As always the delegates will be escorted by 10 of our best agents until you leave and your free to spend the time as you wish until the meeting starts. May that be watching Engineerian cartoons or going to Church we don't care as long as your safe.

However, unlike previous meetings we ask you to come and join the Emperor for the Engineerian Monarch Sigus the fourths Coming of age. Where He will be officially named the Next king of Engineerinia should the current one die. There will be drinks and much food and we invite you to join us.

Near Kingsburg, On board Hunter's Presidential Airplane, 2:57PM Arstotzmerika Time
President Mike Hunter is in his personal airplane en route to Kingsburg, Capital of Engineerinia

The President looks out his window, starting to see the Outer Edges of Kingsburg.

"This is your Captain Speaking, we will shortly be landing in Kingsburg, please fasten your seat belts.", Captain Michael Richard said, piloting the plane.

Mike fastens his Seat Belt, and then goes back to looking out the window. He pulls out his phone, deciding to quickly check Arstotzmerikan News.
"President Hunter to visit Kingsburg Meeting", the main headline read. Mike switched his phone's timezone since Engineerinia was at a different time than Arstotzmerika. He then put his phone away and changed the time on his watch. The city below started changing from suburbs towards the downtown area with bigger and bigger buildings.

The plane touched down on the runway. A minor joint shook up Mike. The plane taxied to the special terminal for Presidential Airliners. Mike looked out the window and saw some Engineerinian Secret Service Agents and a Motorcade, Mike assumed this was his ride. The plane stopped, the President took off his seat belt and got out of his seat. Two Arstotzmerikan Secret Service Agents stood by Mike while he got his luggage. Mike then handed the luggage to the two agents. He then went to the front of the plane to the exit. Mike walked out, he stepped down the stairs and walked out to the Motorcade. Of the Engineerinia Agents said to Mike "Greetings, Mr. President.", then Mike replied back saying, "Good Evening, I assume this is my Motorcade to the Presidential Hotel?". "Yes, it is," the agent replied back. Mike stepped into his limo and quickly checked the time.

It was then a 30 minute ride to the Presidential Hotel. Once there, Mike got out of his limo and walked in, Engineerinian agents followed him with his luggage. They went up to the top floor in the elevator, Mike went to his room, the agent handed back to him his luggage. "Thanks," he said when getting his luggage back. The agents closed the door for Mike while put his luggage on the bed. He looked out the window and saw the city, it was a kinda hazy though due to the air pollution from the factories.

Mike then pulled out his phone from his pocket and left a voice message for the Emperor of Engineerinia. The voice message read "Greetings Emperor, I have arrived in Kingsburg and I am at my hotel. I will come to the Iron Citadel later this evening. See you there," end message.

While the Emperor is ordering a servant to move a table slightly to the left, to make it look nicer he recives a voice message from President Mike. He listens to the message and he sends a message back saying "Greetings Mr President, I know this is informal but on behalf of Engineerinia we are pleased to have you here with us. And I look forward to doing our talks on such and utter and important matter for the sake of the UOP. Oh and I had a dinner sent to your room should arive around 7pm, I appoligize I cant eat with you I have a lot of fixing up to do and what not. The dinner was cooked by my personal cooking staff and its a traditonal Engineerinian meal dating back to the first Emperors of our Great Empire, I hope you enjoy it."

Then he hangs up the voice message and precedes to re tell the servant to move it slighty to the right. After he does this the Emperor decides that is the perfict spot for that table and tells him he may go and help some of the other servants tasks. The Emperor looks above him at the Million Crystal Chandelier "It looks so good in the light" he though. "Iv stared at it a million times but iv never really seen how pretty it is until now".

Suddenly a servant comes running up to him telling him the chapel is finished being furnished and they were setting up the throne room and if he would like to see it or not. He agrees, the servant leads him through this Citidal toward the throne room. As they aproach it they go thorugh the Halway of Kings where every King of Engineerinia has been painted and there portrat stand on the wall. At end of this long grand hallway is two stairwells with thick steps for easy walking and they both lead up to the next floor, which is a lot of stone chairs. Not any cheap stone either, it is all matching in color and from the second floor you can see the Throne and the kings court room you could almost call it a indoor balcony. Between the two Stairwells is gold doors, which are 5 inches thick. The guards open them for the Emperor and there you can see the throne about twenty five meters away with a huge court room in between where people stand to address the king with other minor doors on the walls. The other more minor doors are for the King to go to his quarters or to get to other rooms that is more for the King or High ranking officials. The throne is also about 1 meter elevated from the floor so the King is always sitting above them so he can see them clearly.

The Emperor stands in the middle of all this and says "Good servant go in peace, you have done your duty."

a red helicopter bearing the Pigeonstotzkan flag touches down. The door slides open, revealing a second blast door. This one opens, making a loud hissing noise. I step out, wearing a black trench coat with a Pigeonstotzkan flag pin over my chest. After me come two armed men wearing black bulletproof jumpsuits and tinted glass helmets. They carry large assault rifles, each bearing the flag. We come up to the delegates who have arrived, and I extend my greeting.
"It's good to see you all again! I always look forward to our visits." I sit down, and my guards exit the building.

Presidential Hotel, 6:54PM Engineerinian Time

President Mike Hunter of Arstotzmerika was sitting in a hotel chair, watching from TV, he kept looking at the window, looking at the wonderful city and the terrible pollution. He hears a beep from his phone. He mutes the TV and goes up to his phone on the desk next to it. He sees its a voice message from the Emperor of Engineerinia. Mike listens to message, then looks at the time. "Dinner will be here soon," he said. Mike picks up his phone and puts in another message for the Emperor. The message said, "Thank you Emperor, I can't wait to do talks with you this evening. Also thanks for making a personal dinner for me. I will try it out for sure. I will come to the Iron Citadel at 8:00PM Engineerinian time. Have a good evening Emperor. Also, I just want to ask quickly, what should I call you? I sometimes during meetings I might need to reference you directly even though you are the only Emperor in the U.O.P. It would be great if you do so, I'll see you in an about an hour," end message.

Mike looked at the time again, It was 7:00PM. There was knocking on the door, he walked up to it and opened it. "Hello Mr. President," said the Waiter. "Good Evening," Mike replied, "Is this my dinner specially requested from the Emperor?" "Yes, it is. One of the finest food in the nation," the waiter said while walking into the room. "Is there anything else you need, Mr President?" "No, nothing at all." Mike said. "Alright then, have a good afternoon!" the Waiter replied while leaving and closing the door. Mike turned away from the door and back to the food. He then took of the top of his suit, revealing his undershirt, and put it on the bed. He went and sat down next to the table. Mike began eating the Traditional Engineerinian Food, it tasted great.

Mike felt good after that dinner, he decided to go back to watching TV. He then thought he should a leave a message for President Oliver of Sugrastan. Mike picked up his phone and left a message for Oliver saying, "Hey Oliver, I am Engineerinia now, the Emperor's personal servant gave me some traditional Lobster, its really good. Anyway, I hope you get here soon. I will be meeting with the Emperor of Engineerinia at 8:00PM Engineerinian time tonight. I'll see you later," end message. Mike then went back to watching Engineerinian TV.

Then he stops, "Actually" he says "If you wish I can show you the room were the negotiations will be held or if you wish I can give you a tour around the Iron Citadel, my castle. It is your choice to go or not but I invite you go come with me. So what will it be, the negotiations or tour?"

I will come to the Iron Citadel at 8:00PM Engineerinian time. Have a good evening Emperor. Also, I just want to ask quickly, what should I call you? Mike looked at the time again, It was 7:00PM. There was knocking on the door, he walked up to it and opened it. "Hello Mr. President," said the Waiter. "Good Evening," Mike replied, "Is this my dinner specially requested from the Emperor?" "Yes, it is. One of the finest food in the nation," the waiter said while walking into the room. "Is there anything else you need, Mr President?" "No, nothing at all." Mike said. "Alright then, have a good afternoon!" the Waiter replied while leaving and closing the door. Mike turned away from the door and back to the food. He then took of the top of his suit, revealing his undershirt, and put it on the bed. He went and sat down next to the table. He hears a beep from his phone. He mutes the TV and goes up to his phone on the desk next to it. He sees its a voice message from the Emperor of Engineerinia. Each nation will make his own laws and send them to Arstotzmerika, and he will post them on a UOP dispatch, these will be called "National Laws" and will be held on a national level. If a Country happens to be a delegate then he can go into the "Law" Forms and debate to weather or not to make it a "Regional Law". A regional law is a law for all Nations in the Region Elector status or not. There will and can only be three electors at once."

"Now I know what your thinking, why are they called electors? Well, because they will elect the Grand Judge every one year. The Grand Judge will have the authority to veto the law every time it gets into parliament and if it is vetoed then it will be send to the electors who will discuss it further. If it is send and denied by the grand judge again then it will have a region wide vote. If it passes its now a regional law, if not its scrapped or sent back to the electors to be fixed and when they approve it to be finished it can have a re vote."

If your asking well when do the electors get replaced, they dont. Oliver sees Mike's message and replies "Sorry, I'll start coming there. Apparently Engie forgot to tell me."
Oliver walks to the Iron Citadel and finds the meeting room. He walks in with 3 briefcases of files nearly dropping one while going to take a seat.

Mike notices Oliver coming in, he runs over to him and helps him with the briefcases. "What are doing here coming unguarded? Or even for that matter, coming here by foot. I rode in via Motorcade," Mike said.
