Issue passed wrong effects.

So I had the issue #581, where I chose to invite in foreign companies because I want to boost my anarcho=capitalistic tendencies, but the stat changes were the diametrically opposite of what it should have been.
I got the flavor text "One year's corporation tax from three international megacorporations has funded one dozen shiny black pencils for @@LEADER@@'s office.", but the changes that we're given where identical to the ones for an option I didn't pick. Looking at https://nsindex.net/wiki/NationStates_Issue_No._581 it is clearly seen that the flavor text proves I chose one option, but my stat changes show I received the wrong effects.

Now I realize this isn't definitive proof, but I don't know what to do (not even sure if this is the right place to put stuff). What I do know, is that I 100% clicked option 4.1, but got billed for 4.2, which can be seen in my stat changes and the flavor text (they don't match).

So, by your logic it is perfectly reasonable to thwart unions and invite megacorps for special tax deals, in order to promote income equality and hurt the rich wallets?

No, by their logic you should not use NSIndex as a definitive source of issue effects. It isn't. Our code is not so easily predicted.
