just get your stuff and go to your room. Don't make eye contact, don't stop and talk, just get your key and go straight to your room. OK? Go."

And, true to his word, he undid his seatbelt, opened the driver-side door and got out, closing it behind him. He was dressed in a beige field jacket, a plain white shirt, a pair of black jeans and a pair of black Converse One Stars. Pretty much his usual clothes, although he'd wear a different shirt every day or sometimes wear a hockey jersey instead of his usual jacket. He then headed to the back of his car and got out his stuff; a duffel bag full of clothes and shaving equipment and a box full of essential things, such as his laptop, a Leafs backpack, school supplies and various bits and bobs that aren't really worth going in depth with. Slinging the duffel bag around his shoulder, he locked the car and picked the box up, carrying it over to his new room and hoping that he doesn't end up walking into anyone or vice versa, which was why he didn't take his iPod back out of his pocket and listen to some tunes as he was doing all of this.

After quickly stopping at the front desk to ask for his keys and the Wi-Fi username and password, he eventually arrived upstairs and counted the door numbers as he walked past them. "Vignt-sept. Vingt-huit. Vingt-neuf. Et trente."* He put the box down, quickly got his key out and unlocked Room #30, where he'll be dorming for the next year, maybe the year after if he ends up having to repeat his senior year. He picked his box back up and put it down on his bed, followed by him taking his duffel bag off and putting that down next to the box. He looked at the door quickly, just so his roomie wouldn't have to worry about putting everything down just to open the door. After quickly looking out of his dorm to get a view of the outside world, he said to himself "Well, time to get this thing done." He quickly turned back to his box and smiled a little bit as he started unpacking. After all, this could be a fun year for him.

* "Twenty seven. Twenty eight. Twenty nine. And thirty."

Erin Sarenda

After a 17+ hour flight from Auckland (which included a quick stopover in LA), followed by a taxi ride from the airport to the school, Erin had finally made it to West Seattle, Washington. Her new home for the next year or two. Yes, she would miss New Zealand, mostly because her friends and family were back home, but at the same time she was a bit excited about spending some time in the States. Loads of people to meet, loads of things to do, plenty of beautiful sights to look at and, finally, one of her favourite wines - Velvet Devil Merlot - is made in Washington state, so that was something to look for. Also, she was hoping that any of the Rugby Championship games played whilst she was in the States would be put on YouTube so she won't have to worry about missing them. Especially the All Blacks' game against Argentina, a game that's going to be played on Saturday. But, for the moment, her mind wasn't on the rugby but rather on the future; how she'll get on in a foreign country, especially one she'll be staying in for a long time.

She took one look at the building and took a deep breath, still wondering what the future will have in store for her. Indeed, as this was going to be where she'll be living for the next couple of years, she decided to dress in some of her best clothes; she was wearing a KMFDM shirt, a half-buttoned East German military jacket on top and some dog tags underneath, a pair of black leggings and a pair of combat boots. She was also carrying a suitcase in one hand, her bass guitar case in another and a duffel bag slung casually over her left shoulder; despite all the extra weight, she wasn't having that much difficulty with her stuff. Sure it slowed her down a little bit but she was still able to get it from here to there. Now all that was left to do was for her to make it to her dorm in one piece.

After a while, which wasn't helped by her trying to get around everyone, she arrived at Room #23. Her new home for the next couple of years. She opened the door and headed straight in, standing in between the two beds. She looked at the left one, then the right one, before going with her first choice. She sat down on her new bed and put all of her stuff down next to her. She quickly got up and opened her bass guitar case just to make sure it wasn't broken or missing. Once she found out it was still intact, she smiled and nodded, pleased with that. She quickly opened her suitcase and the first thing she saw was her poster for Bad Taste, one of her favourite films. After sticking it to the wall, just so her roommate (whoever she'll be) would know which bed was taken, she sat back down as she wondered what her next move should be. Should she get everything else sorted whilst she waited for her roomie to arrive? Or will she save that for later and use this time to figure out her away around the school? After thinking about it for a little while, she got back up, put her bags and her bass under her bed and headed out of the door. Putting her room key in one of her coat pockets, she started to make her away downstairs, hoping to find someone to talk to, maybe a new friend for the couple of years ahead.

Christian McGraw

Christian pulled up to a parking spot in BHHS, his new school for the year. He put the retired army vehicle into neutral right before turning it off and pulling the parking break. He and his dad were in Seattle 3 days ago because of his dad's company meeting being near by, while the way both of them got here was by driving the Utility Humvee from Boston to Seattle would seem like a bad idea, it wasn't all too bad, in fact he got to see different states he thought he'd never see and right before his dad left he left his son in ownership of the Humvee for the year, whether it was one of his tests or not was unknown to him but it was a good bonus since now he won't have problems with going to places a bit too far for him to reach on foot.

Christian opened the door and closed it before locking all 4 doors individually, he then went to the back and got his things and locked the back before proceeding to the dormitories. As he walked along he saw other students but he couldn't point out as to who was a boarder and who was a regular student. He stopped at the front desk to verify his room number, he placed his box on the table and fixed the green jacket he was wearing, he also made sure to ask for the WiFi passwords before leaving for his new room.

"Eighteen, nineteen, twenty." Christian counted out loud as he opened the door, he placed his things on his claimed bed before placing his luggage down along with his backpack, he wondered how the year with go as he began to unpack his things. When he finished unpacking what he needed to for now he removed the green jacket he was wearing, now only wearing a maroon shirt slightly lowering his body temperature he then sat on his bed, pulled out his phone and looked at the list he made for unpacking.

Miguel Maceo Tolentino

Miguel jogged around the he corner of the street with his laptop bag moving ferociously at his side, and his backpack jumping up and down on his shoulders, like a pair of small animals trying to simply annoy him. This was his first day at BHHS, and he couldn't start a new day, a new life, by being late. The school was within his vision, just down this last street and he'd be there on time. He could feel the sweat building up on his forehead, and slowly dripping down his face towards his mouth, where he would inevitably taste the strong salty liquid before he arrived.

He could see other students approach the school in a significantly more relaxed manner as he rushed towards the gates. Only a few more minutes, then I'll be there, on time. At least it isn't an Australian summer, if it was, I'd be drowning in my own sweat right now...

Miguel only stopped running when he was 20 metres outside form the gate. He'd still be on time, nay early, if he had stopped maybe 200 metres before the gate, but as always, Miguel was paranoid, and if anything, he didn't want to be late for his first day.

Once Miguel was inside the school grounds, only then could he appreciate how beautiful it was, with trees everywhere and well kept buildings, much more then he could say for his urban high school in Victoria. But even then, the though of being late just sat in the back of his head, but he wasn't about to let his paranoia get the best of him.

"21, 22, 23, 24, 25..." Miguel counted as he walked by he dormitory rooms.

"26."

Miguel looked at the blandly coloured door for a couple of seconds. This was going to be the start of it, he couldn't turn back now. To my future...

Edward A. Dreema and Jeffrey Watkin

Two figures moved towards the school gates, though not in the same manner. Edward A. Dreema, the shorter of the two, was walking in a relaxed, casual manner with a backpack im tow, while his friend, Jeffrey Watkin seemed to be... Very enthusiastic. Running a bit ahead of the slow walking boy while slowing down every now and then to let him catch up. Edward, in the meanwhile, was talking selfies with his phone right before putting one picture in the "My Day" status in Messenger, with the caption of, "First day of school today with my bestie :3", while uploading the rest to Facebook, and before long, he was reaping a collection of likes and "Love" reactions. He seemed to be very happy.

It was not long before they finally reached the gates after what it seemed like an eternity of running and walking. Up they read, "BlakE Holsey High". Ah, this place. The place where both of them went in in the same year, and met, alongside the late Francis Flores, who was now in the peace of death. Now, they return once again as sophomores, and there wasn't too much change to the familiar buildings and walls, as they knew the twisting corners that are the hallways and every backyard was in their knowledge like it was instinct. They kept moving forward towards their room number... Number 8 it seemed to be.

Walking slowly through the halls, they searched for the room that they were assigned in.

5...6...7...8.

Here it was. A blandly colored door it was, and just two doors away was... A furry. And some other guy. They seemed to be getting to know each other.

While Jeffrey went on to the room to drop their things there, Edward was seemingly fixated by the two people having a conversation, to the point that Jeffrey had to take off his backpack off his back HIMSELF.

Jeffrey went back outside, and nudged his friend.

"Man. It seems that you haven't seen furries before. Doesn't help that you come from a conservative country, eh?"

"Ears... And tails... What the hell... So... Strange..."

Oh. He probably heard you."

With that, Jeffrey made his approach.

"Howdy! Seems that my friend has not seen your kind before. Uhm, anyway, what are your names, my neighbours?"

"Interests you..." Aaron repeated. He shrugged. "Well-"
He stopped, hearing two people talking about him behind his back.
He sighed again.
This is why I didn't want to get sidetracked... Ah,
this would have happened later today if not now.

"Ears... And tails... What the hell... So... Strange..." One of them said. Yep, that was most people's opinion. He'd been called strange countless times before.
Then the other guy approached them. He looked very happy. Possibly one of those super bubbly types?
"Howdy! Seems that my friend has not seen your kind before. Uhm, anyway, what are your names, my neighbours?"

Your kind?
Aaron looked at him, a little annoyed by his choice of words, but smiled slightly anyway.
"Hi. My name's Aaron and this is Jon, my... Neighbour, I guess."

Alexandr Yeliseyev

It sure is sunny today.

With this thought crossing his mind, Alexandr stepped out of his father's car and begun getting his luggage, placing them on the pavement with the help of his dad. They had not spoken many words during the journey to Blake Holsey; Father and Son didn't have the best of relationships and even so, it seemed like there was nothing to say. They had both agreed that sending Alexandr to a boarding school would have been the best option for both of them. It would keep his father from constantly worrying about his son and it would let the son free to do as he wished in his new school without the rare supervision from home. Still, it seemed inappropriate to begin walking towards the school building without saying a formal goodbye to his only parent. As he finally got all of his luggage out of the car, he looked up towards his fathers and fixed his gray eyes on him;

"Don't worry about me. We've been living in America for quite a while."

"I know. I hope we don't regret the decision to send you here."

"As I said, don't worry about me. All will be fine."

The two embraced each other, a stiff and awkward hug before letting go of each other. There was nothing more to say. Alexandr straightened his plain black jacket which covered most of the red shirt that he was wearing and proceeded to slowly walk towards the school gates, making sure to take his time in getting there. There was no rush on the first day and although he was curious to meet his roommate in Room 26 and get to know the rest of his classmates, he didn't feel any particular excitement about this change of environment. He took out his phone, put on his headphones and decided to listen to some music while making his way towards the school building. He appreciated the beauty of the whole setting and let his mind wander freely, casually observing the things around him. Soon enough, he approached the front desk to politely ask for his keys and proceeded to begin counting the numbers on the doors under his breath, trying to find Room 26.

"Finally, Room 26." he said to himself, and proceeded to enter the room. Inside he found that his roommate had probably entered only a few minutes ago, a shorter but seemingly athletic boy whose age he couldn't determinate. Deciding to put his skills to work, he smiled politely to the still unknown to him roommate and introduced himself.

"Hello there! I am your roommate, Alexandr. Good to see that you are here already! What's your name?" he said extending his hand to the boy.
I've never once been inconvenienced by too much time off.

"Why is it so cold." Abaven said as he walked along the pavement, carrying his bag on his back, while looking at his phone. "I knew i should've checked the weather conditions here before coming here, at least i would've been able to survive a little longer." He said as he closed his trench coat, before making a turn into the campus. "So, this is where i'll be working at, those years of studying really did pay off." Before walking into the campus, and towards the room which would later become his office.

Entering the office, it was like most therapist offices, although there was a shelf in the wall next to his desk, which also had the window on it's right. "Well, since no one's completely gone mad yet." He said quickly, closing the door and quickly setting up his laptop and a WiFi router he bought when he landed. "All i have to do now is wait, hopefully i don't get any murderers this year." He said to himself, before opening his laptop, playing Overwatch over his private WiFi.

"Hello there! I am your roommate, Alexandr. Good to see that you are here already! What's your name?" he said extending his hand to the boy.

Miguel was almost startled by the entrance of his new roommate, from the opening of the door to only a second later a voice ringing in his ears. Miguel quickly stood up from where he was leaning and turned to look at his new roommate. As a vast contrast to himself, the boy had very pale skin, and light, blond hair. His glasses sat very comfortable on his nose, and stood quite a few centimetres above him. Miguel felt as though there was something sort of in the air about him, but tried to ignore it, it was just a silly impression anyway.

"Hi Alexandr, I'm Miguel Maceo, Australian born and Australian proud, nice to meet you."

Miguel shook his hand with what he hoped had come out as not too firm and not too loose, but he guessed it was all simply in the eye, or in this case hand, of the beholder. He gave him a quick, but what he thought we friendly smile, trying to seem as inviting as he could, why start on a bad page?

Miguel turned back towards his stack of books and bags that lay in the centre of the floor, and began to speak once more, in a slightly louder tone to account for the fact he was facing away from Alexandr.

"Do you have any preference on which side of the room you want? I honestly don't really care."

Miguel continued taking out stacks of books as he awaited the boy's response.

Aaron blushed. "Heh... thanks, I guess."
He shook Edward's hand, feeling a bit more confident. Sure, he'd only met a few students but they all seemed pretty friendly... Hopefully this meant a decent group of friends.
He was glad Edward had told him it wasn't sarcastic. He got that kind of thing confused ALL the time and it had caused him to lose potential friends in the past.

As Ezekiel got off is bike, he readjusted his Cross Necklace, as he stared at the School.

The map he had been give earlier wasn't helping him, so right now Ezekiel was just glaring at his map outside looking like a dumbass. Or a stalker. He didn't like being either. He looked up towards the School again and began to slowly walk towards, keeping the map in an iron grip.

The chauffeur had dropped off Evelyn in front of the school.
"Best of luck, Miss Cross", was all he had said before he had driven off, leaving her there to ignore the stares of obviously jealous and bewildered students.

Evelyn had been already memorized the outline of the school form the map on its website, but simply being here was starting to overwhelm her. She hadn't been to a public school before. Her last schools just made everyone quietly walk like it was a prison, which honestly wasn't that to far off.

She could handle stereotypical anxiety issues later, she needed to get to class.

"Well you look lost, do you need any help navigating." He said, talking to a student who was standing outside the school, looking at a map with an iron grip. "I know it can be confusing here. Oh how could i forget to introduce myself. I am this school's Therapist, you can just call me Abaven since i don't care about formalities. Now, where do you need to go to."

Suddenly, a middle aged, but very healthy man wearing the usual office clothes, a bright smile, and an astounding lack of perspiration suddenly jogged into existence as he steadily closed the gap between the student and the School's resident therapist.

"Mr Jun!" The man called out as soon as he got within 20 feet of him.

He had been the first teacher he had seen all day. And Simon Kent was going to be friendly, whether Abaven wanted him to be or not.

"Yes, how can i help you Mr Kent." He asked sincerely, hiding his emotions behind a happy facade. When in reality he just wanted to return back to his office and continue playing, since he knew that no one would get refereed so soon. "I'll get back to you later." He whispered softly to the student.

"Abaven. Jun." Simon said, putting two fingers at the Therapist like finger guns, and putting an emphasis on the two words he just said.

"Its been a long time since I've seen you!"

He then realized how bewildered the student, who well, he hadn't really been talking to Abaven, but he was just there.

"I will catch up with you", Simon said, somehow glaring at Abaven with pure positivity, "Later."

"For now, let's help this student with what he needs."

He dramatically turned towards the student in question, pointing finger guns at them.

"Ezekiel Royez!"

"How do you know my name?" Ezekiel asked, slightly creeped out by the overly friendly principal. His parents had said that Simon Kent was...enthusiastic, but how did he already know his name? Did he memorize all of the students names before school even started?

"Indeed Mr Kent, now if you may excuse me, i have some work to do in my office. Work doesn't get done by itself you know." He said lightly, before walking off back to his office, before finally closing the door behind him. "I don't think i'll ever get used to him." Abaven said, sitting down into the chair behind the desk and taking off his glasses. "My god i really do look hideous."He thought out loud, looking at the full white left eye he had. He then laid down on the couch meant for patients, and decided to take a nap.
