You receive a letter in the mail that invites you to participate in the 50th Pokemon Event Championships. It's in Corbi a region far away from all regions. So it's a bit different than your normal Pokemon region where everyone goes blasting off again. So what's different well Corbi is a region full of politics. "Down with Pro-Cooperation!" she shouts and the crowd burst into cheers. Tough events. "Lurantis use solar blade," she says very quietly. Lurantis's arm begins glowing and it charges at Pikachu. It swings its arm knocking the Pikachu across the arena. New Pokemon. The ground began to rumble as a dark shadow came out of the cave. Their are many more things that makes the Corbi region so unique but the real question is are you ready to face the challenge of becoming this year's Event Champion?

So welcome to Pokemon Corba: Events and even though the intro makes the RP seem intense I would like to let you know I focus more on the relaxed, World Building, Character side of the RP spectrum. So the main focus of Corbi is the events which you compete in. There are tons events you can compete in and they will all be listed in the PokeRecord but for now the main ones are but not limited to contest, battle, and catching known as hunting in Corbi.

2/7/1: Update for intro coming soon because I feel that it is to generic, you may be able to make your own pokemon viva app, Ad going on P2TM thread, map going up in a few weeks due to my computer having problems, I'll be posting my player App because lack of people joining and most tagging, finally thank you all who have stayed with this RP.

The Rules and Info

PG-13

Pokemon events (battles, catching, contests) are in real time not turn based

At least paragraph long posts (5 sentences)

Travelling isn't instant

Something seems unfair or you have an idea TG OP's and CO-OP's

You may start anywhere on the map

Pokemon get experience after each event

Shines allowed (not legendaries or mythical)

All pokemon except legendaries and mythical pokemon allowed

No character limit

Pokemon can know 4 moves max

Can only carry 6 Pokemon at a time

All events (battles, catching Pokemon, and actual events) will be managed by CO-OP or OP. Also Pokemon encounters will be managed by CO-OP or OP The Pokemon you have captured may not be loyal to you such as Charizard from the Anime who is on Ash's team but will hardly ever listen to a command he gives. Pokemon may become loyal to you after awhile.

Pokemon's level doesn't affect when a Pokemon learns a move that will happen randomly or when taught, level just shows how strong that pokemon is.

Have a question use the word Bidofed so we can find it.

OP and CO-OP's word is law

Breaking rules will be dealt with accordingly

Personality: Carbon isn't the most generous of individuals, his wealthy upbringing and status as a gym leader's grandson made him a bit ostentatious. If you can "prove" yourself to him, he might actually respect you. He sees himself as by default being better than other trainers, but still tries his hardest to become stronger, no, the strongest. Because he is constantly reminded by his father's status, Carbon vows to one day surpass him; but not just that. He has his eyes on the Corba League.
Background: Since the day he was born, Carbon was destined to be a powerful trainer. His father was formerly one of the most powerful trainers in Corba. He taught Carbon everything he knew about pokémon from a young age. When his Aggron laid an egg, he gave it to his son, making Aron Carbon's very first pokémon. Many expect Carbon to some day fill his father's shoes.

Background: [/b] The only daughter of a Construction Company Owner, Regina Luddyte came to have an ill view of pokemon as the creatures replaced humans in various professions. Her father was driven out of business as he tried to compete with his all human workers against businesses that had workers that partnered with pokemon. He kept his men employed for as long as he could before he had to declare bankruptcy. The loss of his business drove him to an early grave and then Regina’s mother was killed in a drunk driving accident.
Fortunately, Regina’s education fund saw her through her private schools and she had some money to put toward higher education. However, Regina decided to put those funds into an annuity that would earn money and provide her with a modest allowance on which she could live with some comfort and maybe an occasional indulgence. A lucky side investment afforded her the pokemon hunting gear that she uses as a professional pokemon hunter.
She sells her captured quarry to scientific laboratories.
