Yeah, generally its wrong to punch anyone unless they punched first. If they hit first feel free to regardless of political spectrum, race, or gender.

Depends on the circumstances. If they are peacefully out for a walk, and are not doing anything wrong, then yes. If they are in the process of trying to choke you to death, then yes, it is ok to punch them to defend your life.

It is wrong to assault someone because of their beliefs, regardless of how heinous their beliefs are, that's how the national socialists operated in Germany and how antifa thugs and jihadists operate nowadays. It wouldn't be wrong to expel all nazis from your country or protest their abhorrent beliefs, but just assaulting them for disagreeing with you is wrong.
