Bio: Juan-Jose de Iturbide-Cortés was born in Toledo, Spain to a family of some noble class in the Autumn of 1900. Growing up amongst Spanish royalists, he was exposed to semi-fascist ideals and monarchist views from his upbringing, that only intensified when he learned of his heritage. A descendant of not only the fabled Spanish Conquistador Hernán Cortés, but also the first Emperor of the Mexican Empire, Agustín de Iturbide I. As he grew up, he was incredibally dissapointed by the state of which Spain was in, and was ashamed by the shamble the military had become. As The Great War started, he wished for the Spanish to join the Central Powers to perhaps help Capitulate France and help reassert the Spanish as a World Power. However, this had not happened. And as he turned 18 at the end of the war, he left Spain for Mexico to aid in the battle against the United States, who had attacked as a result of intercepting the Zimmerman Telegram. For the few months in Mexico, he fought in the army as a foot soldier and was ultimately captured during a small skirmish in Baja California. When the War was over, he was transferred to a prison in Mexico City until the Treaty of Versailles had been drafted and adopted. Mexico was now split, and he had wound up a citizen of the South Mexican Republic. Living under Castanzo was not easy for any, but due to his Royal ties with the old Mexican Monarchy, some citizens saw comfort in his presence and eventually he formulated a plan. While seeking shelter on the Isle de Carmen, he lead a small band of rebels in overthrowing the small fort that controlled the island. With that under his control, he had the people form a small militia, and cut off all the bridges leading to the Mexican Mainland. With control of the Island, he formed Los Verdaderos Hijos, a faction bent on restoring Royal Rule, and reforming the Mexican Empire. He adopted the last name de Iturbide-Cortés in honor of his ancestors, and now is waiting to bring unity back to Mexico.

Occupation: Former rebel now psuedo gang leader and club owner
Bio: Born to a mixed family with Vincent's parents moving to Veracruz from the United States before Vincent was born, the young man grew up throughout some of the most violent times in the region's history. His father was killed shortly after Castanzo became president by an oppenent in Veracruz wtih closer connections to the new president. In the years during the tyrannical reign of General Castanzo Vincent began to grow ever more upset with the nation's situation. While his family was slowly eroded in number, his mother fell ill and died. His two eldest brothers were killed for speaking against Castanzo and his elder sister was taken by corrupt officials and eventually found dead.
The death of his elder sister led to Vincent and his remaining two brothers joining others in rising up against the government. His friends and those with close ties to his family joined them and the rest of the country in revolution.
Vincent's brothers were killed in the fighting, and many of his friends lost their lives. However others filled their ranks as Vincent began to take on he role of a leader. By the end of the revolution Vincent's group of partisans numbered around three hundred. A massive swathe of the city of Veracruz was under his group's control with businesses and homes being rebuilt by the group earning the support of the residents there. His childhood was a comfortable one, with his family being a part of the upper class. At 1909, to prevent him from joining the army, his mother shipped him off to Coimbra, and there he studied law.
