Nation States is about imagination but I've gotten to much compliants from inland teachers. To calm them down, do all countries need high IQ?

I think it's optional, though recommended. If it was a necessity, then countries would be strictly divided.
I don't acknowledge the existence of genders and I'm pro death on abortion. All babies must die (sc).
