Agree 100% that the DM/SA war has turned into a circlejerk. A Mitteleuropean victory would most likely be pyrrhic at best and ruinous at worst (see Dust for details), but Mitteleuropa has proven far too adaptable for the Supreme Authority to expel them without significant cost. Maybe it's time for a truce? Mitteleuropa abandons its invasion (but has bloodied SA's nose enough to maintain honor), and in return its troops are permitted to leave Supreme Authority territory unmolested, and Europe is spared some seriously nasty bioterrorism.
