Embassy: The embassy is treated as part of the diplomat's nation, and the New Transeurasia law is not in effect there, instead, the laws of the embassy's nation are in effect there. Police may not enter the embassy unless permission is given from the diplomat's nation. Emergency services may enter the embassy if an emergency happens there.
Consulates: Consulates are subject to the same rules as embassies. You must have an embassy to have a consulate.
