Short Bio: You wouldn't guess by Vladimir's personality and the way he carried himself that he was the deadliest assassin in the Russian Mob. Though he comes off as the nicest person in the Mob, he is also the most ruthless when it comes to the job. His personality changes drastically from the nice and friendly Vlad to the brutal Angel of Death.

Sporting two eight inch graphene knives, he does the dirtiest and most difficult jobs that the Mob has to offer and does them perfectly. Vladimir is the only member of the mob to have a 100% clearance rate for his assignments. He has never missed a single kill.

All things must come to an end, some ending earlier than others for various reasons. This is the reason that Vlad does what he does. He finds peace in upholding justice the right way, unlike the corrupt officials and cops that are currently in place. It is in death that he finds life, and in that life he finds purpose.

Vladimir's takes orders from nobody except for the head of the Mob himself and his son Alexander (More commonly known as Sasha).

RP Sample: Another night, another mission. In the depths of the Underdome there is too much corruption. Vladimir had been thinking about how he wanted to take his target down this time. This was partly due to the guards that they had accumulated in case of exactly what he was assigned to do. He knew he could do it easily. He always knew. So, with his knee length coat and a jet black wrap covering his head, he took off with his clothes flapping in the wind. Altering his own vectors to travel faster than a bullet, he jumped to the first guard and slit his throat. The second guard noticed this and would have acted save for the second dagger that flew from Vlad's other hand and right between his eyes. After exhuming the second dagger from the guards skull, Vlad headed for the interior. A third guard was poised just inside the doorway and was quite a bit beefier than the previous guards. This one also happened to have a submachine gun pointed directly at Vlad. Vlad smiled. The kind of smile that, in this situation, strikes fear into those that see it. The guard panicked and opened fire, and all of the bullets that touched Vlad stopped in their tracks. Once the guard's clip was empty, every single bullet that was in contact with Vlad flew through all four of the guard's limbs, leaving him paralyzed and to die by bleeding out. After leaving the final guard's corpse, Vlad searched the remaining rooms noiselessly and eventually found his target. The man panicked, and began to run away. He was nowhere near fast enough to escape though, and Vlad easily caught up to him without even having to use his powers. Vlad tripped the man making him fall to the ground before stabbing a knife through one of his hands and the floor to keep him there. He look the man dead in the eyes and laughed. Maniacally. Vlad then pierced the targets chest with his other knife, took it out, and stuck his finger in the slit left by it. He spoke one thing to that man. "You've been visited by the Angel of Death. You will be punished for your sins." With that, he reversed the man's blood flow, killing him. Vlad stood up and exited the building, returning to the point from where he started.
