The side effects of hearing a view you disagree with can include confusion, nausea, and vomiting. Just try and listen to someone say anything politically incorrect without doing any of those things. Obviously, then, we have to consider the precious feelings of everyone we talk to. Some people don't want to be triggered, guys. It's their right as Americans.

Embassies are basically just links on your region page to other regions you are friendly with, though depending on your regional settings, members of embassy regions may be able to post to your regional message board. Some people formalize them on offsite forums, while others simply seek as many as they can get. If you are seeking embassies, it is probably best to just go search for regions similar to your own and propose constructing embassies with them. Some of them will reject your request, but a lot will accept.
