Tensions between Hunteria and the United Confederate Republic are at a tipping point. All it needs is something to push it over the edge. Unfortunately for the world it would have no miracle.

The Hunterian savages have place half their army on our border where we only have 260,000 troops. So prime minister John has ordered 240,000 more troops and 700 Markavas MK.4s to the border. They makes the numbers equal but UCR has lots more heavy armor vehicles, Tanks, and artillery there. Warning shots have been fired near the Hunterians using raptors flares. This is still devoloping and will be progressing as time passes

Karsten scanned the border his regiment had been assigned to the border region ever since hostilities began. Suddenly gunfire comes from the UCR side.
Karsten's radio exploded with comm chatter.

"Machine gun fire!!!"
"The bloody Ameris are shooting at us!"
"They are firing warning shots what should we do?!?"
"We are supposed to fire if fired upon... Return fire!!!"

The Hunterians open fire on the Ameri soldiers. Tracers streak across the night sky. In the confusion more regiments begin to fire, believing that their kameraden are under attack.

Field marshal Junsa is speaking with his generals when an officer runs over and whispers into his ear.
Junsa then says to his generals. "Staff, We have news coming in that a firefight has broken out on the border. War has not been declared and we do not know the cause. Our army is acting out of confusion it seems. We need to get the situation under control before war breaks out! Move!"

UCR soldiers would be guarding the border when machine gun fire would start hurling their way. They would hop into action and open fire with their M4.carbines. Officers would start yelling at the Donar mortars and the markavas MK.4s to open fire. Then the M1128s would open fire with their massive guns. The T1A1 hunter drone tanks would open fire with the massive gatlin guns. Hindereds of thousands of soldiers would be suddenly hopping Into action. Soon it would be a war zone. Hundreds of dead soldiers would lay on the ground. Killed by enemy bullets or mortar fire.
Cities like Lviv would turn into war zones. Buildings like hospitals and banks turn into fortresses. And homes would turn into piles of rubble. It would be 5 hours and still no one would know who has the upper hand with thousands dead and thousands more wounded. But many brave UCR and hunterian soldiers would fight on. Fighting for a cause they were convinced was the right one. They would let hate guide their fighting. Hate for the other side, hate of the other cause, and hate for the enemies leaders. But what drives them on the most would be the love for war, for revenge, and for their country. They would be determined to tear down the enemy. Thousands of brave young men would die in a war that could have been preventable. The battle would wage on longer and longer men fighting stronger and stronger. Snipers would aim at their targets and take them down efforlestly. Sergeant Jefferson would run to the front line and start yelling 'What the heck is going on! who fired the first shot?!" a cadet would turn around and respond "They did sir! Their machine guns opened fire on us. We start shooting in self defense! the sergeant would yell some orders out after that 'They must want world war those crazy physco's! Call Hajar! Tell them we will need reinforcements! Inform them the enemy fired the first shot!.


Citizens Miles away from the war zone would be hearing tanks and guns going off hoping that the war would stay away.

SP was abuzz with activity over the last few days. The SPBC is reporting of conflict on the Hunterian-Amerian border, and providing 24/7 coverage of developments from the front lines.

Most citizens knew war was on the horizon, and the SPian Government ordering full mobilizations reinforced their fears.

Citizens in SPian Iberia buy gas masks, anticipating chemical attacks by the Hunterians. Even though, as the Government knew, it would be unlikely that Hunteria would try anything like that, it was just heavily put in SPian propaganda to depict Hunterians as horrible, monstrous people who would kill civillians out of cold blood.

The first twelve hours since the news broke would be filled with fear, as the media and SPian citizens awaited word from the Houses of Parliament, where the SPMC had been called to meet and discuss. According to the SPMC, the wartime cabinet had been called in aswell.

With SPian Prime Minister, and head of the SPMC General Winston Blackburn in Marmero, the SPMC has no choice but to appoint five-crown General Nicole Matthews as de facto head of the SPMC, until the PM can return.

Finally, the General permits a press conference, and invites media to report on it.

As everyone settles in, she starts to speak.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, my fellow SPians,

This situation comes in one of the worst possible times; on Christmas Eve. We are fully aware, despite our warnings to Hunteria, a conflict is breaking out on the New Hunterian-Amerian border. No side has officially declared war, so we hope this is just a minor border skirmish.

My fellow SPians, the last thing I would want to do is plunge us into war on Christmas. We shall not go through another Christmas in the trenches.

We are officially giving this conflict until 18:00 Greenwich Mean Time, December the 26th, for both sides to stand down. We implore the Amerian and Hunterian Governments respectively to co-operate and call a joint cease fire, then go through investigations as to what happened on the border.

If these conditions are not satisfied by the deadline, or full war is declared, we shall give further information as to our next actions, however do remember we do have military commitments to the UCR, and will defend them if we must.

Stalin laughed at the situation going on in the south. He knew that the only thing stopping him from the complete annihilation of the UCR is the SPians whom are out of his way on the map. A simple naval collaboration with his promising ally would mean that the UCR's coastal lands would be cut of from the mainland leaving them isolated. The conflict already started with no declarations of war from both sides but he knew its only a matter of time that a border conflict turns into an all out war that could change the face of eastern Europe.

Soviet intelligence is unsure of who started the conflict although there are reports that a wrong judgement may have sparked the fight between them. Even so Stalin wasn't interested, he didn't care who shot first but rather whos the last one shooting. He received a telegram from a newborn nation just south of the UCR. A proposal of ultimatum of some sort but he did not want to make such early decisions when war has yet to begun. Thus he smoke his pipe, if the UCR or the SPians touch German soil, the Soviets will intervene.

The Battle had escalated dramatically over the past day. With no offensive moves taken by the Hunterian forces the battle was mostly the armies firing at each other. The Hunterian positions would be an uphill battle for the Amerians most likely resulting in their defeat.
Hunterian forces were preparing for an offensive using their iconic blitzkrieg tactic, only this time it would not be a stalemate like in Gallia.
This would be a overwhelming victory for the Imperium if all went to plan.

The political climate of Berlin was in chaos. The Kaiser was in a coma and war was at hand.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Marx Nolan received a call from his secretary
"Marlie? what do you need?" Nolan says.

Nolan put down his whiskey and said "Patch them through this may be important."

The national Air Force would be controlling the sky's. After getting orders from the prime minister the Air Force would use its new stealth bombers to effectively bomb the Hunterians. The planes would take off from Kiev base in Kiev. Sense they were stealth no radar would be able to detect them meaning no resitience. They would reach their targets. They would unload a ton of bombs on the enemy bellow. The Hunterians bellow would hear the past tense of jet engine than explosions would engulf them. The 25 stealth bombers would return without even a scratch and start preparing for another run.

Console David upon receiving reports of the border skirmish, which is quickly getting out of hand. And also watching Prime Minister John formally declare war, decided that Wusmeinia must take quick action. Wusmeinia shall officially close it European borders (though such a thing is already implemented but not actually acknowledged). However shall allow refugees to enter the nation, should they so chose via a select few roadways which will not be blocked. But all other entry's into the nation shall be closed and no commercial products shall pass. The Bosporus Strait it has been decided shall be cut off too, only allowing NKVD freight/military vessels through to the Mediterranean Sea and all vessels seeking entrance to the Black Sea shall be heavily scrutinized making sure they will not enter UCR docks.

Console David after the meeting decided to take a walk around the courtyard, heavily in thought. He knows that with this war things are going to get very ugly very quickly, it is not UCR that has the Console staying up late nights but SP. He has done all he could to avert war he knows but felt that is he only tried something different or acted sooner maybe things could have been different. But that is the past and now he must do all he can to make sure the future is set on the right path after this.

The Supreme Council of the NKVD Union had a vote on the issue of eastern european instability and its security in the future against an allied state in Ukraine. The votes had been counted with a total of 300 voters in which 300 votes in favour of the neutralization of the UCR and 0 voted in against it. The Supreme Council headed by Premier Stalin has taken countless decisive actions in ensuring state security and the revolution domestically and abroad and this shall be one of them. We have measured the risks present should we proceed with our decisions but ultimately the benefits outweigh the cons. With the the Ameri officially declaring war on Hunteria, the NKVD Union recognizes this as a threat to its sovereignty ,potentially leading to the formation of a western allied satellite state and the destruction of its de-facto ally Hunteria. The Soviet agenda is simple and it calls for the complete destruction of the UCR government as well as to construct a Soviet leaning state. Therefore with all the risk taken to ensure soviet dominance in eastern europe, the NKVD Union officially declares war on the nation of Ameri.

SPian House Of Commons Ruling
Passing of Bills SP-034 and SP-035; Operation Sunny Ukraine Act (SP-034), SPian Intervention In The UCR Act (SP-035)

Early this afternoon, results came in from the Houses of Commons, on voting for bills SP-034 and SP-035. Both bills were proposed by Leader of The Commons himself, MP for Westminster East John Woodbridge.

Bill SP-034, or the Operation Sunny Ukraine Act orders the SPian Ministry of Defence to provide massive logistical support the the United Confederate Republic, enacting Operation Sunny Ukraine. The Operation involves a massive airlift through neutral territory by civilian SPian carriers supplies the UCR needs to continue it's exercise of sovereignty over it's legally defined lands. Any spare light, medium and heavy tanks are to be sent over, aswell as artillery pieces, standard issue SPian rifles, aswell as as support equipment and military rations will be sent as part of a massive lend-lease.

Bill SP-035, or the SPian Intervention in the UCR Act orders the SPian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and SPian Ministry of Defence to prepare for the worst in the regards of potential conflict on the behalf of the UCR. The bill, should it be enacted, involves the commissioning of the SPian Ministry of War as per normal procedures, aswell as activating the provisions of the SPian Home Isles Defence Act of 2014. The SPian Foreign Affairs Ministry will ask all combatants, involving the UCR, New Hunteria, and as of now the NKVD Union to a temporary ceasefire, and talks on neutral terms in a neutral nation, with an SPian representative acting as a co-mediator alongside the main mediators of the host nation and/or others from other nations. Should the offer be turned down, or no adequate reply be received within 48 hours of the presentation of the offer to the nations, full powers will be granted to the SPian Ministry of Defence and SPian Ministry of War to continue further actions as they see fit inline with the SPian Transfer of Power Act of 1946.

After the debates on the bills finished, both bills went to voting. The 431 delegates passed SP-034 by 301-85, with 45 abstentions, with the main source of opposition being The Liberal Party, and The Worker's Labour Party. The delegates passed SP-035 by 231-198, with two abstentions, the main source of opposition coming again from The Liberal Party and Worker's Labour, but also from The SPian Centrist Party.

The bills both went to The House of Lords and passed unanimously, and General Winston Blackburn indicated that he does not wish to veto either of the bills, making them both SPian Law.

As the Hunterians sat in their encampments waiting for orders. They would hear the marching what sounded like thousands of soldiers. Several soldiers would leave their positions to see what was happening. Thousands of Hunterian soldiers wearing green armbands with a black eagle on the side walking in perfect formation shouting "Markith mit uns!". They were Cultists.


The Offensive begins.
At the brink of Dusk with the sun behind them, The Hunterian forces all move forward. Cultists leading the charge with Panzers supporting from the sides and Regulars forming up the rear. The battlecries of "Fur das Vaterland!" and "Vorwarts!!!" could be heard throughout the offensive. The Hunterian army would charge the enemies positions and attempt to secure them. Any that were too fortified to be destroyed in the assualt was to be surrounded and attacked from all sides.

The port of Cuba's beautiful capital, Havana would be alive with activity as the Union Marine Corps' 8th Marine Division begins to leave port. Reactions are mixed in this division, which draws most of it's marines from the Union's Latin American states, though there is still a prevalent amount of marines from the rest of the Union, in particular the South. Their white skin and southern drawls making them stand out among their darker skinned Latino brethren. But nonetheless there is a great sense of esprit de corps, all the members of the 8th Marine Division and the rest of the Corps are all brothers and sisters.

Some Marines are happy to be shipped out from Havana, hoping to be sent somewhere where they will "get sum", since the possible conflict with NIB has boiled down. Other Marines are unhappy to leave their girlfriends, boyfriends and mamacitas behind in Cuba. Others, grizzled veterans from the North American Wars, weary of combat and wishing to spend time with their families and return to the life they left behind when the joined the Corps.

Regardless, all the patriotic marines of the 8th Division will do what the Corps, and what the Union asks of them, and they will perform this task to best of their ability. And today, the Union has called upon the 8th to be deployed to Normandy, Gallia, and be attached to Union Forces Gallia (UFG). With the increasing tensions in Europe, the Chancellor has deemed it necessary to attach the 8th Marine Division to the UGF in order to boast Florence's power in the region.

So, the 8th Division will be accompanying the Carrier Strike Group Illustrious to Normandy, France aboard the Kearsarge-class landing helicopter assault ship Guam and several amphibious transport docks and dock landing ships. Those marines that didn't catch a ride with the Navy will be heading to Normandy on Air Force C-130's and C-17's, though all the tanks, humvees, armored personal carriers, helicopters and planes will be transported with the fleet. The carrier FS Illustrious was pulled back to Florence after the SPians blocked the straits of Gibraltar, a move that does not sit well with the Union. It will be escorting this transport fleet, which is further bolstered by several attack submarines, an Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate, and a Samantha the Great-class destroyer, the heaviest destroyer class in the Florencian Republican Navy.

The appearance of the 8th Marine Division in Normandy Gallia will significantly boast Union power in Gallia, however it is expected that more reinforcements are on the way. Should the tensions in Europe explode to full on, all out war, than it would't be surprising to see Florence rapidly deploy several airborne and air assault divisions to the country. Or even begin sealifting a heavier armored division to the neutral country in order to ensure it's protection.

A similar plan is in place with the Republican Air Force, who will most likely be sending more planes to Gallia in the near future.

The battle had calmed down to the point where medics were tending to the wounded and civilians were picking up rubble. One medic would be tending to the wounded when someone would yell "the enemy has been detected on sensors prepare for battle they are 1 min out! The news would go out on the comms systems warning every confederate out on the battlefield. Everything would be dead quiet when the confederates would here the sounds of stomping coming closer and closer. Every confederate would be on edge aiming at the horizon. Then the Hunterians would come marching over the hill ready to fire. A major would scream out "Fire! Fire! Fire! Fire!". Every soldier would open fire on the Hunterians laying men down dead. Tanks would open fire along with the artillery knocking out more men. Soon the fighting would turn ugly both sides firing everything they got at each other. Tons of men would be shot dead and the bodies would pile up. The Hunterians would be determined to advance but the confederates are fighting to the last man. Making it hard on the enemy. The confederates knew the enemy couldn't past their lines or the enemy would have sucessfully started and invasion.

After the soviet declaration of war, Premier Stalin had a meeting with the Stavka on the invasion of Ameri in which he assigned his distinguished military commander, General Pavlov to lead the way into the heart of Ameri by taking the ukrainian provinces first. General Pavlov is leading Army Group West which was initially positioned in Belarus. Here lies the strength of 1,000,000 soldiers in one army group and also 2 tank divisions with a total of 450 tanks on this front alone. With Soviet Intelligence on the conflict between Hunteria and Ameri, it is discovered that aerial operations conducted by the Ameris are done through a military airfield in Kiev in which posed a threat as it the same airfield could be used against the NKVD Union. Therefore following Soviet doctrine, General Pavlov and his men are instructed to capture the city of Kiev and its airfield. Tanks will be used in the quick advance towards the city with the use of fast tanks such as the T-90MS so as to seize Ameri military aircraft. By Securing the airfield in Kiev the Ameris would have lesser air support in their skirmishes and the Hunterians will have the upper hand in dealing with the western part of ukraine.

Army Group West has been divided into three corps in which one of them is positioned in Kharkiv and the rest in Russia. One corp in Russia is tasked with capturing the cities of Sumy and Chernihiv so as to prevent border forces facing russian soil from engaging General Pavlovs men heading towards Kiev. The Stavka hopes for the capture of the Sumy, Chernihiv, Kyev and Polatava region as the strategic positions would be under soviet occupation. As the two other corps are engaging the northern Ukraine, the third corp is launching its offensive southern of ukraine from the plains of Kherson in which their main objective is to capture the city of Mykolai, a port to the black sea which will boost Soviet Naval strength. This will also further handicap their ability to resupply or reinforce from and to their turkish lands and will also make it easier for Wusmeinia to conduct military operations against northern turkey.

With the Soviet Army engaging the forces on mainland Ameri, Stalin had decided that the a fight through a corridor like this would be bloody and mean unnecessary loses for a part of land that could be obtained through sieges. He has ordered to prepare the soviet air force for aerial bombarding of the turkish lands to destroy morale and create food shortages. Contact will be made with the Wusmeinian authorities in which Stalin hoped that they would join the war with him as they are the only ones who could truly cripple the Ameris through the wide border they have with Ameri than the Ameris do with the soviets.

Intelligence reports would have told the defense department that a massive Soviet force is heading towards the capital Kiev. The defense depart would issue orders to prepare for defense. The department knows that they are no match for the soviets but they do have a way to max out soviet casualties. They would send an order to the army to stop all people from traveling out of the city. Then they would order the army to mine the outside of city to where anyone coming in would set of a mine. Once the mining was done they would order the army to activate an experimental weapons systems called the iron dome. It would be a bunch of missile launchers prepared to fire missiles at the Enemy from any direction. Then the army would build their encampments and prepare for invasion. Then the Air Force would do bombing raids on the enemy.

1st Corp of Army Group West , Soviet occupied Ukraine
15 January

The 1st Soviet Corp smashed their way through the confederate's border as border guards facing the Russians soon faced the the Soviet Tank Brigade lead by Lieutenant General Kerensky. The border guards facing LTG Kerensky were soon cut off from the rest of their army due to General Pavlov's men sweeping from behind as his 2nd Corp headed towards the city of Kiev. It was a classic encirclement done by the Soviet Military as the Soviets crossed the border with relative ease. With the border provinces captured, they made their way to the cities of border cities of Sumy and Chernihiv in which they overtook control of the city with little resistance from the local authorities.

Casualties in taking control of the border provinces were minor. As the confederates failed to take preemptive action against the Soviet army by preparing defensively, the Soviets had the luxury of time and attacked with large numbers and the use of armored warfare which overwhelmed the border troops. The Soviets estimated that a total of 1441 men were killed in action and a total of 1892 men are injured. 13 tanks as well as 22 APC/IFV were destroyed. The Soviets also recorded a total of 4880 confederates being killed in action while a whopping 8022 of them were captured and are prisoners of war. Nonetheless, the Soviets are confident in the war in being the victors.

3rd Corp of Army Group West, Soviet Occupied Ukraine
16 January

Following orders from General Pavlov, the 3rd Corp of Army Group West made their into Confederate territory with the use of armor and artillery. Border troops from the Ameri faced heavy artillery fire as the soviet army rushed their way into the city of Mikolaiv quick and decisively. The use of ground vehicles was extensive here, over 400 pieces of AFVs and IFVs overran confederate defensive positions through the use of Soviet Mechanized Warfare Doctrine. Here it encountered minimal losses in which it seemed to the soviets that the confederates didn't prepare for a soviet invasion south of Ukraine. It was as if the military was in peace time levels despite the soviets declaring war and providing a time buffer for them to offer terms of surrender which could have instead been used to reinforce the front.


2nd Corp of Army Group West, Soviet Occupied Ukraine
15 January

The Soviet army faced catastrophe here as the lack of air support proved necessary. As the Soviets were advancing towards Kiev, they came under fire by enemy air superiority as many men were killed due to them being in the open field. The A10s of the confederates tear through the skies like vultures as they picked on Soviet armor and infantry, dealing a considerable blow to the 2nd Corp. Fortunately, Anti-Air Support arrived and with the likes of the Shilka, took down many enemy A10s as they lack the speed from the monstrous anti air vehicles. The Soviet Tank brigades under the command of General Pavlov also were bogged down by mines in the outskirts of Kiev. Soon it became apparent that the soviets were not able to take Kiev without a bloodbath and therefore ordered a retreat in which to prevent further losses. Gen Pavlov's 2nd corp was forced to retreat to the town of Poltava so as to resupply and await orders in tackling the problem in Kiev.

SPian Lines of Defence, comprised usually of trenches and machine gun fixtures litter SPian France, to serve as retreat points should the war turn sour. The Pontarlier Line, on the Hunterian Border is comprised of Maginot Line-type defences.

Alongside the Western Front

Tensions between the SPian Government and their Hunterian counterparts was high. Little did both side know it was about to suddenly erupt into full scale war without any notice. Atleast, that is what the SPians wanted the Hunterians to think.

Almost 2/3 of SP's Royal Armed Forces, totaling roughly 3.5 million in total ligned the SPian-Hunterian frontier at the Swiss-French border. Back in the days of the preparation for the inevitable war, a massive defensive line was constructed along the frontier. Named the Pontarlier Line, after the nearest major city it was supposed to protect, would have massive built in batteries pointed towards the Hunterians, aswell as iron bunkers, machine gun posts and of course trenches.

It was assumed Gallia would remain neutral in the conflict, atleast according to Markith's words. However, as a deterrence, the remaining SPian forces, numbering close to a million remain garrisoned on that respective frontier.

At noon local, everything would be looking as usual on the front, with citizens on both sides going about their daily lives. However, at 1300 local, Westminster would issue signal Patriot to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Army generals respectively - war was immanent, with their planned Operation Swiss Storm to be launched that very night.

The Hunterians and NKVD failed to respond to SPian requests for both sides to sit in a neutral environment and sort out their differences and bring an end to the super conflict. However, these requests went unanswered, and although reluctantly by the SPian Government, mobilization was immanent to save the UCR.

Operation Swiss Storm

In the early hours of the morning, when the attack would be least expected, SPian forces would strike against New Hunteria without announcing war, as they did against the UCR.

The Operation involved initial advancements against the hopefully dazed Hunterians. The Swiss geography, with high mountains everywhere made a non-suicidal attack only possible from one area; the so called "Valley Corridor" by SPian Generals.

The first target was the city of Geneva. SPian Superhornets would take off from bases such as Oyonnax, Albertville and Annecy, flying super low with their transponders off to avoid early detection by the Hunterians.

The location of the city and Lake Geneva made the operation seem almost too easy to the Generals.

Plus 15 minutes to the initial opening of fire, SPian rocket artillery is discreetly armed and positioned in the border city of Annemasse. Normal artillery would line the southern border of Geneva.

As the fighters pass overhead, the Operation goes into full swing. The silence of the night would be broken as SPian rocket artillery unleashes a barrage towards the city, supported by normal artillery. The strike would be concentrated on Hunterian military and governmental buildings to avoid too much colleteral damage and to keep the city mostly intact.

SPian Superhornets would come out of nowhere and unleash hell apon the Hunterians below in all parts of the peninsula.

City of Divonne-les-Bains, SPian France

A force of almost 150,000 is positioned in the city quickly before the invasion. Finally, the invasion can start. Just as air support arrives, the SPians start a massive charge across the border prepared to skirmish any awaiting Hunterians. As air support arrives and assists them, SPian Challenger tanks lead the quick charge into the city - with the goal of reaching Coppet on the Lake Geneva coast - cutting the remaining Hunterians off from vital supplies.

City of Ferney-Voltaire, SPian France

The city marked an extremely important position - the main runway at Geneva International Airport was less then 200 meters away from the frontier.

A force of 15,000 charges the border out of nowhere, engaging any Hunterian personell on the aerodrome, capturing the northern part of the runway as they move down, with the goal of seizing or disabling any Hunterian fighters positioned on the airstrip before they could be scrambled.

Southern Genevan Suburbs

The assault from all directions would begin with the remaining men, with the intents of keeping any Hunterians in the city busy until the encirclement completes. The assault would concentrate from Annemasse and Saint-Jean-de-Gonville.

Chens-sur-Léman, SPian France (across Lake Geneva)

A small force of about 7,500 men would be based in the city. As hostilities break out, the troops inflate their inflatable rafts, and head towards Coppet.

Finally, they would make landfall and skirmish any Hunterians they find, with the intent of helping the initial encirclement out.

It is god modding to dictate the exact amount of casualties the enemy suffer, unless it is a very small engagement and you only kill like a couple dudes. So yeah, NKVD making exact amounts of casualties on Ameri's side and prisoners is god modey. You can make estimates, that is what I do because you kinda nudge that person into saying they suffered that many casualties, or they don't saying anything about it, so it kind of becomes the official causality count, but yet you aren't dictating what they suffered.

For instance, "Mr Stalin, GRU intelligence believes the Ameri has suffered around 50,000 casualties so far into our invasion. We are still rounding up the prisoners, but they are expected to be in the high thousands."

Or, NKVD estimates that the UCR will suffer at least 50,000 dead, in contrast to around 15,000 dead Soviets.

So NKVD you must edit those parts where you state the exact amount of Ameri casualties. A simple fix would be "GRU estimates the enemy suffered around ____ casualties."

Prime minister safely protected in the now fortress Kiev would see the soviets capture the province Chernihiv. After reading the report he would pound his fist on the desk! He then yell at his secretary to send an order to the military.

by order of prime minister John the military is ordered to use 30 A-10s with 40 F-22s to guard them against enemy aircraft. These squadron of planes will be sent on 15 bombing runs on the enemies defense in Kiev. Then you are to take 25 stealth bomber to complete another 10 bombing runs. The 100,000 troops to retake Chernihiv they shall take 700 MK.4 tanks, 200 donar artillery and 100 M1128s to help in the attack. This order is in effect immediately.

Chernihiv
It would be a tense day in the city of Chernihiv. With the soviet now controlling the town. Citizens would stay inside praying and hoping that the UCR forces would retake the city. They would then look up to the sky and would see a massive squadron of 70 planes flying above them in the skies. Citizens would run for cover as they know a bombing raid is about to take place. The A-10s would open fire on the defenses below hitting many targets the F-22s would fire their missile to destroy many military buildings. The enemy would open fire hitting some A-10s and raptors. The squadron would retreat back to base refuel and repair them selves. They would repeat this 14 more times until it was in the late afternoon. While in the city citizens would peak out thinking the bombigs were done when bombs would explode all around them hitting many military targets. It would be the 25 stealth bombers attacking this time with enemy AA hitting only a few as it was hard to target them. This squadron would repeat this 10 times. Ultimately hurting the already badly damaged enemy below. Then at late night not long after the bombing raids the city, which would be repairing its damages, would hear the sounds of marching and tanks. Then it would go dead quiet leaving everyone in the city on edge. The next minute they would hear the sound of mortar shells leaving the donar mortars. The shells would impact the badly hurt defenses. Then they would hear thousands of men screaming and running towards them. The UCR soldiers once inside the city would open fire on whatever resistance was left inside the city. The soviet forces would be pushed out of the city with maximum casualties. The new blitzkreig like tactics would prove effective and would be used in the future.

The Spian offensive had been prepared for and had only surprised the Hunterian intelligence due to how late it was. The HIA believed the attack would commence weeks before hand.

The Hunterian Military was not foolish. The small towns near the french border were to be given without much resistance. Artillery pieces line the mountains and fire upon the Spian forces. Infantry divisions stand at the ready for any attacks by SP. The City of Bern is quickly fortified and a HQ is set up.

The Hunterian offensive was not going as smooth as planned, however it was still going heavily in the Hunterian favor.
Hunterian forces had pushed the enemy 10 miles inland at a great cost. it was estimated Hunteria had suffered 4,000 casualties. Though intelligence believed the enemy has suffered just as much perhaps even more.
Hunteria was a master of the lightning war.

Even at midnight fully armored and equipped guards patrolled the Royal estate. The weather was poor. Rain wet the ground.
Markith's room was completely quiet besides the beeps of his heartbeat monitor and his shallow breaths. He had been a coma for close to a month.

Wusmeinia has been on the verge of declaring war on UCR, the only thing staying the nations hand was former Console David Johnson. With him having lost reelection. The new Console Alexander Tsipras, is more than eager to fulfill his campaign promise of war, believing he received a mandate from the people.

In Constantinople The Senate now run by the Socialist Union Party (Tsipras belongs to the Party) has approved the Console's declaration of war. A formal message was sent to the UCR telling them of the Declaration.

When John heard about the betrayal of wusmeinia he was furious. He would have many soldiers available to fight the smaller nation. With him having 600,000 soldiers on the hunterian front and 400,00 on the soviet front along with 50,000 in Kiev he could easily spare troops to defeat the wuseiminans. He would send an order to his armed forces.

send 500,000 soldiers 1,000 MK.4s and 100 donar's with 500 M1128s to invade the wuseiminans. But before the soldiers invade do 20 bombing runs with the 25 stealth bombers. Also take the 100,000 troops form the city of Chernihiv to reinforce the hunterian front.

Southern Turkish border
The wuseiminans would be on the border when they would get hit by tons apon tons of bombs. They would soon be devasted by the explosives. The raid would be repeated 20 times then late in the night the massive UCR force would attack the enemy soldiers. The donar's would fire first while the troop soldiers and armor would attack the outnumbered and damaged enemy. There would be 5 confederate soldiers for every one wuseiminan soldier. The battle would be massive but the enemy would be defending a losing battle as they are severely outnumbered. The troops would've landed through paratrooping as the enemy AA would've been badly damaged after the bombing raids. However there were little AA and some aircraft were hit.

Chernihiv
To the citizens surprise the defending force would pack up and leave. They would have retrained and rearmed the security forces on the border making them a line of defesne. The city would prepare for another invasion of Chernihiv as it was most likely going to happen.


Hunterian front
The hunterian front would've turned very dark. With both major forces colliding. The UCR soldiers would be losing a soldier the Hunterians have better experience. But just as things were looking lost a major UCR force would rush into battle reinforcing the hurt UCR force. They would bring with them much needed supplies and medics. The Hunterians would be shocked and now on the losing end of the battle.

Advancements, 17/1/17



Throughout the day, the SPian forces continued their initial assaults. Supported by Superhornets overhead, and rocket Artillery, the forces concentrate isolating Geneva from the rest of Hunteria.

The Hunterian Artillery counterattacks across the rest of the border take thankfully only minimal casualties on the SPian side, with the troops confident that their fortified positions in the mountains would make Hunterian land based assaults suicidal.

Divonne-les-Bains

The SPians have long ago concentrated almost 150,000 men and 300 Challenger Tanks on the border of the city. As the two nations entered war, the forces proceeded to use the Hunterians own tactic of Blitzkreig against them, instead of fighting head on focus on breaking through the Hunterians defences and concentrating the assault from behind, of course assisted by air and artillery support.

By noon, the SPians advance 400 meters, marching across the E62 motorway. As night falls on another day of combat, another 450 meters or so are gained. With the cut off of the main motorway into Geneva, it was known that Hunterian forces in Geneva would be stretched in supplies. The only possible corridor now was the Swiss Main Road 1, running through Coppet. However, it was too under risk of siege.

The Iberian Front HQ estimates casualties of around 2,500 men and 25 tanks in the initial push, however estimates around the same if not more for the defending side.

Coppet, Hunterian Switzerland

The IX Amphibious Corps makes landing on the beaches of the small lakeside town. Resistance on the beaches was not exactly too much. However, any Hunterian troops in the area and armed Hunterian civillians would obviously take shots at the SPians, incurring small losses every now and then.

The SPians forces continue to assault the main road, firing apon defending Hunterians.

The IX Corps' Commanders hope for the Hunterians to realize their last possibility of reinforcing Geneva was being stretched and pull back to meet the Corps head on, leading to a faster demise.

Initial casualty estimates are only in their mid fifties to less than one hundred.

Geneva Airport, Geneva

The struggle to take control of the airport continues, however the main push takes more of the runway and down towards the parking, closer to seizing any Hunterian jets they might find.

Fighting on the tarmac is estimated to have taken around 350 SPian lives.

Southern Geneva and Annemasse

The concentrated SPian assault in the south takes a few hundred meters of initial Genevan suburbs, but at a fair cost, inflicting casualty estimates of around 3,500, with 35 of the 210 tanks that the Corps has access to.

The much smaller force in Annemasse, originally charged with defending SPian rocket artillery in the city, sees an opportunity and charges, taking less then fifty meters only in some places, whilst inflicting casualties of around 250 on the small Corps of 9,500.
