Unfortunately, no. It's still the same either way, despite the horrible grammar used.

From the Compendium:
Ardchoille wrote:
in either WA chamber, if mis-spelling causes you to mis-state what you're trying to do, so that your proposal doesn't do what you say it does, it's ruled illegal. If, on the other hand, the mis-spelt word isn't essential to the understanding of the proposal, we don't kill it for that reason alone.

Unfortunately it can’t be junked for spelling.

We don’t moderate spelling/grammar that is (supposed to be) the WA’s job. The exception is if the mistake changes the meaning of the operative clause to make it not satisfy R3, but that is not the case here.

Secular isn't oppositie. Atheism is. Secular is just neutral or unsure of God exists.

I thought it meant the same cause in the NS when you click it shows an Atheism Rate under it, so thats why i was asking, also secular is a government/political thing. Agnostic is the word you're looking for.

Sorry for being in the wrong forum...

My mistake on mixing up the two. Secular would imply separate of church and state and no connection to religion. So it's like if you were to speak broadly of atheism they're synonymous. Also if you want to talk more on this you can create a thread on gp.

Also it's fine. Mistakes happen. :)

There's no higher position. All WA members are in the Security council. The mods check legality of proposals but that's it.

If it's mod your asking, best way is to read this

OBSERVING that Woonsocket served an 11 month tenure as Minister of Immigration in the 10000 Islands, during which they guided regional recruiting policy and oversaw a population increase to an all-time regional population record for user created regions on November 17, 2011 with 2,200 nations, including receiving 17 different immigration awards and various distinctions including the 10000 Islands Immigration Medal of Honor,

Is mentioning UCRs legal? It seems like I saw it in other resolutions.

The only existing use of 'UCR' or 'user-created region' that I can find is the former is in the name of a conference in the Commend for Europeia.

Must admit it always sounds like a 4(c) violation to me, but I can’t find a specific ruling to that effect. Might want an SC Mod to confirm or not.

Using UCR to refer to regions is not legal, IMO. “Feeders and sinkers” is legal. UCR as a conference name in Commend Europia was legal, IMO.

Yeah but with the way its currently written that wouldn't work:
