DECLORIUM! The most enigmatic, and yet potentially the most powerful, of all elements. Discovered by the nation of Reviko, the bluish rocky substance could potentially be fifty times more efficient than oil and gas for a fraction of the cost. Reviko has already begun wide-scale mining operations, and more importantly has begun R&D on a weaponization program. Naturally, Reviko's mortal enemy Großartigeland has contested the claim, seeing as the first batch of declorium was discovered on the disputed islands of Gara Bono.

On March 7, 2017, a shipment of declorium from Gara Bono escorted by seveal Revikoan navy warships was intercepted by Großian destroyers claiming unlawful trespassing onto sovereign territory. Push came to shove, and a few tonnes of declorium were lost in the ensuing bombardment. Reviko has already begun mass mobilization of its armed forces, and it seems like the United Nations of the North will plunge into a region-wide war.

How the inhabitants of the North will respond to this is up to them.

Guten Tag.

Declorium, an element that can bring the world to a new age, has been discovered in the island of Gara Bono. Many nations such as us want to utilize the newly discovered element in order to improve protection, welfare, and the economy of our nation. Unfortunately for us, the Protectorate of Reviko has seized the island for themselves and started a mining operation.

According to our Verteidigungsministerium, or Ministry of Defense, a shipment of declorium, approximately 15 tons, is en route to a Revikoan port, but instead went into a restricted waterzone between Belgerade and Undel under the jurisdiction of Großartigesland, which is only accessible to Großian and Wurzelian ships. Commander-in-chief Brandon Zacksberg ordered the Revikoan ships to change course, but did not, which resulted in the interception of the cargo. The navy has also salvaged 2 tons of Declorium for further research. If the Protectorate of Reviko will launch an attack towards our nation, Großartigesland alone will not stand a chance against its military. To combat this, President of Großartigesland Hans Gobel has arranged a meeting with Fürher of Wurzelschlecht, it's neighboring country, to discuss the issue in the city of Gryon.

"We are not sure of the situation at hand whether Reviko will launch a massive assault or not. However, we can ask for the aid of Wurzelschlecht's military if ever a war breaks out." - Hans Gobel

Reviko sends an emegency diplomatic envoy to Grossartigeland. The negotiations start at two in the morning.

Randall van Caay gulped down his twentieth cup of coffee as he waited in a stuffy conference room with the Grossartige flag behind him. He was going to crash hard, but he didn't care.

"Uh, good morning, Mr. Van Caay."

Randall looked up with bloodshot eyes. For the love of God, they were here.

"Mhuh."

It was a six-foot-tall Grossartige in an uncrumpled business suit, with two aides. Randall had a coffee stain on his polo and his tie disheveled.

"W-what took you so long?" Randall managed to slur out.

"Oh, it's rather bureaucratic here, you see, with security checks, frisks, papers to sign, more frisks, the works, I hope you understan-"

"W-why did you attack our convoy?"

He did it. Randall goddamn did it. He came here and asked the goddamn question.

The Grossartige was clearly taken aback. "Gara Bono is ours, I understand."

"W-well, it ain't yours. It's ours. W-we discovered it!"

The Grossartige frowned. "And I'm afraid that's where we disagree."

Sober up, Randall. Sober the hell up.

"I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to ask that you return our declorium."

"And I believe that no such return is legitimate, because that declorium is ours."

Randall forced himself up. "And I am afraid that's where we disagree."

4:37 pm, City of Gryon, Groβartigesland

Groβartige President Hans Gobel meets with Fürher of Wurzelschlecht to talk about the current issue with Reviko

"Are we there yet?" Asks the already tired Hans Gobel

"We're nearly there. In a few more minutes we'll arrive at Gryon Airport." The pilot responded.

All of the sudden, Hans's phone started ringing. It was a call. He answered/
"Good day Mr. Gobel. Our negotiations with the diplomatic envoy from Reviko had failed. They seem really intent in keeping Gara Bono for themselves."

"That's a bit of a shame. Any more news?"

"Intelligence reports that there has been a commotion in the island. We don't know for sure what is going on, but we're trying to find out."

"Alright."

Hans put his phone down and sighed. His pilot then announced the plane's landing at Gryon Airport.

"Your transport awaits you, Mr. Gobels."

"Has the Fürher of Wurzelschlecht arrived?"

"Not yet sir. They informed us that they might be late for the meeting for reasons not known to us."

Not long after Hans arrived in Gryon, the Fürher's plane had landed on Gryon Airport.

"Sir, the Wurzelian plane has landed on Gryon Airfield." Said an officer.

"Good. I don't have all the time in the world you know."

The wide doors of the building suddenly opened. Hans approached him.

"Welcome to Gryon Mr. Falkenhayen!"

"It has been an honor." The Fürher replyed. "Please forgive me for the delay, now may we start?"

"Yes follow me."

Hans led Mr. Falkenhayen to the meeting room.

"I believe you are aware about the discovery of Declorium, yes?" Hans asked.

"Of course."

There was silence I the room for a while until Hans pushed over a folder overflowing with papers to Mr. Falkenhayen.

"We suspect that Reviko will retaliate with force due to the incident. If they do attack, Groβartigesland alone cannot stop them."

"What are you trying to say here?"

"I request that an alliance between our great nations. Think about all the Declorium we could have! We would be unstoppable."

"I'm afraid it's not my —"

"How about let's make this deal more interesting."

Hans then picks up a suitcase and opened it. It contained a medium-sized rock glowing with a blue color: Declorium.

"This...is Declorium. We can offer you half our supply —if you to accept it."

Silence one again enters the room. After a long time, Mr. Falkenhayen spoke.

"We accept your offer. Our great nations will form a great alliance after some papers."

[Lucete]

The queen of Lucete, Awana Ria, has been informed by a messenger about the situation regarding Großartigeland and Reviko.

The queen stared at the messenger, eyes wide, before shaking her head.

“And this is not a trick?” She asks.

The messenger bows. “No, your Majesty.”

The queen bites her lip, before waving the messenger off. Her lady in waiting, Xandra Lei, stands beside her akwardly.

“If I may suggest,” Xandra says, eyeing the queen carefully. “shouldn’t we try to earn their favor? Perhaps we convince them to find some peaceful agreement. Or perhaps at least, we should find the best side to aid.”

The queen looks at Xandra, eyes raised. “And you say this because?”

“You know very well what might happen, don’t you, Your Majesty?”

The queen sighs. “Of course. I had hope we would at least live peacefully if we did not speak to them. Though.. with our unfortunate position, this is all but inevetable.”

The queen stands from her throne. “You may leave. I now have something to attend to.”

Her lady in waiting tilts her head, but nods. “As you wish, Your Majesty.”

Sofiya waits for her to leave before turning to the libary. On the desk, she takes out her laptop.

“To the well-esteemed Protectorate of Reviko,
It has reached my attention that you and The Dominion of Grossartigesland are currently facing some dispute. I would humbly like to request knowledge on the problem you are facing. I do not fully understand who is at fault here, and would fully like to understand the true situation at hand.
If by any chance you require my kingdom’s assistance, I would be humbled to give it to you.

Looking at the bright lights shining in the City of Gerstof, Dictator Eveline Morgan stood in her tower.

"Good evening Miss Morgan, may I have a word?" Tyler Brown, her Minister of Foreign Affairs, came out of the elevator.

"Alright. Come, take a seat."

Tyler sat down in front of a dictator. He felt a strange aura around the office.

"I know tensions between the two nations are worrying, but I suggest that we side with Revikoans. After all, they did discover Declcorium in the first place. Perhaps if we aid them in attacking Groβartigesland, they would give us a good amount of Declorium for us to conduct Scientific Research."

"Regarding this situation I will not side with the Revikoans."

"Are you saying that we should side with those greedy Groβartiges? They just want a piece of everything!"

"Did I tell you I will side with those filthy bastards? NO! We will stay neutral in this!"

The frightened Tyler sat nervously as the mentally unstable dictator tries to cool down.

"Get out of my office now..."

Tyler briskly walked to the elevator and left her office. Kehor will stay neutral.
