I don't think you know it is 1880. An assimilation plan, which integrates all people from all cultures, would require Orwellian levels of micro management. At this time, that is no where near possible, even for Europe. At the most, you hang up propaganda posters and looked stearnly at people. Your country would still be as divided as the Balkans.

It's a bit off (Mexico should own Venezuela instead of Peru, for story reasons. And you gave me land in Arabia I didn't own, but took away land I did.), but just go ahead and publish the thread.

My country voluntarily came together dude, not to mention there isn't one ruling people, and because the capital is in South Vietnam doesn't mean the Vietmese rule. The city themselves compose of the different people's very diverse. We're unified in that, and no people goes to the bottom. Trying to 'liberate' the Burmese or the 'Thai' is just stupid. On completely different levels.
