The Young Intellectuals and Workers Exchange Program (YIWE) is an international organization which promotes and organizes exchanging of students for higher education in Socialist and Communist partner educational institutions. Founded in January 13, 2017 at the sidelines of the 2017 Plenum of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Velah, YIWE seeks to strengthen the students' "communist heritage and allow them to contribute to the furtherance of communist thought."
