I just have a request this does not become an open conventional conflict between superpowers.

There is a reason why Nifonese are bringing single brigade claiming to be a PMC with limited air support.... Let's keep the level even, shall we? That is why McNernia if you want to intervene, do it covertly. It will be far more fun to RP that way.

So, Lonograd, this is my proposed ORBAT. ALF and it's allied would have 12 Brigades like this, and since it faces at this moment 3 hostile Sunni factions, I am assuming that ALF will have access to arsenals of former Iraqi government, thus being more conventional force than most of us, to equalize the chances (especially since Nifonese are coming as well). In addition to that Shitite / government / ALF side would have two 910 - man strong SAM battalions with 18x S-125 Neva/Pechora each.

Colors:

Blue - Iraqi Awakening Front + Nifonese Brigade (Teal)

Brown - Supreme Council for Jihad & Revolution

Black - Jaysh Al - Islam

Green - Arab Liberation Front & Shiite militias

Issues:

1) I had much of territory that was left unclaimed. Thus I operated only on what I had.

2) The map does not list insurgent cells due to their extreme dispersal.

3) Kurds have not yet shown up.

4) I think that in next move to make everything have sense, Zatar should seize Baghdad (alternatively Lonograd may do so). My idea is that Sunni forces does that first, and then ALF launches an offensive in order to reclaim it.

I think I'd concentrate three of my brigades on the Southern front, one somewhere near the Anbar-Saladin Border, one near the Baghdad-Diyala Border and one on the Diyala-Wasit border. The rest are fine.

Map updated per Zat's request. I also added two SAM battalions for Lono and broken down the Nifonese force into battalions.

Also to note: I added ORBAT of the Nifonese intervention. This formation is supposed to work in a way akin to Africa corps, and although it may do well in blitzing across the desert, it is not something I would use against unconventional foes - so you guys have actually pretty decent chances if you know how to exploit that.
