Greetings,

The Empire of Adab believes in establishing and maintaining everlastingly peaceful relations with all nations and peoples that exist in God's great multiverse. His Imperial Majesty the Emperor, in the name of grace, wisdom, and benevolence, has granted permission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to "establish and maintain aforementioned relations." This includes authorizing the establishment of other nations and peoples' diplomatic missions within the borders of our Empire and establishing our own diplomatic missions aboard. May we be able to maintain peace, prosperity, and harmony for all time.

All diplomatic missions within the borders of the Empire must comply with the following rules and regulations:

• The maximum number of diplomatic personnel allowed is 20.
• The maximum number of security personnel allowed is 25.
• The maximum number of service personnel allowed is 25.

• The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 5.
• Armed vehicles are not allowed. Arming previously unarmed vehicles are also not allowed.
• Aircraft (including helicopters) are not allowed.

• The maximum number of weapons allowed is 25.
• Non-lethal weapons are allowed.
• Lethal weapons allowed are knives, daggers, handguns, submachine guns, assault rifles, and battle rifles.

• Tobacco and alcohol are not allowed, as dictated by His Imperial Majesty's Order on Public Health and Safety, No. 1, 1970
• Psychoactive drugs and substances are not allowed, as dictated by His Imperial Majesty's Order on Psychoactive Drugs and Substances, No. 1, 1994
• Non-domestic animals are not allowed, as dictated by the Endangered Species Act of 1967
• Plants and domestic animals are allowed, but must be declared and will then be reviewed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health.

For now, to provide ease of travel and communication, all embassies will be located at Adab City West. Located not far from the Imperial Palace, the Imperial Mosque, and other important government buildings, this part of the capital city has been called the "heart of the country." Additional locations will be opened up in the future if necessary.
